I've been there for the lunch and dinner rush as well as late at night when staff is at a minimum and I've never had an issue worth complaining over. My order is usually correct and fresh tasting and served by polite usually smiling employees. Here are a few tips for getting good customer service that may help some of you. First, don't be a jerk! When you get to the front counter or the drive thru, and they greet you maybe start with a smile and a "Hi how are you today?". I have seen some of the rudest people just walk up and ignore the greeting or even interrupt it to start TELLING the person what they want. I've worked customer service and you WILL get better service if you treat them like a human beings instead of a vending machines. And maybe look at how you ask people for what you want. Do you say "Yea, give me a number 1 and a large coke" or do you say "Could I please get a number 1 and a large coke" Sometimes it's all in how you ask that can set the tone for the service you receive. I guess the bottom line is this, if you want great customer service, make yourself their favorite customer! They make your food, you know the stuff that keeps you alive, throw a little respect their way and you might be surprised with the result ;)
