Red and white tile, open kitchen, cooks in white hats calling out orders. You watch your whole meal get made. Double-Double Animal Style and fries. Order at the counter, they bring it out. Burger lands wrapped in paper, still steaming. Soft bun, cold crisp lettuce, cheese melted into the patty, grilled onions and spread dripping. Messy. Worth it. Fries are cut in-house -- you can see the potatoes stacked by the slicer. Thin, hot, not greasy. Lightly salted and gone fast. Just fresh ingredients done right. I'm not getting paid to manage you, that is your MANAGER's job. I'm paying you for a service I am not getting, most of the time. This location gets my order wrong so often, I'm convinced it's by design to make the numbers look good. The manager gets away with it because ALL YOU SYCOPHANTS refuse to under-rate them when YOUR order doesn't go as planned. Most of America gets away with subpar service because a significant proportion of the Public can't be bothered to report or refuse to report so they can feel part of the In-N-Out Burger Cult. I order the same meal every time, with two fries and I only get one. They're often stale and resemble classic potato chips. I order a strawberry or vanilla shake and half of it is blended with chocolate. The burger is just meh at this point, nothing special, somewhat dry and small. But if I actually 'get my food' then at least I haven't been robbed of my money! The owner is an entitled billionaire who left the state because she didn't want to pay (literally) pocket change to the government to make our lives better. And here she is having her managers nickel and diming us to keep her profits absurdly high... I'm over it. I hope she fails. Get it together, Hollywood manager. Very disappointing experience…read more I visited this Shake Shack on Friday around 2-3 PM, when temperatures were close to 100°F. The lobby was closed, and customers were expected to sit outside in the extreme heat. The manager informed customers that the lobby was closed but did not provide any explanation as to why as there was no construction going on and the tables were clean, with nothing wrong with them. There were children and elderly customers outside, and I was also working with an adult with autism at the time. I found it extremely concerning and unprofessional that customers were left outside in those conditions while the restaurant continued serving people. I understand that there may be operational reasons for closing the lobby, but customer safety should still be a priority, especially during extreme weather. On top of bad customer service- service was slow. A formal complaint has been reported to Shake Shack regarding this incident, and I hope management takes the matter seriously and reviews what happened at this location.

The Tenders were a decent size, very fresh and tasty. Our complaint is the tenders were luke warm. The fries were also good with a decent size portion, but they were also luke warm. The Texas Toast was fresh, but not warm at all and boring in taste. The Coleslaw was awesome and tasted great. If you like cold and creamy slaw, you'll love this side. Unfortunately, it's a real tiny portion. Just like the Tucson location, the food comes out super fast after ordering, and the employees are super friendly and helpful. The meal at the Tucson location was very warm compared to this location in Hollywood. I'll probably visit a Raising Cane's restaurant again, but they need to work on sending out much warmer food. When a friend was craving Tommy's, I finally caved in to try it for myself. For this visit, I went for the #4 California cheeseburger with fries and a medium drink. I had a little trouble understanding the staff but once we were on the same page, everything was good. This was not bad; fries were decent and the burger was a big one. My first meal at Tommy's wasn't bad. Friend was raving about their strawberry milkshake so I returned later on my own for a chocolate one. Fatburger

Fatburger is a classic burger chain that focuses on made-to-order burgers, thick patties, and…read morecustomizable toppings. We walked into a casual, familiar space where the emphasis is on freshness and cooking everything after you order. The atmosphere is straightforward and relaxed, making it a good option for a quick burger meal without feeling like a standard drive-thru stop. The layout is functional and the energy stays comfortable, with a mix of dine-in and takeout customers moving through the counter. The main highlight is the burger itself. We ordered the Original Fatburger and found the patty cooked fresh with a satisfying grilled flavor, and the balance of juicy beef, toppings, and sauces made the burger feel more substantial than many fast food alternatives. The patty had a good sear and the produce was fresh, providing a clean contrast to the richness of the meat. The larger options are better suited for anyone looking for a more filling meal, and the toppings add plenty of customization, so you can adjust the burger depending on your preference. The ability to build your burger exactly how you want it is a big part of the appeal, and the quality of the ingredients holds up well against the customization. The sides and drinks also add to the experience. The fries are a good pairing with the burgers, and options like chili cheese fries provide a heavier, more indulgent choice. We ordered the chili cheese fries and found them well portioned, with a generous amount of chili and cheese that added richness without making the fries soggy. The milkshakes are another standout, with flavors like the Maui Banana Shake offering something different from the usual fast food dessert options. The shake was thick and creamy, with the banana flavor coming through clearly without being artificial. The menu has enough variety that it works for both a simple burger craving and a bigger meal. Service can vary, but the overall experience is usually quick and casual. Since everything is made fresh to order, the wait can be slightly longer than some fast food places, but the tradeoff is getting a hotter and fresher meal. The team moves efficiently, and the flow of the counter keeps orders moving without unnecessary delays. The restaurant itself is generally comfortable for a quick dine-in visit, though some locations may feel more dated depending on the area. Fatburger remains a solid choice for a classic burger experience. It sits somewhere between fast food convenience and a more traditional burger shop, with fresh cooking, customizable options, and a menu that has stayed consistent over the years. It may cost a little more than basic fast food, but the quality of the burger helps make it worth considering when you want something more satisfying than the usual drive-thru stop.

I particularly love the chicken rosa pasta and the pomodori sandwich (my favorite combo they do here!), and I got that one again this time. They have a ton of indoor seating at this location, and it never felt cramped or difficult to find good seating. A couple things to note - first, they don't have parking here, so you'd be parking at a nearby meter or at one of the two area garages (Bev Connection or Bev Center). That can get expensive quickly, particularly given that it seems like they don't validate, from previous reviews I'm seeing. That means you'd have to go to another business, spend extra, and then you'd have the parking validated, which can be a bit of a headache (I found street parking instead). The other thing to note is that the food came out slower at this location than at my two regular locations, and with the parking considerations I mentioned, that could cause you issues. For my wife and I, it probably took about 25 minutes for the food to come out. I'd probably recommend building that into your planning. Otherwise, this is honestly among my favorite locations, and pairs well with a day out shopping and people-watching at the mall, so I'd come back next time I'm over here!
