We ordered 4 Large pizzas: 2 extra cheese, 1 veggie no onion, 1 veggie w/onion, all pan crust. When I go to pick up, the pizzas were overcooked, dry, didn't have extra cheese & they were made so that the "crust" veered into the middle of the pizzas technically making them half pizzas. Why?! I asked for them to be remade. $60+ for dry, half pizzas is unacceptable. They were remade. The crust still cut into the pizzas. Good thing I don't live here. It would be tough to order from this location again.

The pizza itself was unacceptable--undercooked, doughy, and clearly made with little care. It ended up going straight in the trash. The only bright spot was the gentleman managing the order handoff--he was attentive and making an effort to keep things moving. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to offset the overall poor service. This location is in serious need of better management and staff training. Yum foods or whoever is Pizza Huts company needs to shut this one down

I think this place needs an in house person who is upbeat, has energy and understands setting the tone by being friendly and engaging. Turn on some "reasonable" music, greet people when they come in and enjoy your job. Great people here who need to feel appreciated and be motivated. Excellent pizza!
