I had to wait fifteen minutes to get a wrong order at the drive-in, which means I was already on the road and home when I discovered the mistakes, which means I over paid for something I didn't order. Fast food is very expensive now, so the employees need to get it right. When I called to speak with a manager, there wasn't one there to take my messages. Hands down, this is the best Taco Bell I've been to when it comes to the food itself. Location.....well you know. It's right off the freeway next to a gas station. They offer a drive-thru if you're in a hurry. The driveway entrance was poorly designed by someone, meaning you enter near the wellness center? There are two bathrooms inside. No mirror to look at yourself, LOL, just the bare necessities. Two touchpad kiosks to order your food. I say go there, because they don't have a lot of staff, they are tending to the drive-thru orders. If you insist on a person, you'll be standing there for a while. Now, onto the food, it is seriously the best I've ever had. I'm a Taco Bell fanatic, trust me. My husband ordered the veggie mexican pizza, it was made looking like what you'd see in the commercials. There was soap in our drinks! We thought it was just regular foam that happens when a drink is melting but it's been over 5 hours of the drink sitting there and the suds from the soap is still there; and the less that there was of the drink the weirder it tasted, like that strong bitter taste that happens when you get soap in your mouth. I was rather skeptical of taking a detour, due to the low ratings at this establishment. But when a car filled hungry travelers get the munchies, you take what you can get... I was pleasantly surprised by the positively warm service despite the time of night (11:30pm)! To be honest my Taco Bell orders are never easy, but they went above and beyond with my modified order!! .... even gave my spicy potato taco extra fresco love. There isn't much around here to choose for food. So we walked in and you HAVE to order at the kiosk. No employees came to the front. Though they noticed we were there, they didn't come t the front. So if you only have cash you are out of luck because the employees dot care about you. So we ordered on the kiosk and sat down. I heard an employee say, oh it dropped on the floor. I cringed hoping they didn't serve someone food that was oh the floor. Oh and by the way we were the only ons inside the store for awhile and there was about 2 people in the drive through. It took almost 20-25 minutes to get our order. We just ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 bean burritos. When I opened the sandwich I was like wow what a jip on a dot of sauce. Wrapping a few ingredients in a tortilla must be rocket science for some of these people, not to mention reading, and understanding what the customer's order is. This Taco Bell ALWAYS forgets something from my bag. If I order more than 5 items they get confused and miss at least 1 item. I mean the chips are stale half the time, the beans taste old, but this is Taco Bell, I don't expect much. However it would be nice to actually get all the items I paid for to be placed in my bag. It's usually a taco or burrito, some side item so I don't bother calling back half the time. The last time this happened I ordered the quesalupa combo meal and they gave me the tacos that come with the meal but no quesalupa! I called and spoke to the manager and he said nothing after "I'm the manager". Didn't offer to have me come back and pick up the missing item, didn't say he was sorry, just stayed on the phone and listened. First I would like to say the staff was incredibly friendly and had a smile despite having to wear a mask. However that is the only compliment I can give, it wasn't busy but it wasn't dead either, I ordered 3 items and all 3 left me disappointed and regretting ever going. Tried their "grilled cheese burrito" and the cheese wasn't grilled, to the point I could make out each individual shred of cheese. To top it all off, not a single piece stayed on the burrito. Then I ordered 2 shredded chicken quesadilla melts, first one was 75% tortilla, 10% cheese, 10% chicken, and 5% sauce. I am planning on escalating this issue higher than a yelp review. Disappointed in the quality, not worth the price, I will not return, and I will think twice before ordering from a Taco Bell in the future. read more

Jus terrible the manager (male) is a joke the staff is lazy the lobby is a mess and safety issues going on. I've been to a lot of taco bells across the country, and while taco bells in California tend to be better, this one stands out as my favorite. The food is consistently better than any other location. The shells are crunchy and so are the quesadillas, not a pile of mush like most other locations. It is also usually pretty clean. I've been to countless Toco Bell's in my life, but the experience I had at this one was something completely different. I usually stop at Gonzales to stop for McDonald's, but this time I thought I'd try the new Taco Bell. The lady who took my order was extremely kind, asked if I wanted to get options for my food that I previously didn't even know existed. When the food and drink was ready, she brought it out to my table, told me to enjoy my food. And the food -- yes, it was still Taco Bell, with the same ingredients, but it seemed to have been made with the manner of making a real Mexican meal. I've never had Taco Bell that was more fresh and filling. At the end of my visit, the same lady came around to ask how my food was and if I needed anything else, and of course I had to tell her that it was amazing. I left the restaurant feeling really confused whether I was actually at a Taco Bell or not, but now that I'm looking back, I regret not leaving a sizable tip on the table for the lady who gave me a gourmet restaurant experience for a Taco Bell. read more
