Don't go to McDonalds between 4 am and 11 am unless you want something to drink or just a hash brown or pie. The breakfast is horrible except the steak sandwich which is way overpriced. Just sucks. General manager manager supervisor, I have been coming to this establishment since this was built because this is fairly a new McDonald's location. It was built over but I seem to have the same problems with this location over and over. Morning time does not have the smoothies or the milkshakes as always known to McDonald's for having issues with that machine. But what you guys need to do is a set of compensating a person you'll need to just refund the person because a smoothie does not cost the same price as a soda ever. This has to be rectified immediately. With this McDonald's there is always a issue with the order. You get nuggets it's either no sauce or the wrong sauce. I ask for Diet Coke I get regular Coke and since I am a diabetic that's a mistake that can cost me a trip to the hospital or worse. I order a large double quarter pounder with cheese meal they charge me for it and I get home it's a regular quarter pounder with cheese meal. The same order another time they tell me the fries are large but the drink is medium on a large meal. I'm just fed up with them and I have filed multiple complaints because this is completely ridiculous. This is location alone made me never ever want to go to any McDonald's they serve cold food and soggy fries the food is never fresh and tastes like it's from the day before this location has serious health violations they mess your order up and get mad when you tell them that half the people there don't speak English which makes no sense the parking lot is filthy and so are the bathrooms and tables inside the workers are rude the manager needs to be fired and don't even ask for sauce cause they will ignore you. read more

Hmm it's McDonald's. Not much to say about it. Standard prices, they take McDonald's coupons. I find the staff to be a bit rude. I was here with my boyfriend to get some dessert. We were trying to decide what to get. The lady behind the register was a bit impatient, like she was trying to rush us. Which is odd because it was pretty empty with one other customer in the restaurant. They do have parking, but it's not big. The drive thru can get very busy. read more

I wish I could give less than a one star but the lowest is one. Employees have a bad attitude with all the customers and apparently they can't cancel the orders even though in the mobile app it saids to contact the restaurant where you paid for the order. On April 13, 2023 i went into Mc Donald and spent $18.87 on two meal and once I finished I went to get a refill and was advised that this story does not give refills a then asked to speak to a manager an he asked who wanted to speak to the manger I stated that I did and i was requesting a refill he stated that they do not give refills and they have not for a couple months. I then asked where was the sign that stated no refill's he stated that they did not have too place a sign.I then asked what was his name he stated he was not giving me his name I then point out that he did not have on a name tag he stated that he did not need to have one. I asked for the cooperate number he stated the store number was on the receipt. I told him that I did not want the store number i wanted cooperate he stated his manager would be there in the morning. I said you'll give me her name but won't give me your name he said that was correct. I then called on the 14, no answer then found the cooperate customer service number and called four different time and still no one has reached out to me. I even emailed Mc Donalds TERRIBLE customer service. This was at the Orange NJ location on Main Street. I will continue to boycott. Mc Donalds and tell everyone my experience until i get a least a call back. read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME NO MATTER TIME OR DAY. THEY NEVER HAVE MILKSHAKES SMOOTHIES ETC "the machine is down" .... It's 2022 we all know that means it just needs to be cleaned. This is exactly my experience just now: Girl at register says, "next guest?". She looks at her watch while we walked up to the counter, "oh it's... (Mumble, mumble)".
