I ordered the Luxe Cravings Box; It came with a chalupa, double-layered taco, 5-layer burrito, and cinnamon twists. I tried the Catalina Chicken Quesadilla which was really good. It has slow roasted chicken with a chipotle sauce. My son just wanted soft tacos and his favorite, the Cinnabon Delights. My wife ordered a Gordita Crunch and a bean burrito. This afternoon, I was driving through Orange and spontaneously headed to the drive thru. I got the limited time Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito and a fountain drink. This location has ample room to park and maneuver through the lot. There was only one other car in the line ahead of me, and I got through the line fast. The staffer manning the drive through window was friendly also. The Spicy Double Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito was good. Came here for some steak nachos to snack on. Staff is nice and friendly. However, I have to admit that the steak nachos here fell off big time. Cheese was a bit more on the salty side, steak had no flavor and was type rubbery. I wound up removing all the steak and adding some left over chili, which saved the snack. The absolute worst service I've seen in such a long time, forget being understaffed, the people they had working back in the kitchen would get distracted like it was part of their job. My DoorDash order went in at 11:15, it's 12:10 now and I'm still waiting for the sake of not wasting my money, but I fear I did that when I ordered from here. Between the hours of 6pm and 7 pm 6/24/24 After I ordered my food my wife requested a cup of ice. She was ignored. So I politely asked again and I even explained we are driving so I need a customer?" and given a weird look. I told her what we had just ordered. I was handed a little cup meant for child. I'm 40. As I began to explain again the fact that I'm driving and need a cup with a top. The manager quickly turned her back and payed me no mind. I understand people may steal drinks that way but she could've easily grabbed a Taco Bell cup and put the ice in it herself at the drive thru. As she is the manager she should lead by example and customer service should always be priority. Me myself having alot managers experience, found her performance to be very judgmental and dismissive. Not a good example for the employees who work with or under her. I'm not even shocked that they didn't even get my order correct. But I remained polite but disappointed at the service I was given. Recognizing the scenario for what it was, I realized I was disgusted and politely placed the tiny cup of ice, that served me no purpose, on the counter and left quietly left the premises. I love this Taco Bell location! It was built from the ground up about 2 years ago. Fresh designs and great lighting. Since opening, this specific location was rated "Best Customer service ". I would have to agree. Whether it's the drive-thru or online, I've received great service. My orders are usually put together well. Awful. Every time I come here they mess up my order. I'm a vegetarian and they always end up giving me beef in my food. When you ask for help they are incredibly rude. I brought in a burrito because I thought there was a mistake with my order and the amount of attitude given was insane. Then I stood there for 5 minutes while they said they were making another burrito and they did not make it. I come here fairly regularly per my teenagers request. On a few occasions we have had a long wait at the drive-thru. MOST of the time the wait is not bad at all. I have only used the drive-thru, so I have no feedback for inside dining. This is a fairly new location. Its well lit at night and kept clean outside. There is a small parking lot as well as some limited street parking. The food is as fresh as you can expect for Taco Bell and most of the cashiers I have dealt with have been friendly. read more

Sadly, last night I was treated extremely poorly and canceled the order I had made through the app. Even though I canceled the order, after asking if that was still possible, they charged my account and now say it will take until next week for my money to be refunded. Food: great. Service: bad. I went to Taco Bell and ordered one taco and a fountain drink at their touch screens. After I made my order, it asked if I wanted a receipt. I marked "no" so I waited. I hear some people call for numbers. I had no number, just a name. I went on and waited for another five minutes. Five minutes turned to ten which at some point, became over half an hour. I went up to a cashier and explained that I've waited too long long for just one taco and that I had no receipt therefore, no number. He asked my name and I answered. He checked the monitor and I heard him say something about it not being there; but he didn't come back. I told a few more people and then finally, the same man comes up to me and asks what I ordered. Usually go to this Taco Bell every week before work. One day I stopped by and asked the woman at the window can she tell them not to put tomatoes on my food because I am allergic not only did they put tomatoes on it and just took it off they kept the same gloves on as well and due to that I ended up in the hospital. The Worst Taco Bell ever. So let me begin to tell you my experience at this place. First let me start off by saying the food is disgusting this is nowhere near authentic Mexican food. I went to lunch one day to treat my mother. It was close by & thats where she wanted to go for lunch that day. We ordered our food. Spent $25 and what we got was a joke for a Mexican lunch. There tacos do not have meat in it at all. Your gonna laugh at this they substitute the meat with brown bean dip spread then they pile on top of the bean dip spread that throws the customer off because they think off of sight the brown stuff at the bottom is meat no its not. On top of the bean dip is lettuce tomatoes and shredded cheese. On top of that our food was cold. They are very stingy with the meat and its like a magic trick the meat is not even in the food. If you order chicken you get a very small portion that doesn't even spread to the other end of the taco & again a whole lot of lettuce and tomatoes & a sprinkle of shredded cheese. While we were sitting at the table in front of the taco bell looking outside to the outside tables. I saw my mother looking at something that got her attention. When I saw what she was looking at it was a group of females outside the front staring at me & my mother laughing & talking. Clearly I could not hear what they were saying but its obvious we were the entertainment at taco bell. We came to have a lunch like every other person that goes to taco bell. and instead we felt like animals on display at the zoo. I told my mother to get up and lets move thats where the harassment continue when I saw that these females were still doing this and making faces. I finally started to snap & started getting really agitated. I took a taco in my hand and was about to get up and go outside and approached them because I thought maybe they were hungry since they were making fun of two paying customers trying to have lunch. Just when I was going to personally shove the taco in one of the girls faces my mother grabs me to force me to not make a scene. Finally I said lets get out of here because I refuse to eat in a place that i'm uncomfortable in as well as my mother. Since then I refused to go back or give them any of my money & I wrote a review on my Instagram so my whole 8000 followers to see. And I have received lots of positive feedback and people supported me in my experience. So I hope Taco Bell enjoys missing out on $8000 they could of made because all my 8000 followers refused to go and eat. Since there discrimination against heavy set people. Don't give them your money. Its just the same as two black people going here to enjoy a lunch and people are making fun of them because there two black people eating Mexican food & not Mexican. Discrimination is Discrimination no matter race , sex, or physical appearance. Save your hard on money & treat yourselves to real Mexican food.
