Our hotel recommended this place but we were very disappointed. The place was dreary & in serious need of a decor upgrade. My wife ordered the Sesame Chicken & I had the Lo Mein Chicken but she couldn't eat hers as it tasted like it was cooked in shrimp oil (she's allergic to shrimp). It was dry, tasteless & didn't resemble Sesame chicken. I was really disappointed they didn't serve alcohol. I wanted a TsingTao beer but I don't know if they lost their liquor license or they never applied for one. Server was friendly though, hence only the 2 stars. We had a lovely meal! The plate is huge AND full of very delicious food. Plenty of friend shrimp, sesame chicken, beef broccoli and pork fried rice. The rice was sooooo yummy and their BBQ pork is NOT your usual. It is a slab type piece of meat thick cut and moist. Their S& S sauce is amazing and the hubby loved his food we brought home to him. To top it all off, their fortune cookies were true and are the best I have had in the valley. Like a Chinese Vanilla wafer. We are one Happy Family (pun intended) and will be back. Wing Ming is my favorite place to get Chinese food. They have a great selection and really good size portion. My favorite thing to get is their family dinners, they have an awesome pineapple sweet and sour sauce. I actually like it much better than regular sweet and sour and I have never seen it any where else. I love their fried rice, it doesn't taste like regular fried rice it has a great smokey flavor to it. One of our other favorites is the sauteed scallops and shrimp, it has a bunch of scallops in it, and the sauce is great. This is THE Chinese spot in Lebanon for me. Family run and operated, I've found nothing but pride from each of them. The food is always tasty and the service is great. They often times remember who you are and what you get. One of the best things is how clean the kitchen is. If you go in, take a peak from the counter and see how clean the cook keeps it. His wife, the co-owner, is so bubbly and nice. I personally love getting something special they make by request, "orange tofu" with vegetable fried rice. It's soo good. But ask for it to be smaller cuts and extra crispy. You won't regret it. read more

This is the first time we tried this place and we're pretty disappointed, we ordered pick up and they put our food in a box. When we got home we noticed sauce was all over the bottom of the box, we dismissed it could've happened on the way home. Our order was messed up we ordered beef chow mein all we got was beef and bean sprouts zero noodles. We also ordered teriyaki chicken but they gave us what looks like possibly mushroom chicken? I might try this place again but possibly check the food before I pick up. read more

Wing Ming is a hidden new little secret in Lebanon, and the man agrees. I actually always worked at the main Chinese restaurant in Lebanon and appreciate Wing Ming more on many different levels. You walk in and it's fairly open, I would say grab a booth. It's seat yourself. Most often the owners are the ones working, he cooks, she serves and cooks on occasion. You always are greeted by her little smile and welcome, awww I love it. The lunch specials are awesome here at $4.95 you get your choice of entree(sns chicken, broc bf, lo mein, CURRY CHICKEN, fried rice, orange chicken, green bean chicken, sautted veggies, etc.) and steamed rice or friend rice, with egg flower soup, or hot n sour. Sometimes the egg flower has a little bit too much cornstarch, but they have mostly fixed that problem. Take a look at the menu and you will find the most variety of any of the chinese restaurants in Lebanon by far. A lot of times you can special request things as well if you don't see it. Fried Squid appetizer is huge and amazing, OH and I think its the only place in Lebanon that has CRAB PUFFS WOOO! They definately lack on the BBQ Pork goodness but I think we will all survive. The chow mien is much different because instead of noodles, they use a base of bean sprouts, which totally confused me. Their wonton soup tasted a little off, like the ingredients were old, but that could be just from what I'm use to.
