I'm giving up completely on this place. Every time I visit there is always something missing or multiple things missing. I shouldn't have to check the bag every single time to make sure there wasn't a mistake. The fries are always cold and mushy when i get them too. read more

40 minutes for just a small meal some little kids threw a vape at me , cashier having no money, the cashier was genuinely incompetent and could not count.didn't know where the straws were and gave me 9/10 nuggets a worker not knowing to count money. Also the fries were burnt and the lobby was a mess. Btw this happened on Saturday 5/9/26 around 8 to 9 pm read more

Worst customer experience I've ever encountered. We ordered on the app, pulled past the first window because we had already paid, and the old, obese, nasty lady at the window immediately was awful to us. She first started demanding we recant our entire order. Once we pulled out the app and did that she said "go to the first window from now on." I said, "Sorry we didn't know" and she slammed the window. She comes back, throws the bag in our faces and says "here." and slams the window again. Never experienced someone so rude. Will not be going back to this location. read more

order 2 double cheeseburgers and a hot and spicy mcchicken. Wait close to 15 mins for my order and was handed cold burgers with the cheese not melted at all on stale buns. I was expecting fresh hot food. not cold stale items. read more

I just went through the drive through and ordered a Big Mac and an extra plain patty for my little Yorkie, the gal was very sweet and commented on my furbaby. When I got my order the extra patty was not included, so I had to park the car and go inside. I explained to the manager that I was missing the extra patty...she said that she had not been notified that it was a 'side' item and they had placed the extra patty on the Big Mac. I would have just taken if off myself if I had known, instead she made a point of throwing it in the trash can and muddering that she was not notified..yet again, when she handed me the new order, I told her again that I did explain when ordering that it was for my dog. She was extremely short with me and didn't seem to care read more

A really nice manager with an upbeat personality served me. I asked for well-done French fries. And when I got my order they were well well-done fries. I order them the same way at every McDonalds we go to. That way we get fresh hot fries. This is the first one who over cooked them to where they were like eating chips. The double quarter pounder was very hot and good. Hoping next time they will not over cook French fries. Well done usually gets us fries right out of the fryer. Not cooked all the way through to the point of breaking in half when you bite into them. Just an FYI to the French Fry cook for next time. read more

This review is only about the Shamrock shakes. Once a year. It's all that we, as a society, live for. So why do they taste so bad this time? It's like milk with liquid peppermint flavoring. This isn't a shake. A shake should be thick like ice cream. I don't know what they are doing wrong, but I got another one today in Junction City and it tasted exactly the same. What has corporate headquarters done to try and save costs? Please. Just give me some ice cream. Crush up some candy canes and sprinkle some green sugar on top. And a cherry! You've even forgotten the cherry this time too! Oh, how you have let me down. Let America down. Shame, shame on you. read more

Stopped in for an early morning breakfast before heading out of town. Placed my order and received the wrong food. The dilemma: I ordered sausage mc muffins with no sausage sub bacon. Easy right? I received one muffin with cheese and sausage. No egg, and another with a muffin, cheese and bacon. It was cold. I also ordered a plain egg mc muffin for my daughter but hers came with ham on it. She was very hungry so she peeled her ham off and ate the breakfast sandwich. I took the 2 sandwiches to the counter and the gal said she needs to get her manager. I thought that was strange...I just want you to give me what I ordered. The cook approached me so I explained what I ordered and what I received were not the same. He offered to throw an egg on it. I declined and told him I would like him to make them fresh. The manager approached me and apologize. She assured me she would get me my food soon. 15 minutes later (they had to warm up the grill?!?) I had a bag with 2 replacement sandwiches. We were in a rush as we are in our way out of state. I grabbed the bag and ran. In the car I asked my daughter to check the mc muffins to ensure there want any "extra" ingredients. (Come on. We all know what happens when you send food back in a fast food setting). She opened them and told me I must look at the egg. Burnt to a crisp. The sandwich was inedible. Ugh! $30 I spent on breakfast here for 6 people and my food was inedible. I will not be coming here again. read more

It is 8:40 pm, and I had just driven thru after waiting in a long line to get a MINT OREO MCFLURRY treat. I told the order taker I had a coupon, buy one, get one free, that was MAILED TO ME. It was dark, raining, and when I pulled up, I was handed two McFlurry ice cream in a cup, that one was barely HALF FULL, the other one was fine, but not full like Dairy Queen. These treats ARE $3.50, and I received, because when I got home and measured them, one that had less than 3/4 cup of ice cream, almost NO OREO COOKIE, AND.... neither one was even mint, they were both PLAIN, I ordered MINT. My GOSH, they KNEW THE CUP WAS HALF EMPTY when the person made it, and the person in the window looked t it also. Not ONE PERSON that made these, knew the customer WOULD NOT BE HAPPY with this SUPER SMALL serving?? Should I have turned around?, maybe, WAIT IN LINE AGAIN? No, I did not, but I did take a picture of the chintzy treat I paid $3.50 for. I actually only GOT ONE McFlurry, because the other "FREE" one, was less than half full, so I got for my $3.50, ONE McFlurry, a virtually plain cup of ice cream, not mint, and little or no Oreo flavor. This has happened before to me, but I am finished waiting in line to get ripped off by this McDonald's restaurant, fast and lousy, food. Maybe that could be a new motto for McD's, Fast and Lousy? Corporate people need to wait in line at this FRANCHISE, place a few orders, then have a good talking to about how they treat PAYING CUSTOMERS. Have I had other bad experiences here, yes. I know I am making a big deal over a chintzy ice cream treat, but it WAS $3.50. I know that people are busy in these places, but I have had LOUSY FOOD here just one too many times I guess. Warmed over sandwiches, which I threw away, fries that are ALWAYS COLD. I am DONE waiting in line, and getting ripped off. I work away from home a lot, there are really good Mcdonalds, and of course, really bad ones. I think Corporate needs to drive thru here in Lebanon, and place a few orders, then have a good talking to about how they treat PAYING CUSTOMERS. read more

McDonald's - Does this look like a $3.50 treat? - Fast Food Near Me - Lebanon, Oregon

Thank you to the employees that ignored me while I was waiting to order! When someone did speak to me, the speaker was all garbled and I couldn't understand a thing that was said. When I asked for clarification, got nothing. Didn't talk to me when I pulled up to the window and phone went to full mailbox immediately. Nice service. If you are open 24 hours that means you serve people at 3am. I look past the extremely long wait times in the drive through and some of the errors to my orders. This is getting silly. You are the only place open in the middle of the night and it isn't clear if you really are. read more

Was given a sm fry instead of what I ordered. So I went inside & Emily which has a huge attitude problem asks what I need & I told her it's supposed to be a large fry no Salt. So she grabs the bag in a huff throws it aggressively in the trash & comes back with a new bag of fries but they were covered in grease & completely dumped upside down in the bag. I asked for a batch of fries no salt & upright still in the carton. Not dumped all over so Emily snatched up the bag threw it with all her mite into the trash then rudely comes by to yell at me it's going to take 3 mins. I asked for her name & she finally said Emily after the third time asking. I said I'd like to talk to her manager & Terra pops up saying Hi I'm Terra I'm just going to refund you & you can leave. Like what? I have to leave because she's poor management & doesn't keep her employees attitudes in check. Like what kind of service is that? Your employees mess up the order & I get kicked out for going inside to ask for what I paid for??? Not ok at all.I told Terra I will be leaving a review & she said good you might want to check your poor decision in hiring a dreadful disrespectful weak woman to improperly handle a very minor situation that her employee started. Emily. You are a punk & Terra. You're a Poor excuse for management & a failure as a leader. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's in the history of all McDonald's. They been open for a half a year and they've not gotten better. 20 minute to 30 minute wait in the line are common. I don't know what's wrong but it's disaster us. read more

Ok, I COULD take a star away for the parking lot layout. The spaces are angled against the direction of travel unless you loop all the way around the building.... but I doubt anyone working there making or serving food designed that so why nitpick? The fact is I have NEVER gotten a messed up order here! They are always polite, food is fresh and unless you go when it's super busy, you get in and out pretty fast. Lobby is kept pretty clean and even the ever present local tweekers seem behave themselves. I was in the drive thru the other day for a quick milkshake and got stuck behind several large orders and my cranky old 03' BMW starts showing a "low coolant" light (every few hundred miles or so it does this so I know the drill) I pull out of line and pop my hood and loosen the radiator cap to vent a bit before topping it off. I then walk inside for my milkshake. They are totally PACKED inside with I'm guessing holiday shoppers? I wait about 5 minutes and the person at the drive thru sees me in line and walks over and passes my (unpaid for) milkshake to me and gives me a sympathetic look and tells me it's on the house! She must have thought I was about to have a REALLY bad day because of my car! I thanked her and said "It's all good, the car is just temperamental. Let me pay! :)" Left my fiver on he counter and topped of my radiator and headed home feeling like they had in that small gesture, really taken an extra step to help someone from having a worse day. THIS is customer service. read more

I'm still shocked at the fact that fast food workers want $15 an hour. I ordered my food, it was read back to me, I got to the window and the girl read it again, only it was completely wrong. I ordered a filet o fish and a cheeseburger with Mac sauce. Got my food at the second window, glanced in the bag and all was well. Got home and my filet was cold. Oh well, I ate it anyways. Then opened my cheeseburger and they got it halfway right. There was mac sauce on it, but it was a mcchicken :/ I am pretty much over McDonald's at this point read more

Worst customer service on night crew. 5/10 times will I get a ROCK HARD bun on my sausage egg McMuffin. Pure laziness. And when you complain about it, they keep quiet the whole time you're talking and then just give u what was messed up. Without a sorry or won't happen again. Nothing. Manager was right there when I was complaining to the team member and she immediately turned around. read more

Update to my last review: I was sent 2 free meal cards for my inconvenience. Which was a nice gesture, so I thought I would go use one. However, unless the employees here are just not trained properly or don't have a clue. I was sent cards for Salem/Keizer! I am NOT driving to Salem, just for McDonald's. Then on top of that the cards expiration date is 4 months before I even made my complaint! Talk about incompetence and a bunch of idiots running the show. I will be taking my business elsewhere. What a joke! read more

After going to my grandkids Christmas concert on 12/4/18 I stopped into Mcdonalds to get dinner. 6 sandwiches one of which was a Big Mac minus the middle bun, 4 fries and an apple pie. All the fries were cold and inedible and when I opened the Big Mac to my surprise there were no buns at all. cold patties topped with special sauce and shredded lettuce. The burgers were not even a little warm. Not very happy customer read more

McDonald's is a pretty reliable stop when you're on the road, especially with kids. They were able to substitute the bun on my burger for lettuce (yeah Celiac!), which was nice. However, I have to mark them down to 1 star because there was a long hair in my daughter's hamburger. They re-made it for us very quickly. read more

Let's be honest, it's McDonald's, it's only for a quick bite not a "meal" so the food is ok and the only reason they get 3 stars is because they are quick as hell with the drive through, it's pretty impressive how fast they clear it out. read more

I just called McDonald's to tell them about their yelp review and how they only had one and a half stars, and they really seemed to take me seriously. I pulled into the drive through around 11:50, there was a line, not ordering, but waiting for food or waiting to pay. I pulled in as another car pulled into the line, meaning they had just been helped! Immediately the girl said "we're closed" I said "it's 11:50, you guys close at 12, that doesn't make sense" she said "yeah, but by the time you get to pickup your order it'll be past 12, which is when we close" now I'm not only annoyed but amazed that apparently you guys refuse to help a paying customer, just because their order MIGHT put you past your closing. I work in retail, and we were always taught that as long as the customer is their before the doors are locked, then they need to be helped, even if it takes 15 mins. Also, I have pulled in the drivethru before at the same time, with the same amount of people in line. So again I say "that doesn't make sense" I repeated that 3x, each time I was ignored. Mind you, all I wanted was a single fountain soda, but apparently that's too much to ask. I will not be giving Lebanon McDonalds my business any longer. read more

Good fast food! They have friendly staff members and keep the place very clean. Nice clean restrooms as well.

The staff have been rude and condescending the last 3 times I have been there. It is always the night shift crew. I will never go there again and I did talk to the store manager.
