the waiting took around 23 minutes not a normal waiting i was a 11 year old with my parent i had to wait in the car for 23 or more minutes getting food they walked slow like a snail or worse a snail+Sloth they were super slow i recommend not going here if you don't want to wait 5 years they also didn't give me curry fries i asked for Curry Fries they gave normal fries They also took 10ish minutes waiting to let us order also happened to the one person in front of us this place sucks this fast food Restaurant should be called Crap in the Box read more

We order off the online menu a lot, our orders are consecutively ready within the 7 minutes it takes us to drive over to the location. Orders are always correct (unlike McDonald's) and staff is quick and friendly. Online deals are great. read more

I have been a long time Jack in the box customer at this location. Not anymore. I tried to order 5 orders of their two taco deals (my usual order) and was told (for the first time ever) that I could not order 5 orders of tacos, that I could now only order two orders of tacos. They would gladly sell me 5 or 6 or 10 hamburgers or pretty much anything else, but not Tacos....whats the deal, take my order, tell me to pull around front and bring em out when they are done, not like I was ordering 300 tacos..... I left without ordering, went to taco time and won't be back until the management decides IT IS NOT OK TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST TACOS.... What a bunch of baloney..... read more

Extremely rude crew. I asked to have two orders placed in separate bags which was not done. When asked to correct it and asked about a refund for a drink that was not provided a manager came to the window. The manager immediately had an attitude, shoved money at me and said to leave. She refused to give me the food I had ordered. A cook then came to the window in a threatening manner telling me to leave and then threatened to call the police. There is something really wrong at this restaurant and the manager, if she really is one, needs either training or should be fired. I would be embarrassed to have employees like this. read more

Seriously we order a spicy chicken it's so hot you can't eat it something this hot should be reserved as a "hot hot" sauce in packets somebody goofed, making this. had to cut the crust off and it was still so hot I was salivating and my eustachian tubes were Burning a little. If they intend to sell something this hot than they need to label it as such. "Flaming hot chicken sandwich". And probably put some flames around it to warn people if the intent is to truly sell something this hot. I didn't find out about the sandwich until I got home however, after going through the drive-through, I had a question on my order, so I thought I would just pop in the front door. I didn't see any other customers in there, but there were about six sluggish looking employees gathered around a teeny table. When I came through the doors they just just gawked at me. Like maybe they're not used to seeing customers inside? I don't know it was weird. No one said, can I help you or anything they just stared It was the strangest damn thing. I felt obligated to say something to the way they were all staring. I said, I just have a question, and then their heads all turned nearly at the same time to whatever they were talking about at the table. As I was waiting there, several of them left, and then two remained at the table, and I heard one employee, i'm guessing a manager? asking another about his medication's to which the employee began explaining that he gets really tired. It was very sad to see and without using any details, none of them looked healthy. This is a brand new Jack in the Box here in Lebanon. This took over part of the old Ford parking lot. Your standard menu items are all here, and the really nice thing I like about this restaurant, and others that are in California, is they have the calorie counts right on the menu board for you to make an informed decision about. So if you want that 1000 calorie double artery clogger then go right ahead, or if you want the rice cake special, then you can do that as well. Plus the curly fries here are the best. read more

When I first moved to Lebanon 3 years ago, this Jack In The Box's was Absolutely fantastic ! ( 5 starts ) Nothing but extremely nice service and they'd never get my order wrong and we have a HUGE family so the fact that nobody was disappointed in there meals was a huge plus. NOW I dread coming here, they literally get my order wrong every time. Or the food is just absolutely horrible. They are extremely slow. Once I went through the drive through and the employees were sitting out side smoking cigarettes staring at me as I was waiting 10 minutes to order, realized that nobody was inside and one of the girls yelled, " were on break" and laughed. So I faked taking a picture of them and they literally jumped up and ran inside. So I'm guessing someone was supposed to be in there taking my order. This place is SLOW. It takes forever to go through the drive through and even longer inside. As we walked inside there was an older lady smoking near the door that walked inside behind the counter to take our order, after collecting the $, she went in the back to help prep the food and not once did she wash her hands. Service was terrible. Had to repeat my order 3 different times and the guy working didn't have any manners and said hold on. Asked me again what my order was and interrupted me again and made me wait. Said the soda machine was down and then asked what I wanted to drink and again said the machine was down. Horrible service. Had a new person on her second day. She was not being trained or supervised. We ordered breakfast but it took quite some time because no one knew how to work the register. We finally got our food but no drinks so the new person brings us two soda cups??? Even if we wanted soda we noticed the ice machine wasn't working. We then asked for the coffee that goes with the breakfast and they didn't have any coffee brewed. We were in a time crunch and asked if we could get the orange juice so we at least had something to drink with our breakfast. They said no so we had to wait for our coffee to brew which wasn't ready until it was time for us to leave. Complete incompetence at all levels. Terrible way to start our day. We will never eat at a Jack in the Box ever again. read more

First - it's a major chain fast food joint. Therefore it should never have more than 3 stars (Except if it's just stellar, like In-n-Out). Second - all your staples are here - burgers, fries, carbonated sugar-water, chicken things in random shapes, even a smattering of "mexican" food in the form of bad tacos. Went through the drive through today to get lunch and was told when ordering they were out off curly fries, regulars and onion rings. They then had me sit at the drive through window for 5 minutes for a 2 combo order. After leaving I realized they gave me a completely different order. I tried calling the location 2 times and was hung up on the first time when I asked to talk to a supervisor. So I called back and the phone just continue to ring. read more

80% of the time I get fries that are stale and barely luke-warm.

I go sometimes because there is never a line BUT that is because it takes 20 minutes to get your food when you're the only one there and longer if there are other customers as well. The kids working in there always goofing off in the background . I just know not to go back there again. read more

Last time I ate here the food was nasty to the point of making me get sick in the bathroom why? well cause I got a hair in my luke warm burger that went with my luke warm fries that we had to stand there and wait a good 25 mins for. Needless to say I sent a email to corporate via their complain system on their web site soon as I got home that night and here month's later I have still herd nothing back so its clear they kinda don't care so I figured ide warn others! They were understaffed that night and I guess instead of the supposed manager calling in more workers he opted to stand at the counter complaining and make excuses for why the food and service was so bad it was pathetic. I haven't been back since but I herd they got a new manager after the old one let employees get drunk on their shifts who knows!
