I am a local. This place is the absolute worst. I would not wish this type of service on anyone, not even my worst enemy. The so called manager, Armando S., should be removed for his position and should be banished from the food service industry completely. The majority of the employees working there are spineless. One of them, a middle aged lady working there, who I think is in her thirties, is so inappropriately rude and so disrespectful. She acts as she were 12 years-old. Please just save your money and choose somewhere else to eat when in the area. Try the TacoBell or the Little Caesars near by. Incomplete. Y'all got feeling some type of way. After a hike and getting peed on by my dog, I was so hungry and looking forward to eating some food. I get home, take a shower because I've got pee on my foot. I'm starving at this point. I open my sub and realize subway people forgot the other half of my sandwich. Wth. It's missing all the meat and part if the bread. The paper was so soggy from the lack of bread. This location provides no customer service . Thought I would stop here on my way into work today . Online said they were open for a few more hours . When I arrived the drive thru sign was on and said open. When I began to place my order the female employee came over the intercom and said they were closed . I mention that she still had the drive thru light on. She said nothing ,no apology , no sorry for the inconvenience. I went there every sunday and the girls that work there are super friendly and helpful to boot. I always get the special 2.49 sandwich. its chicken breast and you can have them make it however you want sooo i basically get a sweet onion chicken teriki sandwich on the cheap! they listen really well, unlike some sanwich places! and they usually work their whole shift alone, with lines that sometimes never end.. so they deserve a pat on the back, a compliment, if nothing more, a tip! thanks for making me great sandwichs! read more

Basically like any other Subway I've ever been to. Clean! Clean bathroom! the service is ok. I don't expect too much... just make my sandwich.. I'm not the type of person to expect my butt to be kissed. If you like Subway in general this would be a good one for you. However I will never understand why they don't want to use the drive thru. They took over the Old Dairy Queen that had a drive thru but they don't use it. They have potted plants blocking the drive thru driveway. stopped here on the way back up to sf. they were able to put lots of lettuce and tomatoes on my veggie sub (which some subways refuse to do for some unknown reason) and the place was very clean. no bathroom, but the starbucks down the way has one that they let us use. read more
