This is ridiculous my wife ordered food not a big order mind you but yet another car that ordered a bigger meal got there's first then my wife had to call and they said they are getting ready and packed and still did not bring it to her she had to wait in the car cause our baby was sleeping and she still had to go inside to ask about our order and the employees forgot to bring to her mind you she ordered it on the app it has been damn near an hour till she went inside to get our food they acted like they didn't k ow about the order when it was siting on the counter the whole time I hope they all have a bless day read more

Wait was only 11 minutes for a large order. Young lady attending the drive through was very prompt, helpful, and kind

Let's begin with I have eaten at this KFC several times never experienced what my husband experienced today we ordered our food online. He waited 10 minutes before he left the house. It still took another 30 minutes to get our food. They took stuff out of our bag to put it in the bag for the people that were in the drive-through and what kind of crap is that and when the food got home, it just didn't taste the same. Nobody that was working today knew what the hell they were doing. It will be a minute before I go back there read more

Faster food service? Hire more help?! we went through the drive thru at 7:50pm. we were stuck in line til 9, i was 1 car away from the window--mind you, they turned off the speaker at the drive-thru. At least make an announcment on the speaker than they were no longer taking orders, only then we can drive arnd those already in line. Anyways, assuming it was broken, we drove on til we got to the pay window and they tell us that they were closed. KFC should at least honor the fact that we patiently waited and didnt cause a scene. They told the last of us that they were closed. If i could give negative stars it be that. Laaaaaaame! read more

I looked up online to see what I wanted. Did not choose an online only meal. I did drive thru. Ordered my meal from what I had preselected. When told the total... $3 more than the app price, I showed her my phone. She asked her manager. WE DO NOT DO ONLINE PRICES. I cancelled my order. I went to a competitor, and payed only half of what the kfc order would have been. And was happy to receive what I ordered. read more

Absolutely NO ONE there greet me, drive thru attendant just standing there staring at me stupid. Went to the bathroom, came out and still absolutely no help. Worst service ever!!! read more

They don't even know how to put the lids on their drinks properly on it spilled soda all over my car they get ahead of you to the point where you can't even finish adding things you want to your order half the time it's missing condiments like butter and honey for your biscuits I'm amazed they're still in business after all the stuff they do read more

They never get the order correct. They left off two main items and sent out a wrong side dish. It took 20 minutes at the restaurant waiting to get this corrected and by that time, the rest of our food was cold. This isn't a new issue for the Lebanon location. read more

This place is the worst kfc i have been to coast to coast. Rarely do they have what you order And to add insult to injury you can no longer order chicken wings by the piece??? Is this a chicken house or what? The manager that thought up telling cuatomer what they can buy should be fired on the spot. I am done trying to make this store work. Another family saying GOODBYE FOR GOOD read more

One star is the lowest rating available, but it's too high for this store. We've been getting lunch there once a week for over a year. No complaints for the most part, even though they run out of the most random menu items during lunch hour. Last month co-worker ran for lunch just after the lunch rush. Only person in the drive thru, few people in the lobby. After paying she was told to pull around to the parking lot to wait. No one was behind her, so she asked why. No explanation, just told to move. After asking and no answer 2-3 more times, she was told there's a timer connected to the plate outside the drive thru window. She pulled around, got the food, and came back to the office. 4-5 uneventful weekly visits and we get to this week. Co-worker gets to the drive thru window to pay for the order. 'Oh. You're back.' Not hello or welcome. Took her card and ran it, gave her the drinks. Window Lady disappears and Manager comes to the window and tells co-worker to pull forward. NO ONE IS BEHIND HER OR IN THE LOBBY. Co-worker asks why. Manager reiterates command to pull forward. Again, co-worker asks why and mentions she reached out to corporate after the last pull forward situation. Manager tells co-worker they're a franchise so co-worker can't reach out to corporate and then tells co-worker she's getting a refund and is no longer welcome at this KFC. Co-worker says she doesn't want a refund, just wants food. Manager says co-worker is now banned from this store. Co-worker takes her cash refund (after paying with a card) and leaves. Then reaches out to corporate again. A guy actually answered the phone and listened to her story. Not sure it'll go anywhere, but I'm hopeful. It's obvious these employees and/or franchisee are trying to game the timer metrics for the drive thru. For shame! True story. Appalling behavior. I can't believe their metrics are more important than regular paying customers. Now I have to figure out a new routine for Tuesday lunch. Thanks for nothin' KFC Lebanon, OR! read more

The customer service was exceptional! Thank you Autumn! It's been some time since I experienced this level of customer service at a fast food restaurant. What set her apart was her welcoming voice and attention to detail to ensure I got everything needed for the meal. The older gentleman in front of me also complimented Autumn and asked how long she has worked here. He was impressed with her customer service as well. I observed her and her co-worked support each other to get customer served. I am working in this area now and will be back more often as the place is clean and remodeled or maybe a newer location. The food was on point and overall it made my day! Thank you and please recognize your staff! read more

KFC - Lunchtime - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Oregon

Taylor was incredibly rude, we tried to do a substitute for the $20 fill up meal, like we have always done. She said her district manager told her that she wasn't allowed to do it, but she had no clue what his name was, once we told her we would be calling cooperate she slammed the window in our faces. She refused to give us a receipt and when she finally did, because we wouldn't leave without one, she crossed out the survey numbers ......we are calling cooperate and have a pic of the receipt. For anyone reading this, you actually don't need the survey code to fill out the survey, guess their employees don't know this. read more

KFC - Taylor crossing off survey info for giving horrible customer service....you can still take the survey without having the survey code. - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Oregon

i ordered a basket and was charged for each type of piece of chicken (2 thighs, 2 drumsticks, 2 breasts) and got charged $30. i was so stressed out from my day that i just ended up driving home without even arguing with the lady. The chicken was okay but a few pieces tasted rancid and mushy. do yourself a favor and order from a different kfc read more

Terrible service, terrible employees... Can't get a basic order right, and then is rude about it. Worst KFC I've ever been to.

Ran out of ice cream for Root Beet floats on a nice warm spring day in Leb'nun. They need to take their sign down, then. Waited in the drive through for 10 to 15 minutes. Don't advertise something you can't deliver on. Typical fast food tactics. This why I barely go to fast food, dealing with disappointment like this. read more

Awful service tonight. 20 min in drive thru and we still had 3 cars in front of us. Got out of line and no one came to the counter for 5 min. Just wanted root beer floats, NOT WORTH IT read more

This location runs out of food items constantly- from ice cream to flavors to chicken...I mean cmon management has to do better and order appropriate amounts of food items to have on hand or why are we going there! read more

I don't know where to begin when it comes to this KFC they are horrible at everything every single time not once would the pass for more than 1 star the best one is when they tell you they are out of ice cream and it's the middle of winter they are a complete mess read more

Really good popcorn chicken and honestly, I'm always craving it. The people I've met that work there are good cooks, and are pretty nice, so I'd say the boss is a good judge of character. read more

Best customer service every time!!! They always get my order right and I always leave smiling.

It would be nice if the person in drive thru could speak English and would pay more attention to the person on the outside of the drive-thru instead of the workers that are going home for the day and worry about what they need always have bad service through drive-thru but keep going back cuz it's the only one in town read more

The food is always fresh and hot, but the service is consistently awful. I get really aggravated by chit chat about their weekend or what they're doing after work. I ordered three buffets for me and my kids and I had to wait like fifteen minutes for them to hand me a plate. Finally I asked what exactly I was waiting for and the lady looked confused and had no clue why I was standing there. I can't stand that every time I need something, I go to the counter and have to wait a very long time while everyone that works there makes eye contact with me and continues to buzz about. It's really really aggravating. But I continue to go back because at least the food is usually fresh read more

We went there to get a treat, sat in the drive-thru for about 20 minutes to move up to order. Then I simply asked if they had banana splits and was told not so nicely NO We're not Dairy Queen. So I ordered 3 sundaes and asked for extra peanuts and she said "We don't have peanuts." Sat another 5 or so minutes before we could move away from the order spot then sat about another 15 minutes waiting for two vehicles. Decided to leave and drive over to Sweet Home Dairy Queen and get what we really wanted. (I know that was a bit rude on my part, but I sat for so long stewing on the snarky comments). Got to Dairy Queen had 4 or 5 cars ahead of us and the whole process only took about 15 minutes including the ordering and the waiting. So shout out to Sweet Home Dairy Queen for a fabulous job and nice customer service. read more

last two times we went to KFC we were shorted a leg each time and the last time we could not get extra crispy so they said they would throw in an extra cole slaw, they did not. i know it is the employees and not the owners, but the people that work there are the people you have to work with, very poor, read more
