What a great experience. My partner and I placed a large catering order from this location via EZ Cater (as there were limited location options available for pickup) for a small event at our home and I'm glad that we did. We opted for Bojangles as my bf is a NC native and I thought it'd be a nice taste of home for our brunch. Ordering via EZ Cater was easy enough and they even send confirmations noting that the order was accepted and confirmed twice by the restaurant. I decided to pick up the order while my bf went to a meeting and ventured out to this seemingly deserted area in Smyrna lol. When I arrived, I let the team know that I was there for a large catering order and displayed my receipt. Lamont G. was the kind employee that greeted me and once I showed him the receipt, he was so confused as to what the heck I was talking about lol. He called someone on the phone and they were also confused and let me know that they did not receive the order from EZ Cater despite seeing my receipt and that it showed their correct location info. Lucky me, this team was phenomenal. They didn't turn me away but instead, Lamont quickly assured me that he would make it right and get his team on it right away. He apologized profusely and I let him know that his wonderful energy and dedication to making it right was all I needed. I took a seat in the dining room as I waited and Lamont even offered me a drink and a snack to hold me over. Let me also say, this location was covered in the cutest Valentine's Day decor! From ceiling decor and wall clings, to inflatable dinosaurs covered in hearts - too cute. Within about 20min, my food was being packaged up fresh from the oven/stove. Lamont even threw in a half gallon of tea, an extra tray of grits that was accidentally prepared and enough condiments for me to open my own restaurant, lol. He was even kind enough to carry everything out to my car, ensuring that the hungry pregnant lady wasn't doing heavy lifting. I appreciated that so much! When I got home I realized that we were missing the breakfast gravy ordered but beyond that, everything was exceptional. We had cajun filet biscuits, sausage biscuits, grits, eggs, bacon and mini bo-berry biscuits that came in the shape of hearts. Everything was absolutely delicious and our guests ate it all up. Despite a mix-up from the 3rd party in the ordering process, I'm so grateful to Lamont and the local Bojangles team for not only making it right, but serving up such a delicious experience. read more

I know I'm saying breakfast but even around breakfast time you can still order yourself a 3 piece wings combo and keep it moving lol. First thing you notice is the staff is super friendly which is refreshing at any establishment anymore. We were greeted promptly as they were cleaning mid-shift, also refreshing. Today I visited the Fulton Industrial location, store 001009. I received the worst customer service from Elizabeth "Liz" and the "acting manager" Constance. Snatching jelly out my hand, saying they are on a timer, insinuating me to hurry and get out of drive thru. When complaining to Constance, she smiled and said nothing as if it was a joke. These people have NO people skills or customer service and I hope it's addressed or I'll be taking the next step up. read more

Tried the chicken sandwich for the first time through the drive thru. It's was pretty good, a little thick and mine didn't have any sauce. They also charge you for sauces so I didn't add anything to the sandwich. Other than that, it was a normal Bojangles. The drive thru was pretty quick. read more

I used to be a fan of their grill chicken salad. Chicken is usually seasoned well placed on top of a bed of mixed greens including spinach. Today I ordered a salad and got it home to discover grilled chicken on top of a head of iceberg lettuce. No mixed greens just a bowl full of iceberg. I truly hope that this is not the new norm. If so, I definitely won't be returning for the salad. Customer service is hit or miss. My best experience is with the morning staff. I love Bojangles chicken and their Bo Berry biscuits but this is my second time visiting this location at 9am and they are out of grits! I specifically came here for grits on my way to my destination as it was convenient. How does a place who serves breakfast all day continue to be out of grits at 9am? I ended up getting Bo Rounds instead which were good but little greasy and just not what I wanted. The restaurant was clean on the inside. The restrooms were clean and the soap dispensers were filled. The staff was very friendly and fast paced. I didn't have to wait very long for my order at all. I had a coupon on my phone that I'd received using a survey app. The person who rang up my order had no problems taking the coupon as I have experienced this problem at other restaurant locations. I witnessed the manager on duty giving very clear instructions without being rude. She ensures that both employees and customers are taken care of and I can appreciate this! I brag on this particular Bojangles any chance I get and felt compelled to leave a review. I have never been and not gotten hot, fresh, food, no matter the time of day. There is also someone there during mornings most weekdays who has superior customer service for customers and is also very compassionate to her peers. Bojangles Fulton Industrial is the worst! I ordered online and took my receipt just in case because it was my attempt at RETRYING this location due to consistent previous poor service. They were just as incompetent and rude as always. This time, the manager who says her name is Joy, was the one I talked with directly. Even though the online receipt states I can pick up "drive thru" she said they never allow drive thru for online orders. She said they "did not have" my order at all. I came inside and gave her my receipt. THEY SLOWLY PREPARED MY ORDER, NEVER OFFERED AND APOLOGY! I have mixed feelings at this Bojangles. We stopped here tonight on our way to the Braves game and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, when our order came out the chicken supremes were well overcooked and the fries were lukewarm. We walked to the counter and asked for fresh ones. Food sitting out this long shouldn't be served. And, it took about 10 minutes for our order to come out, even though the food was sitting there. Fortunately, they made a fresh batch of fries and chicken supremes and it tasted perfect, like Bojangles is suppose to taste. Stopped on the way to Sweetwater Creek. I'd never had Bojangles prior, but knew I had to try it because my friend specifically cut her trip in Atlanta short could grab some at the airport before her flight! The food was oily, greasy, and bland looking, but oh man, it was pretty darn tasty. I got the chicken Bo-biscuit and tried the Bo-tatoes, and texturally everything was subpar, but everything was seasoned well! The tots here are like a greasier hashbrown from McDonald's, but there's an extra light Cajun flavor to 'em. The chicken biscuit was salty, but pretty good for pre-hike fuel. I'm sick of this Bojangles'. There's always something small they do incorrectly, BUT it's always something infuriating like when you get home and see none of your sauce for your nuggets. Well this location specializes in that. I usually have issues out of the fries. Literally no seasoning and that's the main reason I go there. If they just so happen to have seasoning, it's likely because they're stale and are leftover fries that's been fried and seasoned 5x. Today I bought a 3 piece. Asked for all legs. when I went for the first time I got a chicken sandwich with fries and younger siblings got kids meals. the chicken sandwich that I thought was normal chicken actually had a spicy coating UNDER the breading so you couldn't see it and there was no way to tell from what I could see, the chicken from the kids meals was very peppery and not good for kids, the fries were also VERY salty, and aside from the food the customer service was also bad wouldn't recommend especially for kids. read more

She didn't have any nickels, so I gave her 0.17. She called to the Mgr to let him know that her drawer may be short because of the additional money I gave her. Huh? How? After telling her to just give me $11.00. The guy fixing my order didn't know the difference between the part of chicken. He asked me which piece was a thigh. I'm not a huge fan of the bone-in chicken (I prefer Popeyes) but the biscuit sandwiches are pretty darn solid and the fact they're served all day is a huge win. My staple dishes are the Cajun filet biscuit & sandwich, Botato rounds, and occasionally the seasoned fries. I'm also a fan of the cherry soda (when I'm actually in a soda mood) while a good friend of mine is a sucker for the Mac & cheese and fried pies.
