I walked into the store I wasn't greeted, but I walked into the counter. I looked at the pastries and still no one said anything to me. I looked up to see the two people behind the counter scrolling on their phones, and I could see a shot into. I guess their kitchen area behind the counter where that person was also scrolling on their phone. In my mind that is terrible customer service. The fact that they didn't greet me or asked me what I wanted as I stood there was so rude. But they didn't even realize I was there probably because everybody was scrolling on their phone. Very disappointed. And it wasn't like there was a lot of people inside. There was a small group of three people that look like they may have been waiting on food. Makes me question customer service with businesses nowadays. I left without getting anything.

That is after you pay, when we got it line there were two people in front of us, by the time we'd placed our order and started making our way down the line there were at least ten people waiting. I generally hope that I'm going with someone so I can just order a sandwich and steal a few of their fries, because even a small fry is large when you are trying to give up potatoes. The staff was friendly and while I don't think you are suppose to get free re-fills on the strawberry lemonade, the guy that was behind the counter that day gave me two refills. Listen I know this is IN the mall.. But OMG the food here is always 10/10…read more I always get the mild or hot garlic pepper with fries.. So that's personally the only food item I can review. But the wings are always hot and fresh, as are the fries. They work really fast and are friendly. Plus it's an open kitchen. Which is always nice, especially for a mall. So you can see everything they're doing!
