So I guess I just can't get enough of bad service. I choose to stop at this Crystal because it's convenient for me between home and work but honestly, I just need to give it up. I went this morning to simply get a bacon egg and cheese sandwich I wanted my egg scrambled with cheese. The cashier proceeded to take my money for the order. I confirmed with her that my cheese will be scrambled in my eggs. She yells back to Cook please grammar her cheese and eggs so she can just tear up our grill. I confirmed what she said. Went for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Several cars in the drive thru line, only one customer in the restaurant. Waited for at least 5 minutes to even be acknowledged, then we gave our order, she did not put it in the system and did not give us a receipt. Food took 20 minutes and only the grits were warm. Biscuit was okay, eggs were cooked as asked but stacked on each other in the styrofoam container. Bacon was horrible tasting. Stopped here on our way home and really enjoyed the food... The Star Wars made it self was disappointing as well service.Only two employees & they didn't even come to the counter to take our order. we had to yell through the kitchen. Absolutely disgusting burgers at this Krystal. I try and give them a chance and returned for dinner last night. Burgers were cold and the meat tasted foul were I spit the bite out and threw the food in the garbage. Not getting me sick. They were out of fries and said we only have totes. Wow the worst experience of my life. The person taking my drive thru order must've been high bc I kept telling her I wanted a 24 piece pack, half cheese and bacon, half just as it is/ or plain. She did could not comprehend shit. I've ordered here plenty of times and I even checked online to see how much my order would be. I am beyond pissed that this lady didn't give me 24 pieces that I wanted bc she said they didn't have that, she kept saying "I don't understand you. You half with bacon and half with cheese? So you want 6 cheese and 6 bacon?" And I kept repeating myself. I also told her I dont want any combo yet she still added combos. A young man came to the window and told me the manager said they don't take coupons. I explained it is a gift card. The manager came over when he was called by the young man, and tried to help the young girl at the register, then walked away. The young man told me the manager said they weren't taking gift cards. Went back and forth in an attempt to understand, but finally thanked him and drove off without my food. Been in line for over 45 minutes. 10:30am to 11:15am with only 5 cars in line. Just a simple #1 combo. Absolutely ridiculous. Several people have already driven off. Staff seems clueless and have ZERO customer service or communication. This isn't a tough business and only the drive thru is open. I live in Minnesota and one place I miss is Krystal's! I was in need of Chili Cheese pups, stat! I spent four days in the area with family and I ate here THREE times. It did not disappoint. Not even once. It was fast, courteous and delicious. I even got my cousin from Indiana to love it too. Her exact words were "OMG! This is the best chicken sandwich I have ever had!" Something about Krystal's when you are hungry that always hits the spot. Wish we had some up in my neck of the woods but I am so glad I stopped while in your neck of them! read more

First let me say that I hate fast food, but sometimes it is a necessary evil. I actually visited this store about a year ago and it was horrible. The other day I went through and what a change. Seemed like a whole new staff. Everyone was friendly and very personable. The food was done right, warm and tasty.
