My daughter's symptoms were so severe that I had to take her to the emergency room. I attempted to contact corporate by phone to report this serious food safety issue, but after being on hold for over an hour, no one answered. I had to hunt down a corporate email in hopes someone will respond. I have since submitted a detailed complaint via email. This experience was frightening and unacceptable. I hope Wendy's corporate and this location take food safety seriously and ensure that no other family has to go through this.

When I went up to the front, I stood there for another few minutes while ignored by staff. Finally I went up to register (mind you I had to wait behind people that were ordering food), and after waiting then asked for my frosty (yeah, all I ordered was a frosty). Finally, the cashier went around to the back (why wasn't my frosty made up front? Why wasn't it in the cabinet marked mobile orders?) and got my frosty. Too much work and drama...for a frosty. The experience was even better because of the staff. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted so warmly. They could tell it was our first visit, recommended their favorite sandwiches, and shared a little about the shop's history and how long they've been in business.
