Food: Same ol same ol I did love the heart shape; super cute Service: Pulled up ordered a take out; told it would take 30mins however, 50 dang minutes later!!!!!! Never order on site...place you order wait 45mins then go pick it up. All the people that's came in had to wait an additional 20mins last night for their food. Ambiance: No one was seated here that's weird that it was basically TO GO Seat up because, servers were on the floor. Only 1 girl was at the register. PSA: I was told by my coworker Pizza Hut announced they were closing. Not sure if this is true but, based on the service alone...this might as well be one that closes. I can't trust them with delivery because it will take over an hour just to receive cold pizza, but this time i opted to carry out only for them to play in my face again. No one i mean no one should walk into a restaurant and hear explicit music playing loudly. Music talking about "sex and violence "??? Come to this restaurant very often to even have to write a review like this. Worker's arguing on who's doing the most work and who isn't?? Very unprofessional. The only worker who showed and profession was the cashier "Laila". Let's talk about Pizza Hut- Fairburn Rd in Douglasville! My family and I have been going to this Pizza Hut for about 3 years now, and when we first started ordering here, the service was great, the food was always hot and fresh-no problems all good! However as of maybe the last 5 months or so the pizza has been mediocre at best and the service-garbage! More people standing around than working, poor customer service. Messed up orders. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. We ordered our pizza on our way home from an outing, we were quoted 9:30 pm to pick up. We get to Pizza Hut about 9:22. The pizza wasn't ready. No shocks, no surprises. We waited. 9:30 came, no pizza. Okay, no problem, they're running a little behind, 9:40 came-still waiting. At this point, no apologies, no accountability, but people in the back were chatting away. I believe I counted 3 in the back. We would've requested a refund, but we prepaid through the app, and we were hungry. 9:50 came, and come to find out our pizza was sitting in the warmer the whole time! Which by the time we got it was dry as the cardboard it came in! I'm not sure if this Pizza Hut has new management or changed hands, but the friendly service we used to get has all but disappeared and has been replaced with apathy and no accountability! In fact, the service has been so bad, we actually started going to the Pizza Hut on Lee Road. It's sad because we live less than 2 minutes from the Fairburn Road location. I don't recommend it at all, save your time, your money and your sanity and go some place else cause this Pizza Hut ain't it!- One star was generous! read more

I came here about a year ago and the service decent. Fast forward to today, they have menus with no prices and the server (it was her second day) who "used to be a server" had to be asked for plates & Parmesan. Then she gave us a nearly empty cheese shaker. The ONLY reason I stayed is because my grandson was looking forward to pizza. read more

2022 Wednesday, February 16 around noon time I stop at this Pizza Hut to purchase a pizza to go but the only problem was getting someone to take my order. No one was present and I waited at least 30 minutes before I left and the only reason I waited those 30 minutes was to see how long it would take for someone to come to the front counter to check for customers. A thief would've had a great time stealing some drinks and other things thieves steal that day lol. Definitely not ok if I was the owner and there is also a loud bell when the door opens and closes, I thought that was the purpose of the bell to notify but whatever. I went to this Pizza Hut when it first open at 11am this morning and was thinking that they were okay because service was nice. The box was sealed as if it was a delivery pizza and she did not open it to show me. I didn't let that bother me until I got home to notice it appeared to have been an old pizza from the night before that had been reheated. This is unacceptable and I would not refer anyone to go to this pizza hutt. I have contacted corporate as this should not be a Pizza Hut standard if is. read more
