Service was so slow ! Took 40 minutes to get through the line. They kept filling mobile orders while they had a big line of people waiting to order. Went there with some friends on a Sunday morning and it was busy. Only about a 10 minute wait which was quick. Once we sat down it did take a while to get our food ordered which was annoying but the food was worth the wait. The chocolate chip pancakes were great and the hash browns were also top notch. Had to wait in line 20 minutes before we got to order. Once we ordered the lady began making my sandwich and dropped a piece of my bacon in the trash. I guess she thought I wasn't paying attention or maybe she believes in the ten second rule, so she fished it out and tried to put it on my sandwich. When they got to the counter they picked them up and carried them. (these were not seeing eye dogs because they were too small, the owners picked them up, and they were not wearing any vests). It's a Subway. But this location is often very busy. Even finding a space for a vehicle in the small, paved lot can be a pain (thankfully there is free street parking out front and on the side). However, there's actually plenty of seating inside. Food is consistent, and though the employees may not be the most smiley bunch at times, they know what they're doing.
