was in this subway Sunday 10.04.19 , my son wanted a subway and I wanted to try out the salad as have heard it was good , so thought I would give it a try , I was the only person in the shop , so its not like it was busy , didn't encounter any eye contact from the girl who was working there not even a smile or hello , got a YES from her , oops somebody in a bad mood today , told the girl that I have never had a salad in subway so was looking for the favourite sauce to go on this ? she just looked at me like I had grown two horns , honestly !! you would think I had asked for the moon and back . no reply from her, so choose mayo as a safe bet . everything was rushed , like I said I was the only person , so she wasn't under any pressure , got my juice , paid the bill and before I even left the shop she had ran back in the back of the shop before I even got out the door . left feeling a wee bit angry . just paid £10.50 . I have worked in retail for a number of years and never ever treated customers this way , regardless of how I feel .
think staff have to be trained on how to treat customers with respect , take a second out and treat people properly . Don't think I will be back any time soon . too be honest I don't usually complain and this is the first time I have ever done a review but felt quite strongly about my visit too subway. food was lovely , just a shame about service read more
