Stopped by for a quick lunch break. I hadn't had Taco Casa in a longgg while so this was so built up anticipation. Drive thru went by fairly quickly. I have noticed the main menu tacos have went up In price. I went with my go to here, which is 1 soft taco and 1 crunchy taco and optional drink . When I plan to eat big, I get the super burrito which is usually pretty phenomenal. Check your order before pulling off. I almost got charged for an extra taco that may have been a result of miscommunication. Staff corrected it in a timely manner. Tacos were great and well prepared . I recently discovered Taco Casa about 8 months ago. They're not a very memorable chain, imo. However, I will admit that their hard shell tacos are pretty solid. Wayyy better than Jack n The Box or Taco Bell, that's for certain! But I'll always favor street tacos over everything!!! Good service and the drive-thru line is always speedy. Delicious food! I usually order their items and I say, "No olives please." They say okay, but when I drive home and sit down to eat, I open it up and there are olives! (I hate olives. Yuck!) So now, every time that I go and they hand me the food at the window, I sit there in line, go through all the packages and look in all the stuff that I ordered to make sure there are no olives! 80% of the time there are olives. NOW when I go through the line, I am VERY clear when I order. I say, "No olives" multiple times in every language possible, then usually after that, only about 50% of the time do I get olives. The food is always delicious, though. Even though they make mistakes on my food, I still go back because I love the food. Now about 50% of the time do I have to pick out the olives in my food. read more

Before all of you foodie snobs turn your nose up at this place since it's a fast food chain, please do your self a favor and try it because you will love it! On a recent visit a had a taco & tostada both of which were piled high with well seasoned beef and cheese. I actually had to take some toppings off of my tostada because there was so much! Oh, and the prices here put them over the top. The basic taco and tostada are both under $1.50. Only downside: No guacamole :-( So happy to have found a new place to satiate my frequent taco cravings! read more

I got to say, this place gives all the other fast food taco places a run for there money. I LOVE there tostadas, just look at the pics of them, look at all that wonderful cheese! It's mad mad cheese! So I walked in my shirt tucked in under my fat belly overlap. I heard the bell and then I knew I was getting into the good shit. So as I walked in with my arms swinging side causing friction from my armpit sweat and my Cheeto encrusted fingers. The guy ahead of me took his time which I respected and he ordered a Casa Delite so as soon as his tray dropped on the counter my legs crunched up and I was a bowling ball rolling to his Casa Delites I took one and left him a sauce packet and moved on behind another person so I wouldn't stand out. As I was waiting I realized that my genitals were tucked in and I couldn't let any of my precious queens know that I didn't have genitals so I grabbed my 5 inch round arms and tucked my genitals out. So then I realized that my shorts were on fleck my neckbeard well kept my fedora up high and I could score m'lady. So then finally I got my spot in line and I ordered Casa Delites, 5 crunchy tacos, A soft taco, Super Nachos, Super Burrito, and a large soda. As I got my food I grabbed about 5 hot sauce packets at the little stand I would then go on to pick a seat. This was very important for me because I need to get m'lady. I chose a seat near a pretty girl about my age (32) and threw a Casa Delite at her to provoke her and get her attention. She moved an entire table away from me so I knew she didn't like my tactics. I began to feast. All the food was excellent but I did notice that the super burrito was missing a little bit of meat and I said I didn't want olives on it but they were on there anyway. Beans are not oversalted, the nachos are much larger than they appear and are easily splittable. After waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes to get up to the screen to order a car in the outside second lane (which was obviously closed & had a cone sitting in the lane) got in front of us. We asked the employee who came on to order why this car was getting in front of us & he said "I told him to because we only have one lane open." My question was- why did you take his order instead of telling him that lane was closed & to pull back around and get in line & wait behind all the cars that have been waiting!! Went inside and ordered right away. Literally took me 15 minutes to get 4 tacos. As I sat down and looked around while waiting, I think 4 people had their food and there were about 10 of us waiting. Poor service, rude treatment. I drove through, got dinner for my son and I. Checked the order after pulling up and it was half wrong. No big deal, it happens at fast food places all the time. However, the rest of the story: I went inside and told the woman at the counter what the errors were. She turned and called the the man working behind her to let him know, and then I stood and waited over 15 minutes. Many people came and left, and finally I had to get someones attention to ask why it was taking so long. The guy in back claimed the woman at the counter didn't tell him, though I saw her do it. And the woman who was the manger, I guess, wearing a different shirt from everyone else started loudly berating the woman at the counter. She was nearly in tears because she was being yelled at by the other 2. In front of everyone in the place. By then I just wanted a refund. They then said corporate policy is that they don't give a refund if you pay with cash! Who does that? I still cannot believe that is true, and don't believe its legal. They finally gave me my corrected order, and gave me a coupon for a free taco. I gave it to the woman next in line since I wont be returning. I mentioned that the food that had not been wrong was probably ice cold by now, and got a shrug from the manager. Incredibly bad experience. read more
