Both employees had long hair without any hairnets on which I find risking hair falling into the food. The guy had messy hair to his shoulders and the girl had super long hair draped over her shoulder that went to her waist. The add ins for sandwiches looked days old. I've ordered the veggie delight as my staple go to since it was a $5 foot long. All I can say is WHAT THE ACTUAL F*CK?! The older gentleman who made this sandwich on 5/5/2020 at about 4:30 VIA online order needs to be trained again. He cut the absolute thinnest part of the bottom bread completely off? Since when do you do it that way out of the 3 sandwich's we got the veggie delight was the only one cut this way!? The presentation was absolutely crap, nothing stayed in the sandwich so I had mayo on the outside of what little bottom bread there was because he also put all the Soggy ingredients on the bottom too? 1. No greeting when e walked in the door, it must have been around 8:15pm. What is it because you're getting ready to leave that you're too good to welcome customers in??? 2. She started doing my sub and it was already a disaster from when she put on the turkey. I thought subway employees were actually trained on how to do properly make a sub, guess I thought wrong! Lettuce was completely brown asked if there was maybe some more fresh lettuce in the back they said there is nothing at all that they can do about it. Stopped in Sunday night and the staff was attentive to my order and filled it quickly. Before ordering, I tried to read the menu to get pricing to compare 6 inch to fool long and there was nothing to see. so then I wanted to look at the meats to inspiration for something new, but all the meats are hidden behind a metal hood that prevents viewing by customers. . Not a big deal. They made me two 6 inches. One was roast beef. Went to eat it, I immediately noticed I couldn't taste the meat or the cheese. There was only one slice of roast beef that didn't reach to either edge and one triangle of cheese. I realize that food costs are high, but I couldn't even taste the texture of either the very thinly sliced cheese and meat in the Roast Beef sandwich, and I really tried once I decided there was actually some meat there. As I was eating it, the sauce that they had added was causing all the contents to just slide out onto my table. The tuna sand was fine and I could taste the meat, even though this sandwich had the same issues with the sauce being too heavily applied. When paying, I was interested in the cost of each sandwich and noted that the display for the customer was not displaying the ring-up, and seemed to be frozen at 49 cents. If I had known the cost of these sandwiches in advance, I may have opted for the more cost effective foot longs. Regardless, the roast beef was a huge waste of money, given that I wanted some protein with that bread!!! read more

Employees need retraining on their food service protocols. While standing in line, saw an employee accept money from a customer while making a sandwich. The employee made 2 sandwiches while holding the money in his hand. He then shoved the money in his pocket and continued to make orders with his contaminated gloves. He was sent in the back to do something and regloved when he returned. Went in the back again and did not reglove when he returned. I requested he reglove before touching my order and he disappeared again while I checked out. I did not see him actually change his gloves. The other 2 employees did nothing to correct him. Rob is the best worker there. He is always super sweet and makes the best sandwiches. He's an older guy and happens to be the most energetic worker i've met there. I trust him to make my food more than the other employees. He should get a raise. read more

Usually go in to this subway since it's close to my house and generally have zero complaints. This review is based on my experience ordering from this subway through Postmates for the first time (not my experience with postmates or my delivery driver, that was great) spent $40 on 2 subs, 2 drinks and cookies and what a waste of money because the only actual edible items I received were the drinks and cookies. Both sandwiches were missing many items that were requested, the bread was hard as a rock I had to warm it up in the microwave for a few seconds just to attempt to make it somewhat edible which even then didn't work. I ordered guac on one of the subs and when I opened the sub the guac was in a blob just at the end of the sub. Zero effort was put into these subs so I now realize in order for them to care about making your sub right you have to be standing right in front of them watching them as they make it for them to actually care. Do not order from them through postmates or uber!! I understand it's subway and not some gourmet sub shop BUT when I'm paying $40+ I expect to at least get what I pay for. I'm so disappointed because I usually love subway but this experience just put such a bad taste in my mouth for them. read more

I wish there was an option for ZERO stars because that is what I would rate this Subway location. Their bread was not fresh - somehow it was a combination of stale and undercooked. Lettuce had a brownish tinge, indicating it was turning. Staff didn't even know how to cut open the bread well. And to top it all off, their prices are much higher than other subway locations less than 5 miles away. Do yourself a favor, take those extra 5-6 minutes to go to another location.
