Not just managing, but assembling to go orders, helping his crew and generally ensuring things were going well. My order was taken and the young girl made an error. The manager not only fixed it, but helped her to understand what she did wrong - the Dave's double is not the same as the double stack - and how to avoid that problem in the future. No yelling, no putting her down, just helping her for the future. When my food was ready, I took it to a table in the front area of the restaurant. The tables were all clean, the condiments area was tidy and properly stocked, the TVs were tuned in to a news and a sports channel but on a quiet volume. They also have a wifi. Burger was assembled properly and my nuggets were hot. And after a few minutes, that same manager came by to check on me and ask if everything was great. And that's why we're five stars here. We paid for the food the night before, sceduled the pick-up for 10:45am the next day, and completed the vehicle information. The next morning my sister logged into the spot and waited in the car for 15 minutes. When she finally went into the store (mind you it was extremely early), she encountered four employees not doing anything. They were disinterested in her presence, and only one of them even asked if :this is for here or to go". She explained the order and the waiting in the car, to which he again asked "for here or to go". She explained again, and then he was like "oh it's right there". She had to get the food (which was sitting there the whole time - now 15 minutes colder), and walk it out to her own car. This made her late picking up the pizzas, late for the students' lunch period, and now arriving with all stone-cold food. I called that evening at 10pm to alert the manager about the situation and tell them about the experience. I encountered the (again) most disinterested "store manager" in history - Adonis. He took the information and then proceeded to make me feel as if I was calling to get something for nothing. Then he said "Well you said everything was fine, so what do you want from me?" To which I responded that everything was NOT fine, and that I had ordered $70 worth of food that was late, had a terrible customer service experience, delayed an entire school party, and provided my students with cold food which their parents had donated money for. Ridiculous, unacceptable, and disgusting customer experience.
