This is my local Wendy's, and its a typical Wendy's! Inside is a little dated, but it hasn't been open since pre-covid. I never really went inside anyway, I stuck with the drive through! Since covid, the drive through is crazy! Anytime day or night, it is 20 cars long. On really bad nights, police setup road blocks on Bloomfield so everyone has to go through the side entrance. It usually takes about 20 minutes to get through... They try and compete with Chick-Fil-A with drive throughs, but they don't stand a chance lol! What can I say about Wendy's that hasn't been said already, or that you do not know about? Nothing. They serve the same exact food that every other one does. I love their chicken nuggets! When they are fresh and crispy, add a little BBQ sauce and that's money! I am also a fan of their Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Just the right amount of everything! I am not a fan of their pretzel bun selections, the buns are meh... I am also not a fan of their new Bourbon bacon burger, its way too much liquid... Super messy! All in all, if you do not mind the wait, its a nice Wendy's. read more

I know fast food places are tough to work in, but after a couple of really bad customer service experiences at this store I'm leaving a review. Been there twice this year, both times people were rude. Like leaving me standing at the counter for 10 minutes, and when I ask if anyone is working the register the response I get is "in a minute" and then leaving me waiting more rude. Like so rude that other customers say "Yeah, they're always like this". And then today I went through the drive through and I told the guy who took my credit card that there was a homeless man harassing cars in the drive through line and the response I got was "we're busy". So yeah, great burgers but service absolutely not good. read more

I am by far not nitpicky, but when it comes to establishments that serve food, especially brand chains, there has to be a minimum reasonable standard. This place is below that minimum. Upon entry, I was hit by the worst odor like a hot funky blanket was thrown over me and it completely filled this place. It literally smelled like hot musty garbage. The small parking lot, and long wait on the drive thru and the long lines I can live with, but this is the first Fast food restaurant that literally reeked. I walked in, took a sniff, and walked out. If you go here I recommend that you do the same before ordering. Unfortunately there is really nothing good I can say about this place. read more

My issue is with service, if I could give a quarter of a star, I would. I went through the drive-through, ordered a Baconator meal, and asked what my total was. The response I received was, "You will find out at the first window." Well that much is obvious, however, if I ask, I should be told when I ask. I wondered if the person who took my order was different from the person I would pay at the first window. As it turns out, no it wasn't a different person; I could tell by her voice. I had to ask for my receipt, which should have been automatically rendered with my change. I proceeded to the second window, picked up my order, and left. I wasn't home until 30 minutes later. My Baconator (which I rarely get) only had one burger, and half the bacon was MIA. I don't expect 5-star Michelin service from a fast food establishment, but subpar service is unacceptable. My advice: if you have to go to this Wendy's, bite the bullet, park and go in to place your order; you may fare better than I did today. They won't get anymore of my money. If I have to go to Wendy's, it will be to other locations. read more

The young girls that work here are horrible. When taking the orders they have a nasty ass attitude. I have worked customer service for years and I have never see shit like this before! This place is definitely in the bottom tier of Wendy's restaurants. The place is dirty and in serious need for remodeling. It's a warm place to sit for homeless people. The staff is unwelcoming .. no greetings, eye contact, or thank you. The food is horrible. I came here 2 days in a row cause on the second day I had a coupon for buy one get one free Dave's single for filling out their survey. On Saturday, I ordered the Dave's double and a coffee. Today, I ordered 2 Dave's singles and coffee. Disgusting and gross. The hamburgers are sloppily made, overcooked, and lukewarm. The coffee was less than lukewarm because they keep it in a metal pitcher. Both days the food was horrible. Gave me an upset stomach afterwards. The ownership of this franchise is clueless about running a restaurant. Hint: start with customer service, efficiency, food quality, and cleanliness. Needless to say .. I'll never be back. read more

If you do go to this Wendy's, make sure you don't place a mobile order for carry out after 6 pm. They lock the door (even though their signs say they close at 8 pm), & don't pick up their phone. My family and I often come to this location as it's very close to our house! My meal this time is HORRIBLE! One chicken sandwich was so hard I couldn't bite through the chicken. The other sandwich bread was burnt with wilted lettuce! I also had little to no cheese on my cheese fries. Absolutely unacceptable! This has got to be the worst Wendy's ever. No matter what time you come here the line at the drive through is always 8-9 cars deep. Literally takes 15 minutes to get to the ordering speaker, another 8 to get to the first window and another 5 to get the food. 28 minutes!!! Almost half an hour!!!! Eh, this place is really a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is fresh, fast and delicious. And sometimes the food is greasy, burnt, and slow. Some employees are very sweet and some need to seriously get their attitudes checked. It's also not in the best area and frequently there are shady individuals hanging around the building both inside and out. So, I would just go through the drive thru if you can or order your food inside and take it to go. I always get weird feelings when I'm around this Wendy's, so I just say, get your food fast and get out of there. Also- try not to use the drive thru at night because it always seems to have a huge line of cars ordering and the line moves pretty slow. read more

This Wendy's is pretty good but has some of the slowest drive thrus. I am actually writing this review as am working in line so that tells you something. I feel the breakfast line is far worse especially considering that people are in a rush. Even ordering off the value menu which should be fast it is not. read more

I completely disagree with Johanna. This Wendy's was a cut above the rest. The junior bacon cheeseburger was prepared neatly and the ingredients were fresh, hot, and tasty. The fries were perfectly crispy and the nuggets were plump and juicy. I waited in line at a busy hour but the line moved fairly well and service was courteous. I appreciated the extremely crispy bacon too. I rarely write reviews but this experience was sublime. read more
