Anyway - I know - just don't eat there, and I generally don't anymore. But it's a shame and an easy fix to appeal to everyone. And an expensive proposition for non-meat eaters.

Arrived at Forum and the kid behind the counter says "oh I didn't make it because we don't have the ingredients" !!! Not a phone call, nothing. Then he offered to make me something else, both of which were incorrect- this took 25 minutes !!!! 25 minutes to make two drinks- wrong. I was patient, he was alone, however last visit was similar with two people behind counter. The coffee is good. Service is horrendous.

Another day, I stopped in to pick up drinks to go for a day trip car ride. An Americano for him (again) and a Mocha Latte for me with almond milk. I normally don't get lattes but I'm glad I did because it was really well made. Perfect on a fall morning. I would recommend checking Light Bulb Coffee Shop out if you have chance!
