They just recently started serving your food on real plates, and they clean up after you too (but have a 'no tipping' policy so you don't have to worry that tips are now expected at fast food joints). The only negative thing I can really say is that it is a bit pricier than other fast food restaurants. You might spend $8 for lunch instead of $5, but it is definitely worth it.
