This is the first time I have had a bad experience at this Subway but this was my sandwich. I don't see how whoever made this thought this was ok ????? .....It's supposed to be a meatball sub with spinach, olives and green peppers and mayo ....It so wet with sauce, it can't be picked up, and that's with the bread being toasted....It looks absolutely disgusting !!!! My husband and I were disappointed with the quality of our sandwiches I didn't realize you can spread tuna that thin and both Italian breads were hard and stale. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for that, not happy. read more

If I could give no stars I would, if you order something from the app or the drive through and they get it wrong they will not take responsibility for it and get it make it right, this last time I requested cheddar cheese and extra mayo, I got a sandwich with no cheese and no mayo and they added vinegar, I was not in a position where I could come back so I called, the person woman I spoke with started out rude and said we are not able to hear you very well when order through the drive-through and next time just come in, I was like wait, what? This place needs to be looked at by the health inspector ASAP it was SO dirty no tables had been wiped down at all you could very clearly tell, the bathroom was disgusting but the tables much worse and the service was poor they were too busy conversing with each other in the back to notice they had customers until we yelled "hello" I added FIVE, yes FIVE pictures of different dirty tables. read more

Today I got a subway sandwich, the clerk laid her arm on the part of the bread she just cut open, while she finished cutting the rest of the foot long open. What's the point of washing your hands when your naked arm is in my food? While reaching for more of the toppings her shirt sleeve laid on the vegetables that she placed on it. I'm going to refuse the sandwich next time that happens, or maybe I just shouldn't go back again. Maybe they should use longer plastic gloves that go to the elbow. Me and my family stoped to get four sandwiches but apparently it takes more than 50 IQ to make a sandwich. After sitting through 6 minutes of of being corrected and and treated like garbage we finally got our food, we were greated buy the idiot asking for a tip. Typical subway franchise. You all know the menu and you know what your getting. Friendly staff and seems clean. Honestly the reason for the 5 star is this place probably has the freshest tuna fish I've ever seen at a subway. Went to their store to order sandwiches for our family and they refused to go get more of the meat and toppings out of the fridge because it was 30 min till closing and they didn't want to make them. Thanks for nothing subway. Very very upset. Even if someone walks in 2 min till close you open what you need and never turn down a customer. Literally the WORST subway I've ever been to. It took over twenty minutes for three people to get their sandwiches with three staff behind the counter, arguing and getting into each others way. I had to repeat myself at least four times at the register to say mine is to go. I honestly try not to have an attitude or be rude to people who work in the restaurant industry because I've worked those jobs before, but I was honestly getting noticeably irritated, as were the other patrons.
