I was very disappointed in my visit to Chick-fil-A today. I went for breakfast and I placed a mobile order ahead of time. I had a free chicken biscuit and I also ordered hashbrowns. I arrived to the Chick-fil-A before 10:30. Breakfast was over with. When I got there, the lines were very long because I assumed everybody else was trying to use their free chicken biscuit as well. When the young lady met me at the window to take my order, I let her know that I had a mobile order I was picking up and then she told me that they no longer have breakfast food. When she got to my car to ask me about my order, it was 10:30am. Her suggestion for me was to change out what I had or cancel my order. Which I thought was so rude not to accommodate or even say well let me see if I can get you a voucher for a free chicken biscuit to come back another day. Because again I was in line before the 10:30 but by the time she got to me, it was 10:30 AM. And then I had to wait in the super long line to get out and leave because this Chick-fil-A is a drive-through only location. Again, just very disappointed in my service today read more

This location is a drive thru only. There are a few tables outside, you cannot eat inside. The drive thru wait was fast when using the app. All the employees were friendly. Food that we normally get was cooked and prepared like the other locations. The milkshake was missing whip cream and the cherry even tough it was requested. I've never been to a CFA that was this unprofessional and confusing with the drive-thru. I came in to pick up a mobile order and without realizing I missed the parking lot I ended up in the drive thru. I asked if I could pick my order up in the drive thru but the employee let me know it was not their policy to hand out mobile orders in the DT. I asked if they could make an exception, the employee asked his manager "Sam" to come over and when I explained that I mistakenly came to the DT and was just trying to pick up my mobile order he stated it was against their policy and he would not help. After I went around the drive thru and parked my car, I went to pick my order up to see that it was ready to be picked up while Sam was walking back and forth between DT and counter. read more

I don't know what it is about the restaurants in this area. But the managers all seem to be the exact same . But this chic fil la was the only fast food restaurant that I had still been pleased with until today. Sometimes I just wish managers would be more mindful and train their staff to be more mindful. I was really disappointed in my experience today. I ordered my child a tender meal and I ordered a southwest salad. It wasn't until I got home when I realized the $10+ salad I bought became a cheap $3 salad. They did not have any mixed greens for my salad instead replaced it with cheap iceberg lettuce. The person that took my order had not informed me of that or I would have made another decision,. I get home shoes off find out that my salad was cheap and nasty iceberg lettuce. I called to express my concern. I was told I had to bring the salad 4 miles back to their location. I was already upset about the lettuce. But I had to drive all the way back to this establishment because I knew I wouldn't eat that salad. They gave me only two options. To get another meal right then and there or be credited for a future date when they have mixed green lettuce again. Absolutely no consideration of the inconvenience. I suggested letting the staff know to inform their guests that the salad that they would be receiving isn't what they have to give. I wasn't rude about it at all. I just got another tender meal for my kid to take to school tomorrow. I pretty much was forced to spend money on a meal I didn't need. I didn't even get offered a refund. So glad to be back down South. The food is much better than the North. I don't eat chicken, but I love their Mac and cheese and waffle fries. The employees are really quick here and pleasant. If you know me, you know I go hard for chick-fil-a. However this location service is not in line with other chick-fil-a. I've been to this location several times and I've had missing items and slow service. My last visit, the wait in the drive thru was unusually long even though employees were taking orders. The service seems lackadaisical. They had to run my order to me three times because they kept forgetting items. I also ordered a half tea half lemonade drink but they forgot the lemonade. I've never been to a Chick-fil-a that was drive-thru only with a walk up window. The drive thru moved very quickly, but I just had to try out the walk up window. There are several windows, but only two were in use when I visited, it was pretty early, around 7:00am. You just walk up order and wait for your name to be called just like at any dine-in. There also tables if you chose to eat here. There were also restrooms. I didn't use them, but it's Chick-fil-A you can assume they were clean. Normally this is my go-to location, however on 3/3/23 I waited for about 15 mins in line to be told their systems were down. I was asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. I choose to cancel due to a time constraint and assumed that the online order was canceled/refunded. My order was still charged and was informed I had to go up there for a refund which is a complete inconvenience as I'm not in GA currently. I worked here for just a couple months and had to tell everyone not to go to this chick-fila. They don't train you well and they have several in positions like " training coordinator" that are not managers but act like they own the place and they treat the new employees that are trying to learn like crap. I have never been pulled to the office for such petty crap before in my life. You have the people that have been there over two years then tons of new people just rotated through. In just a couple months they hired and fired about 10 people. I was bullied and ignored and talked about for no reason. My first week I overheard a team leader ask a teenager "what do you think of the new girl? "ME" and when she answered "I don't like her" the manager /leader replied with "I don't either". I had been nothing but nice to them both. I was in shock the women there are so unprofessional and unpleasant to new employees. I fell like I was set up to fail and they didn't want me there just because. They are more worried about getting the food out super fast than quality. I was making drinks when the door opened and blew several cups onto the nasty floor and I was told to use those cups that had rolled around on the floor anyway "don't waste". I would be afraid of what goes on in the kitchen. Here are a few pictures. First time visiting this location in, Ga. The food was fresh and staff taking the orders outside were proficient, friendly and very professional. The restaurant was one of a kind it had an outdoor patio area as well.as double drive tru. The spicy chicken sandwich was extremely hotter than the ones we have here at home. I'm really not sure what I think of this location. It has to be the most unique Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Typical drive through so nothing much to report on that. The actual restaurant though, is an outdoor walk up to the window and place your order type place (think classic drive in's kind of). No indoor seating at all, the only thing that can be found indoors are the restrooms, other wise it's a grab and go or sit in one of the handful of tables that can be found next to the drive through line. Food is as anticipated for Chick-fil-A. I had the chicken nuggets and they were fresh and cooked perfectly. Fries all came out hot and fresh. They gave us plenty of dipping sauces and the staff were really friendly. Would I come back, yes. Would I recommend to others, yes. Would either of those statements be true if it was exceptionally cold and/or rainy, not a chance - unless I'm just going through the drive through. read more

I love CFA but since this is the location closest to me I have to leave a review. We have complained MANY TIMES about the one Fairburn Road. Their food quality is NEVER what I've seen at other locations. The chicken breast portion is much smaller; in fact, they've put a biscuit size portion on one of my sandwich's a couple of times. And there are times when it's been cooked as hard as a rock. They also think "extra pickes" mean ONE more pickle!!! And NEVER do they fill the fry box. If I get one that's 80% full I consider myself lucky. This is not their corporate standards. I have been to locations in Duluth, Tucker, Marietta and even Sarasota FL on multiple occasions and each of them consistently serves good portions of chicken and fries. The Fairburn Rd location consistently CHEATS their customers out of getting their money's worth. What's worse is I've contacted them about their food and since it continues to happen, it's clear they don't care to fix it. But why should they, they are busy and making money. Hopefully, people will read this and consider driving on down the road to the CFA on Thornton Rd, Arbor Place Mall or even Villa Rica. I'll be going there from now on. Of course, food is fresh and delicious as always. But, quite often my order is wrong. I'm on social security so I don't get to indulge often, but I got a raise this month and decided to treat my grandsons. I ordered three combo meals and one ice cream cone. $34+! Ok, get to the pickup and no ice cream cone. So paid $1.77 for one because my youngest really wanted one. We got home and I noticed in the drink holder there was a large cup filled with ice cream. It turns out apparently the order taker must have hit the wrong button. Totally went to waste! But, my biggest gripe is, the girl at the window reviewed my order when I inquired about the cone. Why did she not mention the QUART of ice cream on the order? I waited in line 10 minutes for my order. The line is always long, but it's always worth the wait when the food is going to be good. After receiving my meal, the french fries were not hot they were cold and overcooked, and the sprite was not mixed properly. When you call to make a complaint or to get your order rectified, it's a hassle and no one wants to drive back 10 or 15 minutes for their food when they want it right the first time. How can you screw up a mobile order when things are written down plainly for review. First was a breakfast order where they left out a chicken, egg and cheese bagel. Get home. No bagel. I called HQ and the local restaurant. Big compensation from the local owner. A free sweet tea. Wow, thanks for the $.05 drink you mark up 200%. At least HQ gave me a free sandwich. I was really disappointed in this location. I ordered the chicken meal wrap and got the cold berry sweet tea lemonade for an up charge. The drive-through was backed up and the staff was struggling to get orders out very disorganized. Jaylynn was the team member who rang me up and when she gave me my meal I asked her why the lemonade was so small. She told me if I wanted to complain she could give me corporates number. When I got up to the window I asked two other girls that claimed to be "managers" the same question and they explained it was a corporate decision. Every week I spend money at Chik-fil-A, it is my go too. It used to be the one restaurant where employees were always courtesy/nice, your order was always correct, and the food was always good. I have noticed a downward trend lately. For example, today I stood in line for at least 10-12 minutes because the person in front of me had several kids with orders and then his card would not go through; it happens. I then placed my order, "8 count meal, coke with light ice, two BBQ sauces, and mayonnaise." I then moved aside and waited. My name was called fairly quick. I did not check my order, I assumed (we know the saying) that it was correct. I get back to work only to look in the bag and notice that my condiments were not included. I am highly irritated because I require certain condiments to enjoy my food. The fries were cold and the Coke was not strong. I work in Douglasville so I eat at this location at least once per week but I think I'll start bringing my lunch. Chik-fil-A is really starting to resemble McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Krystal's, and etc. read more
