They didn't give me a cup for my drink and the guy dropped the bag on the counter when I acknowledged him and he left. I had to wait for someone to come to the counter. Another 5mins. Finally a lady came to the counter to help another customer who had gotten a wrong order. She didn't acknowledge me or even look at me. I said,"Can I get a large cup?" Without acknowledging me or speaking she walked away and then came back and handed me a cup. I got a Midnight Baha MD. I found out later when I tasted it the syrup was low. When I came for dinner, they were missing two things.. which was extremely frustrating because we had waited in line so long and then we had to wait again. I had two kids and a dog in my car. I wasn't about to get everyone out of the car, because people can't have a keen eye of how to read an order. I waited thirty minutes for the two items that were missing and the rest of the food was cold. I don't know if they were having an off day or were understaffed, but there is always room for improvement.
