About 5 more minutes passed, and I noticed my Sprite sitting there, but nobody had taken my money or even attempted to give me my food. When I waved the employee down, I was told they were changing shifts and needed a couple more minutes. Seriously? At that point, I told them to cancel my order. The employee simply shrugged, said okay, and closed the window. I understand this is White Castle, not a high-end steakhouse, but basic customer service shouldn't be too much to ask. This location is constantly busy, with lines wrapped around the building, but I honestly wonder how much of that is due to slow service and disorganization. Unfortunately, this location continues to be a headache so I'd skip it. Who wants to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru? Not me.
