No fret on the three stars as the sole two employees working inside & on the Drive-Thru did well. Craving Tacos after the Scrimmage Game & was surprised to see the Beyond Burger on the menu. Unfortunately after confirming no cheese, my Taco ended up with cheese, no waste though as I gave it to my Sister. In addition to my Tacos, she had a couple of Cripsy Tacos & was good enough for the last-minute, quick Tacos. Other menu items include Bowls, Burgers, Burritos, Nachos, Salads, Shakes & more while extremly easy on your pockets. Once a week for the last several weeks, my husband and I have stopped here on our way to the interstate. Everything we've tried has been fresh, prepared properly and been delicious: crunchy (ground) beef tacos, soft chicken tacos with pico de gallo and no sauce, and crunchy tostadas. Sorry, no pictures yet but will try to remember to post next week. LOL! The staff is always pleasant. We never eat in but the restaurant is a great place for families, meetups, and alone time. It's always clean when we've visited. The ambience is chilled with bright signs and lighting. As an FYI: Tuesday evenings, they have a special for crunchy beef tacos and Thursday for soft chicken tacos. Enjoy! read more

Okay, not the best visit to be writing a review about but knowing I won't be coming back to this location for some time since it's a bit out of our usual way... just wanted to add it was the most pleasant drive thru experience considering I was just redeeming my birthday shake. The first staff member taking my order was so cheerful and even told me "go for it" when I told them I was just here for the free shake and pretty much nothing else. The second staff member (maybe the same person?) handed me my shake and told me happy birthday. I mean, birthday deal redemptions should be this straightforward but often times it isn't! While I don't live or frequent this area, but if I ever am, I think I will definitely drop by again for a regular meal - likely recollecting the fuzzy, warm memories I experienced at this visit. read more

Went there for lunch at 1pm. Got an Epic Queso burrito (which is basically just a Cali burrito without guac) and a BBQ Brisket burrito. The BBQ one was awesome, brisket better than most BBQ places in AL and GA. The Queso one I ordered 2 portions of guac to the burrito and only got like 2Tbsp put in there. This burrito was also really lacking on pico. It was still good, but not as good as it should've been. Also the trash was full outside, and I was the only one there so it's not like they're too busy to empty it. This place would probably get more business with more attention to detail, but it's still head and shoulders above any good Taco Bell. read more

Visited this location on December 9th 2023. I ordered the epic Cali Bacon asada burrito and a medium drink. I was very disappointed in the food quality it seemed thrown together and wasn't very flavorful I could not taste any bacon. I waited approximately 15 minutes in the drive-thru for my order. This is not acceptable. As I went through the drive-thru I cannot evaluate the inside but I can definitely say the drive-thru was messy oil stained and the trash can next to the drive-thru exit was overflowing with trash on the ground. Food is great here but when its comes to combo's you dont get what you pay for and this is so wrong. Warning check your bag and make sure its the number you ordered before you leave the drive thru window. Everything now days cost to much to eat out. I wish I could give them a -1, I have been there 3 times since they opened and all three was the worst fast food experiences I've had. The food is old, burnt or both, how you mess up a shrimp burrito and fish taco, i bit into what seemed to be a nice size shrimp burrito and spit out one of the hardest piece of shrimps I've ever had, I open the burrito to find all the shrimps was old looked refried from 2 days ago, I really think this place needs to closed down. Yuck. I was hopeful this would be a good spot especially for street tacos. It is not. I had steak and it had weird texture. I think it definitely needed more onion. If it had cilantro I couldn't taste it. Had a coupon for bogo shredded taco. Tried hard and soft shell. Hard shell is more food but they use some meat that tastes like roast beef. Now if I had some horseradish might have tasted ok. But roast beef and tacos did not mix well for me. I only ordered cuz I had the coupon. I do want to try their chicken and fish tacos to see if they're better. The people that work here are nice so I hate giving a bad review but I just didn't like the food. read more

I've been trying to eat here for months. The drive thru is open but the dining room never is. I don't eat tacos in my truck. Mostly I stop by at 1:30 pm on Fridays so it's not like it's an unusual time. The problem is their complete lack of consideration for visitors. There are no signs indicating that the dining room is closed. I have to get out of my truck and try the door only to find it locked. read more

This Del-Taco makes me want Del-Taco EVERYTIME I'm in the area. Now, the menu may not be as consistent because limited-time offers go too quickly, but its the customer service which makes this Del-Taco DIFFERENT. The employees, particularly the current manager, carry a positive energy that truly makes you feel welcome, almost everytime you are there (Lunch hours are very busy). The manger is very nice, and very approachable. Even before her promotion to manager she made the Del-Taco a more enjoyable restaurant. The manger has provided a positive and very pleasant energy to the entire restaurant and I really appreciate her effort in trying to make it a happy and welcoming place. The employees have been generous, giving extra items or compensating for errors in an order, and they have been friendly, willing to talk with customers. There is an appreciation for the customers, which really makes me want to keep coming back. Also, the food is indeed good. Sometimes a little messy, but its fast-food, that happens. The tacos and burritos can be filling, especially if you find the right items, and the seasonal shrimp tacos reel almost my whole family in everytime they are available. I only discovered Del Taco a month ago and have been about 10 times. The prices are also great especially since I'm on a really tight budget while in college. This was my first time eating at a Del Taco. I had a Del Taco, Bean burrito and beef burrito. I went through the drive thru . Service was quick and friendly. My order was accurate. I went with a group and we got around three or four different burritos, along with the rest of our food. They were not marked properly and we couldn't tell what they were without opening them. We ended up with one burrito missing and another burrito had been mismarked and was therefore eaten by someone else. When I went up to the counter to explain what had happened I was ignored. I stood there for at least 5 minutes before I politely called for one of them to come over. They completely blew me off and then made me wait another 15 minutes while they made other people orders, after I had told them I never got my burrito. When they got second I was able to explain the whole story, and tell them about both burritos and all they wanted to do was argue with me about it. It was the worst service I've ever experienced. They gave me so much attitude and disrespect that I felt I couldn't trust them to even make my food professionally and I asked for a refund. They had me stand there for ten minutes before I asked again to see the manager, and they told me she was coming. I waited another ten minutes before having to put my foot down as I had already told them we were trying to leave.
