App website said order was ready. Had to wait about 8-9 minutes, Asked for a courtesy cup for ice. Employee handed me one, and said don't get anything else, or I'll have to kick you out! Was this necessary? Got home with the order, and the buns were on the stale side and the burger sandwich overall was very messy, and didn't taste good, and looked way smaller than 3 years ago. $7.99 for a whopper isn't worth it with the current quality. Never again. read more

Ordered online and picked up in the drive through, the staff was polite and the line moved quickly. Food was very enjoyable for the half of the order we actually received. Apologies for the rant ahead of time but I have yet to go to any fast food place in Lebanon and have them remember my ENTIRE order. The order was for two people so the order size is not a valid excuse. Part of the order they forgot was our fries, however ironically enough, they made sure to remember all our dipping sauces for them! AND there were 3 fries in the bottom of the bag! Would love to say the rest of my meal was as good as the first half, but I wouldn't know... read more

Cold soggy burger tastes like wet smoke on a soggy bun no onion. No catsup totally gross ! just bought it at 5:45 Pm on 6/20/2026 will never return ever again ! read more

Using the drive through I ordered food as normal, when I got to window, I got berated by a youngster for not giving my coupon code when ordering for at least 30 seconds, I politely informed her I did, so she called me an old bit-h under her breath (but I heard). Food was good but service was a zero. After inquiring I found out she was the manager, soooooo sad. read more

The food is good and the service is okay there's really only two employees mthat aren't the greatest one has short curly hair and he's kind of passive aggressive and the other has long brown hair and she gives costumers dirty looks and is just over all not a good person read more

While the food tasted alright, the presentation was terrible!! I ordered the classic melt with heavy American cheese. It wasn't toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. The service was again, alright. They did obviously give us our food but definitely not a friendly environment. At least it was fairly clean. read more

The internet said open till 11. Apple Maps says open till eleven. Yelp says open till 12. Pull up to the drive through at 9:56 just to hear a "sorry we are closed" would much appreciate some sort of knowledge of hours read more

So, I really like the croissant breakfast sandwiches. I order egg and cheese because I don't like meat. They are so good that I keep coming back. Often. When they are 2 for $4 it is hard to resist. I buy the hash browns and Capri Sun apple juice too. I usually do so, once or twice a week, in between my elementary school and middle school carpool for my kids. There is just enough time for me to buy breakfast to bring home to my older daughter. Then we have some quality time to eat and visit together at home before she starts her day. Well... I got super embarrassed a few weeks ago when the voice through the drive through completed my order back to me after I started saying the sandwiches. "With the small hash browns and 2 apple juice?" She knew exactly what I wanted! It was a great attention to detail that I appreciated. Yes, I do visit there often and order the same thing, but it was a nice way to validate my existence. Sometimes people just see the job and not the people. I told her about my daughter and I. Now she always mentions her when I order. It is a very nice start to our day. read more

I'm a bit puzzled by the low rating. Remember, this is not fine dining, it's fast food! The young people that work here are always friendly and helpful and I have never had a bad experience. The food ihas always been hot and fresh. I'm happy :-) read more

I do not often write a review, sometimes, however, staff members deserve extra recognition. I would like to thank Kari, the evening Manager for her patience with me. I do not often go to Burger King and I did not know what I would like to order. I had multiple questions and she was patient enough and answered my questions. I am very grateful that she was working that evening as it was a long day for me. Thank you. read more

Waiting a long time 15-20 minutes while they prioritized drive thru orders over walk-ins. Clearly, management is focused solely on drive-thru times. They literally gave my exact order to a drive thru customer that came through 5 minutes after I placed my order. Three walk-ins with full on meals got their order before I did, and over 8-10 cars were serviced before I asked about my order. All I ordered were two sandwiches to go. Unfortunate, because I chose this stop thinking it'd be faster than the Jack in the box around the corner. Turns out they cleared my order and forgot about it for over 15min. When questioned about the status of my order they performed a refund and had my order made right up in the spot. read more

The building looks old from the outside when looking at the torn name and paint. There was either a problem with the drive thru speaker or the person at the window was too old to hear the orders and took ages for us and cars ahead to order. The cars ahead of us were noticeably angry with the lady. When we finally got to the window, she unwrapped my burger and opened the bun with her naked hand to make sure it was the right one. My sandwich was lukewarm, but tasted good. My beverage was upgraded to make up for the wait. read more

Alright, I'm not one who typically reviews fast food places, but I felt the need to rave exceptional customer service. You typically expect food to be fast, heated to the right temp, etc. However, Jim (I'm guessing the manager) dared to challenge my son (who is only 8) when he ordered the #10 rather them something off the kids menu. Jim: "Bet you you can't eat it all." My son: "Bet you I can!" (My son loves being challenged, so this was pretty cool for him.) The new guy (David!) seems very friendly and quick to learn as well. (The reason why I'm not giving a 5 star is because the cleanliness is left to be desired. Especially the female restroom.) read more

This was the worst ever...as I was ordering my food, the person kept interrupting me so I said "I will tell you what I want if you will give me a minute"..as I ate my burger, I kept smelling B.O...I took my bun off and smelled it and I swear someone rubbed it on their underarm..not sure if they were upset at my statement or not...I have never smelled anything so terrible in my life... read more

They are so slow! I hate coming here, it's always like a 10-15 min wait in the drive through... This last time I went the manager did give a 10% discount for the wait... Idk if it's a new manager but he was awesome read more

The last 3 times I've been here service has been extremely slow, they are understaffed and the place has been dirty. Good food if you can stomach the filth and don't expect your meal fast when you dine in. read more

Way unimpressed, not only is there always a long wait in drive threw, they list items on the menu that are not available. Store menu, BK website and FB all list Fiery Chicken Fries. According to employees, these have been discontinued out of the blue. The ICEE machine has been broken for months now. This remains on the menu board as well with no notation. Employees keep saying BK was informed and they have been waiting this whole time for someone to fix it. Amazing. read more

As others have said be prepared to wait a good long time even in the restaurant you will wait at least 10 mins for your food the manager who was there last time we went seamed to be more interested in hitting on the young women working there then actually doing much else creep factor not taken into account the food itself was luke warm at best and they gave us a wrong burger I did message corporate and they eventually sent me free whopper coupons that I used in Albany sadly can't even go there anymore as its burnt down now so this Lebanon BK is for now the only game in town for us its dirty and outdated but that might be able to be over looked if the service and food didn't match..bottom line its fairly bad even for fast food so be warned ide say you got a less then 20% chance of getting what you even ordered..not to mention it being some what hot and appealing.. read more

I read the other reviews and I totally disagree with them. My order is always as I ordered it. The only times it takes a little longer is when there are a lot of people in the drive thru or they are just frying the onion rings. Everything is always hot and service is GREAT. I go there at least once a week. Sometimes they are out of things or they have been discontinued - deal with it. If you don't like it - don't go there. read more

There food is raunchy, its greasy and I found plastic in my chicken once. There prices are rediculious, especially for childrens meals.

Worst service ever! Went with my brother and they shorted us on a burger! We didn't notice till we got home. They made him dig his receipt out of the trash and when he got upset about it the girl told him she has the right to refuse service. They wouldn't give us out burger or our money. It's a shame a multimillion dollar company can't afford to teach customer service. Everytime I go to this location it's one thing after another. Sorry Burger King of lebanon. You have officially lost a customer and I still want my money back. We are calling the management in the morning and calling corporate as well. read more

this is probably the worst burger king I have ever been to. they cant get the orders correct even after 3 tries in taking back the same food. went tonight an they told me they did not even have salt for the fries. can you belive that, no salt. fries are always cold or barley warm. crappy attitude by 1 cashier. I will not use the drive thru as the order is not correct or the food cold. we live in sweet home and used to stop there often. tonight was the last time. this place sucks. read more
