Night Manager after getting my Uber eats order wrong everytime told me to "go to a different Taco Bell TF" this place is a joke they work there for no reason and don't care about food quality or preferences. Took over 15 calls to get ahold of someone the gentleman that did answer ensured my food didn't have tomatoes so I appreciate that. However majority of my order was wrong again. I went to the location on cedar ridge in duncanviile. I ordered a power bowl and the did not add the beans. I called and spoke with the manager and she said that she did not put beans in the power bowl due to them being dry and hard. She reports that she relayed the message to staff, but no one ever addressed it with me. My issue was paying full price for a bowl that did not have all the ingredients. She told me that if I asked to take off the beans it would be the same price. She advised me that I could come back tomorrow and she would fix the situation. I politely declined because I feel that I did not get honesty the first time. I have been going to this location for the last 15 years and things have gotten worse. I'm not sure they are understaffed or there is just a communication issue. I will not go to this location anymore. It's convenient, but I would rather drive to Cedar hill or other surrounding locations. It's a shame that we have to deal with these types of issues in Duncanville when we barely have decent restaurants here. read more

I was trying to order a shredded chicken burrito, with the exchange of the original chicken instead of the shredded chicken. Don't bother coming here unless you like having your food remade 2-3 times. Every time I go through the drive thru, my order gets screwed up. The order will be repeated back to you perfectly fine, but there is major miscommunication in the kitchen because the kids they hire from the nearby high-school are always too busy playing grab ass to pay attention to what is on the screen for them to make. My biggest complaint is that CHZ (cheese) often gets mistaken for CHKN (chicken) just about every time.
