I'm a big fan of this BK. The staff is nice, the dining area clean and it's a nice place to sit and eat.

I just went thru the drive thru. They got my whole order wrong. I asked for no bacon and Xtra mayo without cheese. When I returned home I had no extra mayo and bacon on my steak burger no tomato, or onion. Totally unacceptable. read more

I have been to this BK for many years now... but lately...the staff are INCREDIBLY rude. It seems that majority of the staff are young kids with BAD ATTITUDES. Once I asked them why there was such a long line in the drive thru which wasn't moving and this girl responded back to me with "Obviously we're busy." This place turned super ghetto with the worse customer service I ever encountered. Also, they put ROTTEN lettuce in my salad. Look at the picture. DISGUSTING. The manager at this location needs to fire everyone and get a whole entire new staff team because the way I have been treated here lately is not okay. If you don't like your job, GO WORK SOMEWHERE ELSE. Trust me.. you are BETTER OFF going to the West Orange Burger King because they are more friendlier, provide better customer service & the food isn't old and disgusting. This Burger King certainly do not respect employee rights. correct me if am wrong.... I saw a notice in there that says..." Henceforth, there shall no longer be permanent schedule. You are advised to expect change in schedule based on the days your help is needed in the store. Really? employees should expect change in schedule whenever their help is needed? what if they have stuff to do and cannot come to work? Your contract with employees do not state anywhere that an employee can be called to work whenever their services are needed. Employees have the right to either turn up for work or not when they are called upon, as this is outside their work schedule. So get it right..... they are not mandated to come to work outside their work schedule, PERIOD. read more

By far the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The customer service doesn't get any slower than this place!! You could order a drink and something off the dollar menu and that alone will take 5 years to get out even when there is barely anyone in line. Some of my friends work there and they all complain about it and want to work elsewhere. The food once got one of my best friends sick and she was out of school for 1-2 days. The orders get mixed up way too often and the staff seem as if they were not trained properly. One of my friends taught herself how to work there which shows how much the manager cares about the staff. This BK is really nice since it was redone. I mean since not all BKs renovated. Only bad thing about this BK is that there was a ton of bad ass kids just hanging around the outside. For the place to have a police officer there, maybe he should have cleared the area so other patrons could actually get thru. read more

It's Burger King so there's not much to say. I feel like this one is slower than others. Try the satisfries! I like them better than the regular ones. They are bigger and actually taste like they are made out of potatoes. I didn't, however, enjoy my chicken sandwich, which is surprising because fast food usually has that addicting quality. should have read reviews before even coming here !! please believe them !!!!! i do not understand what is up with jersey burger king but to put money into an establishment and have these people run it into the ground its name and reputation is sad .. today at 2:50 pm there were ***at least*** 10 cars in the drive thru waiting to order, 2 cars pulled away due to the long wait and i had to go in for my order that was only 1 burger !!! i go inside the store thinking to see 30 people on line and low & behild there were all of 3 people !!!! two who already ordered .. all i want to know is what was the hold up ?? i go inside and my order is sitting on the counter with alm the others i kid you not !!!! lol what a joke. already called to make a report down to the manager i advise the owners to fire everyone and look for new staff who 1) actually seem like they want to be there and represent burger king 2) move swiftly and efficiently 3) have respect for paying customers and their timw at least ? smh read more

The ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. ERSKIN IS HORRIBLE. PERIOD‼ Understand that I rarely ever make reviews for a restaurant but this experience was beyond unprofessional that I decided to make this one. I placed an order from DoorDash for this location today at roughly around five. Not only did it take over an hour to receive(not blaming Burger King for that again I used DoorDash so that's on them). However, the service that came from the manager Erskin is where I draw the line. I've worked in management for over 10 years and 2 years of that was working as a manager for guess who... Burger King!!! So I know the standards for how you speak to customers and yet I question if this man has had ANY training when it comes to dealing with the public. After having to call over 7 times because I couldn't figure out what was taking so long with my food(glitch on the DD app so I figured calling the restaurant would give me an idea of possible E.T.A.)I was greeted by a condescending, combative "manager" who felt that the best way to answer my question was by taking a demeaning tone with me and talking down my concern, to the point of being downright short with me and hanging up while I was still speaking. Furthermore, I then received an order that still didn't even have what I paid for and was cold. To most this may not seem that serious but for a business and from someone who formerly worked for the company-this employee is THE WORST EXAMPLE FOR THE COMPANY. I will be following up with corporate along with speaking with the manager directly. The worst Burger King in the county. Doesn't matter if u go thru the drive thru or inside. This int no "fast" food

This location is walking distance from my home,so ideally that would be so convenient for anyone like me who loves bk over McDonalds. But this location is the worst bk i have been to. Now i know you shouldn't form an opinion and yelp it unless you've tried multiple times. I have gone to this location over a dozen times just to see if it would change. I used to only go through the drive thru then the wait was ridiculous. So i tired walking inside instead but nope it was even worst being inside. Your literally watching the crew bs while you sit and wait sometimes over 35 mins to get your food. Now once you get your bag you are frustrated and just want to go, long and behold your meal isnt correct. Now im not talking about leaving in the onions on a burger when u request it not to, no no i mean like charging you for a dbl whopper and giving you a single or asking for spicy chicken fries and getting the regular ones. Now i tried doing a review for them with there website in the back of the receipt and once i was done it all of a sudden had a timing out of the session. Funny how after spending 10 mins of doing the survey on the back amd putting my bad experiences it couldnt upload smh. I would rather drive 10 mins to go to another bk and know im getting what i paid for without the attitude then go to this one again!!!!!
