The service was slow and the lady at the window had a terrible attitude, didn't even want to help us correct our order and charged us extra just because she could. read more

Outstanding customer service and very helpful staff. The food is great and fast. I travel for business and not all Taco Bell's are created equally. Ours in Lebanon is the best. I wait until I am home to get it. Thanks! read more

Never open on time for breakfast for those who have to work early. They constantly say that they're behind or that their computer system is booting, even 20-30 min after breakfast should be started. Don't count on them to be ready for you. read more

The service is extremely slow and barely exists. No one in the kitchen cares if you are standing right there and needing to pay or even in need of your cups. Often times they forget your cups but if you try to stand up at the front and get someone attention, you are completely ignored. The food is terrible and often not what you ordered. The inside of the restaurant feels cold and uninviting to stay in. The restaurant is quite a mess most of the time. I would not recommend it. read more

The food at taco Bell today 12/8/25 at 5.00 PM was complete hideous garbage was not edible ! Bought a Double cheesy Steak burrito with no steak in it but red hot peppers no cheese in it the taco we bought with the order was total mush fell apart in the wrapper the drink was the Bajha Zero tasted like it had mold in the drink from the dirty ice machine ! We will never go to this place again buyers beware ! read more

$15 nachos, barely any cheese, very tiny amount of sour cream and guacamole for that price do better!

Super slow service in drive through & inside as well. They don't regularly staff someone at the front counter. I was in line & the guy at the register finished with the lady in front of me & then walked away to stalk sauces no one was in immediate need of. When they forgot my drink cup I spent two minutes waiting for any staff member to acknowledge I was there. My wait time inside was almost 10 minutes for a drink & two burritos, 10 cats outside passed through the drive through before I got my food. 4 people in back & 1 at front counter. Hoping for better in the future read more

Took half an hour to order or even get helped. I skinned one of your employees alive.

Asked for an assortment of sauces with our tacos.. thank you to the guy in drive thru that hooked it up read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Oregon

Two tablespoons worth of onions on my burrito. What gives??? I ordered extra red sauce, not onions.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too. 1/2 of employees standing in food area not working 90% of the time. I've been here 30 minutes after I put in my order, and still have not received my food. 1 person already walked out and abandoned his food since it's taking so long. Lobby is not even full of people. Way too slow employees. Poor management. read more

Two simple orders took fifteen minutes. We were the only two in the whole place! We were in a hurry to get back on the road, and we couldn't have picked a slower place. Dirty tables, flies, dirty counters and floors made it so much worse. They were out of straws. Employees were in and out of kitchen, touching their masks. It was gross. Totally gross! read more

This has to be the only Taco Bell that closes the inside restaurant before 930. We were one of four cars that drove up right at 930 and they all left. Is it really that hard or that expensive to stay open until 10???? read more

Said they were short staffed and so they couldn't open on time. However we were only people in line and there were 4 employees working. Pathetic to say the least. read more

My son was looking forward to breakfast at the new Taco Bell, so we left early before church to make time to eat together. We ordered our food and sat down in the near-empty dining room. When we finally received our food 22 minutes later, we had run out of time. When I mentioned to the stupefied counterperson how long I had been waiting for my food, some customers who had just walked in, walked back out. The poorly written signs at the register asking us to excuse the new team's slowness is only going to help for a short time. Maybe I will come back in a year or so. read more

The chalupa shells were as stiff as cardboard. I don't know how long they had been sitting in there but they definitely should not have been used read more

Super slow drive through at 1:45 pm? Lunch rush is over doesn't mean send everyone home, not sure what the issue is but 10 min for 4 cars is subpar. Corporate needs to come out and do some retraining. Food was standard read more

Asked for a lot of mild sauce as we had a big order and was given 3 hot packets. My gf went and asked some employees that were sitting out front of the restaurant if they could help due to the lobby being closed and one of them said I ain't going in and getting you sauce and the other helped tho but wasn't cool what happened. read more

Slow service. And the rudest general manager (Amber and Adriana) I've ever encountered. Lobby was a mess and employees could be heard fighting. One named Tony was cursing and whining about what a thankless job he had. Didn't look overly clean and was not busy enough for two chalupas and two drinks to take 20 mins. Food was half cold. Not even an apology for the wait. And IF a company is allowing managers to belittle and shout at employees trying to get paid on a Tuesday they shouldn't do so in front of customers especially admitting they didn't pay the employee. Overall a very bad experience and I won't ever go back. read more

It's taco bell. The restaurant was clean (I rarely go inside for fast food). Service was courteous, food was delivered quickly and hot and as I ordered it. As far as Taco Bell goes, this was a good experience. Was authentic mexican food? Go to an authentic mexican food restaurant. read more

Worst experience of my life. They prioritize the drive-thru and only make the counter orders when they have a gap. After 15 minutes of waiting, they gave my order to someone else. I left without my food and without a refund. Avoid this branch at all costs. read more

This is the greatest fast food place in the multiverse I ordered well over 50 dollars of food and got it all in 2 minutes the service gave chic-fil-a a run for its money. I am astounded by the beauty of this faculty flawless flower placement the design was bold yet approachable I live in Florida however I will return just to com to this Taco Bell just incredible. A symphony of flavor just erupted in my mouth in just the first bite, 100% better than my mothers cooking. Bless this Taco Bell and all of its workers. P.S. I didn't get diarrhea afterwards. 35/10 would definitely recommend perfect for a romantic occasion. read more

This is the slowest fast food I've ever been to. Management needs to fix this, it's ridiculous.

I have been to a lot of Taco Bell's in my life. When I decided to embark on this specific bell I had different expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful architecture of this establishment. When we went inside we noticed an amazing kiosk I was dumbfounded by this incredible discovery. I was able to customize my order! Not even 4 minutes later appeared out of thin air the gentleman calling my name (who not to mention was so charismatic and friendly) gave me my food. When I went back into my car to eat this extravagant spread I was shook with the amount of hot cheese gushing from my food. It was fabulous! The potatoes were ripe and warm, my Cinnabon delights stayed fresh for a solid 30 min. I have never been to such a magnificent Taco Bell. I would definitely recommend to any Taco Bell enthusiasts to make sure you visit this Taco Bell. I WILL be returning. read more

Supposedly I called an employee at Taco Bell a name which I don't know what it was over the intercom she was cool she still took my order I told her manager who then after I got my food told me if I call her employees names again she will refuse service would not tell me the name I used and slammed the drive-thru window on my face so my personal opinion I would not recommend Taco Bell in Lebanon Oregon to go to late at night because the people there or just downright rude read more

Without a doubt the worst Taco Bell ever. Every single time I have gone here-which admittedly is too often- every single item gets messed up. Like In ways that make you question how? Most recently was the last straw. I had my two nieces with me, who are lactose intolerant, we placed a mobile order with the correct substitutions and then left to go pick it up. I handed the kids their food and drove off, once they got home, they opened their food and began eating. About halfway through a burrito my nieces both said that there was sour cream in their burrito. I said oh I'm sorry, try something else, to which their reaction was the same. I called the store to try and figure out what happened and all they said was there was no substitutions on their end. I told the manager that I have a screenshot of my mobile order and that there was in fact substitutions. I asked for a refund, even just a partial refund as I knew my nieces at least started eating the food, The manager said that due to me placing a mobile order he had no way to issue a refund. read more

I keep trying to get these people to make my food in a consistent manner and thus far they've failed miserably. Tacos come randomly missing toppings or barely-filled, if I ask for a small nacho with cheese, the nacho chips get dumped into the bag upside down. Gee, thanks. The wait times for this location seem pretty high as well. Shape up or ship out, Lebanon Taco Bell! 1-800-TACO-BELL has been called several times about this location, and they seem happy to send me numerous free taco tickets (talk about fiat currency!) in order to try to shush me, but I WILL NOT BE IGNORED! The owner of this location needs to actually come in one day and pay attention to the employees and their training! read more

Slowest "fast food" I have been to. Ordered inside as drive thru was backed up. After a mere 15 minutes I received my order. Management really needs to address this. Workers seems clueless. Literally could have went to a regular Mexican restaurant and gotten takeout faster. read more

It's Taco Bell and it's good. It was really busy when we got to the drive through. The service was fast and good!

Ever since they built a new building, its very slow! If you have about 30 minutes of free time, go ahead. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else. The chicken quesrito is what I usually get with a fiesta potato bowl, its always nice and hot. Sometimes the chicken tastes like it was microwaved. The potatoes are okay, sometimes crunchy. I would avoid going here and just make some tacos at home, it would be quicker. read more

I went to Taco Bell in Lebanon, OR to get a Chicken Taco Salad Combo meal. After placing my order the young man said it would be $10.00 when I question that he said it was $7.49. When I question that price letting him know on the menu it said $6.19 his response was "I don't know lady I don't make up the menu's." I let him know I was not going to purchase it at his price when the menu has it posted at $6.19. His response was "Fine don't purchase it." This young man was very rude and didn't attempt to find out why there was a difference in the pricing. If this is how customers are going to be treated if they question something I will not go back and I will not recommend others go there. I have gone to this store before and the drive through is very slow but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is to bad that now the staff cannot handle being questioned as well as being slow. Will not be going back to Lebanon Taco Bell until customer service improves and rude staff is gone. read more
