I ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich and I liked it. The crust was solid and a good color and it had adequate crunch. The meat itself was tender and juicy. The seasoning was fine - more like they season with it in a neutral way so that the customer can adjust the flavoring to what suits them. The service was good. The chicken patty came out hot, so it may have been made to order or I came at a time they were dropping a new batch for sale. Either way, it was good and the wait was not long at all. The site itself is clean and the doors do this nifty trick where the fans activate upon entering and exiting the premises vi the door. It was a much appreciated surprise after coming out from the hot sunlight. If I'm in the area again and I'm hungry, I'm fine with stopping here for a sandwich. Even my kids would appreciate the menu and eat the chicken products.

Men's restroom has signs women's restroom doesn't men's were walking into men's bathroom

So I really hate to give bad reviews especially at Jollibee's because we like the food, but the tables and soda fountain machine looks like they were wiped down with dirty rags the floors looked looked like it hadn't been mopped in days black spill marks on the floor! No indication it was a Women's restroom and men were walking into an unmarked k d women's bathroom my wife screamed when I guy walked in on her! I'm really not into drinking Pepsi products Wish they would carry Diet Dr Pepper or Dr Pepper Zero. If the tables and soda machines are wiped down with dirty rags how well are they cleaning the kitchen where my food is prepared Don't think we will come back to this location till they clean it up!

Absolutely the best fried chicken chain now. Better than Popeyes, KFC, etc. Had the Jollibee at American dream for the first time and this new location is great because it's not too far from Prudential center. About ten mins in and they had an armed security guard which made it feel more safe. Food? Outstanding. The chicken is super juicy and flavorful. The spaghetti is a great side and I love the gravy they give with the chicken. Overall, great spot for chicken and not too crazy expensive in my opinion. Aloha chicken burger was good, but I prefer the deluxe without the pineapple.

We traveled to New Jersey for the Thanksgiving holiday It was my first time to New Jersey and my first time to a Jollibee and it definitely will not be my last! I had been aching to eat at a Jollibee for years but there are no restaurants in my state or any state near me so I was very excited to give them a try. I was greeted with a smile and when I told the girl at the register it was my first time to a Jollibee she was overjoyed and told me about each side I was thinking about picking. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The chicken was crispy and juicy and it was seasoned perfectly. They give you brown gravy for dipping but you don't need it. From what I'm told brown gravy as a dipping sauce is a staple in Filipino culture. I ordered the adobo rice and spaghetti for my side dishes. The rice was great the spaghetti will have to grow on me. The sauce was different and it had slices of hot dogs or some type of sausage in it. It wasn't offensive, it was just different. I restaurant was very clean and the walls held stories and photos of how Jolly Bee started and had plaques with awards the restaurant had won. The food far exceeded my expectations. I hope they find their way to Joplin Missouri!

opened on February of 2025. With that said, place is still so far looks clean if you don't know it has been opened for a month, but the way it looks like it might become filthy soon. The crew which of color, does not do their job well. One ex. Is that when Floor is way too slippery when mopped and the security guy even called the guy to do it well but did not listen, speaking of security , you would feel secure dining here as they have security guards on duty. Ample of parking space. They have drive-thru. They have an app to order. Food is almost the same tasting as the Philippines cooking. Accepts credit/debit card. High chairs available. Rest room smells good. See images and video for further reference.

Chrispy chicken. Loved the Mac and cheese. The biscuit is soft. The gravy is generic. For $13.00 the food was alright.

The gravy is generic but overall the food is pretty good. The Mac and cheese is excellent. Taste like home made. The chicken is good but I like Popeyes better. Flavor is better at Popeyes. I also got the peach mango pie. Pretty good tasting.

The food is getting pretty bad. Had some yesterday & it was inedible. It also took a while to come out which would be fine, if it was good.

It was about 25 minutes away from where we were but the great experience here made our drive worth. The place is very homey with a wonderful staff. Service is impeccable. The owners are very friendly and has great customer relations skills. The foods are excellent. We had the pleasure of trying their bangus sisig, pork bbq and caldereta. The tastes exceeded our expectations. We learned that their chef hailed from Luzon so the degree of cooking style satisfied our taste buds. The calamansi drink I had was fabulous. Honestly, the best I had so far. Our halo/halo dessert was heavenly. Satisfied our sweet tooth. The serving size is in huge portion. Each order is shareable by around 2-3 people. Pricing is higher in comparison to other place but proportioned to the serving size. I have one star less for my review for two reasons- 1.The check includes a service charge that confused us if a gratuity should be given or not. We need to Google first for right information. We ended up adding gratuity for their hospitality . 2. Looking for parking spot is challenging. We ended up downloading the town's parking mobile app to get parked closer. We are willing to return if ever we are near the area.

Staff is friendly and warm, seems like a reservation heavy establishment but we were able to snag a table for 4 upon opening. Shortly after arrival the rest of the tables of 4 and even 10 filled up quickly. The dishes are huge and we left with plenty of leftovers. Happy bellies with meals made from the heart. Spring rolls 5/5 what a huge plate! Crispy and delicious. Bulalo soup 5/5 really hit the spot. Piping hot and could feed all 4 of us as a side or 2 people as a dish. Beef noodle soup (5/5) (had a bit of sweetness in case folks aren't into that) it was incredible tasty, ample meat and veggies and packed with flavor. My girls shared this and still had leftovers. Kare kare oxtail (5/5) anther awesome dish, heavy peanut flavor, loads of veggies (love!) and definitely had leftovers Would absolutely come back and highly recommend. Simple and hospitable space for small and large parties, would suggest making a reservation.

Of all, I can recommend their pork sisig, crispy pata, and fresh lumpia, everything else was bland and lacked the usual ingredients. By the way, I just wish they would focus on cuisine that should emphasize their own, I believe they represent Filipino food.
