We ordered 4 Large pizzas: 2 extra cheese, 1 veggie no onion, 1 veggie w/onion, all pan crust. When I go to pick up, the pizzas were overcooked, dry, didn't have extra cheese & they were made so that the "crust" veered into the middle of the pizzas technically making them half pizzas. Why?! I asked for them to be remade. $60+ for dry, half pizzas is unacceptable. They were remade. The crust still cut into the pizzas. Good thing I don't live here. It would be tough to order from this location again.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at Pizza Hut. The cashier came across unenthusiastic and…read moredisengaged, while other employees were sitting in the lobby chatting instead of working. The pizza itself was unacceptable--undercooked, doughy, and clearly made with little care. It ended up going straight in the trash. The only bright spot was the gentleman managing the order handoff--he was attentive and making an effort to keep things moving. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to offset the overall poor service. This location is in serious need of better management and staff training. Yum foods or whoever is Pizza Huts company needs to shut this one down

Not a single employee said HELLO nor did they acknowledge me. From the guy who took my pizza out of the oven and looked directly at me to the older woman training the young girl on the pizza making line. A delivery driver walked in and I said HELLO, he just walked on by. The pizza was fresh and delicious! I think this place needs an in house person who is upbeat, has energy and understands setting the tone by being friendly and engaging. Turn on some "reasonable" music, greet people when they come in and enjoy your job. Great people here who need to feel appreciated and be motivated. Excellent pizza!

Manager apologized several times and said she would put a credit/reward on my account. The national office nor local store can't find this credit/reward on my account. Also, what even is my account? You'd think it would be associated with your phone number, but everyone always asks for your name. Can't find it under either. Super lame and confusing. Visiting relatives in Jackson, they recommended Broad Street for takeout lunch so I treated and…read morepicked up the order. This review is strictly based on my Shrimp Po-Boy which had the worst fried shrimp I've ever experienced. It was cooked beyond belief and felt like chewing rubber. Breading was probably tasty had the order been properly cooked but could not tell. I had my wife taste a piece, she confirmed my opinion. Bread was buttered and grilled but did not have the feel of a real po-boy bun as if it were on the old side which is strange as the place is a bakery. I don't know what dressing was used, tasted like plain mayo. This is a strong do-not-ever-order recommendation. Fries were good, probably cut fresh. If I ate in, the order would be sent back to the kitchen. My replacement would likely have been better but QC on the takeout was lacking. I understand it's a popular spot in Jackson and was certainly full when I picked up the order. My meal, sadly, was quite forgettable. Other meals that were part of the order seemed OK but, in my eyes, uninspired. Edit: Heard from the manager with with an apology and offer to make up for the issue to my local relatives since I'm only a visitor to the area. I'm convinced that this was a one-off issue and greatly appreciate the manager reaching out. I'll give them another try on my next visit and will update things accordingly.
