This is my second time ordering from this place. The cheesesteaks barely have any steak on it. Their care and and quality of food they give to their customers comes with zero pride. I just ordered from them using Uber. I ordered a beef bacon egg and cheese that looked like it was thrown together with any care. I also ordered a short stack of pancakes. I really can't believe they would actually let this leave their kitchen without a care of how bad quality, soggy, and unappetizing this looks and taste like. This place has been on my radar for some time now and I finally got to try it. I called in my order and a very nice man answered. He took my order and told me it would take about 15 minutes. I ordered the buffalo chicken steak sandwich. When I arrived I parked nearby. When I walked in I seen they did allow minimal indoor dining. My food was ready and the nice man gave me my food and took my payment. It came to a little over $11 including something to drink. When I tasted the food I will say it was pretty good. (This is our first time trying this establishment) We ordered through UberEats for dinner. I got a whole cheesesteak with peppers and onions. She got an order of Chicken Fingers and an order of Frys. we took a nap while waiting for the food to arrive. I pictured in my head what this cheesesteak was going to look like and taste the entire time I napped. It was exactly like I envisioned. The food was perfect. The Cheesesteak was huge. Had to be a foot and a half easily. It was perfectly wrapped. The proportions of the sandwich were evenly matched. It wasnt messy or falling all out of the sandwich. The cheese ratio was perfect, the vegetable ratio was perfect. The roll it was on was the best part. It was so soft and you could tell it was baked that day. The Chicken Finger order must have had 8 to 12 fingers in it at least. They were great. Fry's were on point and made extra crispy as requested. TL:DR - Have had similarly priced, sized, and stuffed cheesesteaks at regular joints that don't include cheesesteak in the name that were above and beyond this spot' cheesesteaks. I like cheesesteaks. I like cheesesteaks on hard bread; I like cheesesteaks on soft bread. Paper-thin steak + melted/gooey cheese + bread = good time. If your establishment's name has "Cheesesteak" in it, I assume it's your thing so I hold it to a higher standard. Arrived on time (55-60 min...thanks Grubhub driver!) and was reasonably warm....no problem whatsoever. Warm is absolutely fine. I ordered the cheesesteak sub which in the description says "lettuce, tomato, and raw onion". Unfortunately got caramelized onions instead of the raw onions but they did remember not to add the tomatoes as I also made that my sole special request. A bit miffed that I got caramelized onions because I just really am not a fan of what they do to the sandwich...but honestly that has nothing to do with my 3 star review. The meat. Ugh. The meat just tastes "meh" AF. It is practically identical to the meat you'll get at a Wawa, and while that's fine at Wawa and what you might expect from a Wawa...it's 3 star meat. That's all.
