Recently I've seen that it has grown in popularity , so I decided to finally see what it is all about . This was a busy Friday night with lots of people coming. I had no idea the wait time would be that long so we just presented in person. I like the vibe and ambiance here. They have a live DJ playing in the back and sports on the television . Customer service needs room for improvement . Body language, communication both were sub par. Facial expression and the way I got handed the food was received with an attitude . Like I'm the one waiting and paying for the food. Almost felt like they were projecting their feelings towards me. I ordered a burger with side of fries, 10 piece wing(Cajun/lemon pepper). Fries tasted old and dry. Wings were ok. I just feel like I've had better. Burger was more bread than meat. I like the kool aid, sweet but not crazy sweet . For $28 i expected much more . An underwhelming experience. The pros fit this place would be seating, lots of seating, local memorabilia. Cons: food and customer service.

I went back out. The food was there on the table with my husband and it was very hot and good. I went up to the front to ask the store number another big smile, a different person and they were happy to help. It was very clean and they were very nice. Had never been to the store before and if we go back through again, we would stop there. Thank you so much. You don't see a lot of people smiling like they used to, and with such great service as well. Made my day, Thank you, Lisa and Rick

I pull up and I'm immediately told that I needed to wait. I knew, then, that my order was going to be wrong. The young lady comes back about 6 minutes later to the speaker and tells me that I can order. I ordered the 12-piece mixed fried chicken family meal. Her response, "I don't think we have 12 pieces of chicken." My response, "Aren't you the chicken place? It's 5 pm. Cook more." ‍ She went to check and came back and said that they had 12 pieces. I ordered fries and corn nuggets for my sides and made sure that she knew that I needed rolls, honey and ketchup. She stated that rolls automatically come with it and that she would get my honey and ketchup, I, also, ordered two large drinks. Got home. Missing rolls, ketchup and honey. Guess it's my fault for expecting any type of customer service to ensure that my order is correct. It never is there. End result? This is the nth time that their customer service was bad and my order was missing items. Won't be back if it requires spending my own money. Too many other chicken places in Dville that get my order correct every time to play with one that doesn't every time that I go while trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. No longer will patronize.

Our order was correct "THE FIRST TIME" which is highly unusual for any Jack in the Box in my experience. It was clean enough and the overall experience was what we had hoped for.
