As bad as the Wendy's in Tuscaloosa. We stopped one person in line, the order take seemed to know know what she was doing, she took the order and went to the grill to do something and did not return. We went across the parking lot to the wnb factory, what a difference, great service great food. It is no wonder Wendys is closing 241 locations. read more

I ordered a number 7 for breakfast. 17 mins ago. No one called my number to get my food. They pulled a lady up for french toast sticks and she had to come in for them to remember her order. They were not busy at all. Once I seen this i got up and left. I didnt need a refund cause its plain as day all that mattered in the case was i paid for the food. If money is all you want and thats the last $8.01 they will ever get. Shout out to the man who took my order he was nice. But respectfully yall will never get my service again read more

Goodness! I was starving so I landed here. It wasn't crowded in the drive thru. I inadvertently ordered the wrong meal. They took care of that without an attitude! I ordered the 10 piece spicy nugget combo. My food was not hot at all. So disappointed. I hardly had any fries and it seem like someone had taken a sip out of my coke before it got to me. Lol. This visit was a complete letdown. There is construction is this area so keep this in mind. read more

Wendy's - a sign for a fast food restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Douglasville, Georgia

This is the slowest wendy's I've ever been to. With no customers when I arrived and left it took 20 minutes for them to make 2 biscuits. Legitimately one of the saddest establishments I've seen. Don't waste your time on this crusty, dusty, musty excuse for a fast food place read more

It was actually getting pretty late and we had already had a few failed attempts to get food (places closed) when we happened across this Wendy's (about 10:45 pm). I pulled in, and got into the drive through line. While we waited I checked in and noticed the one star review. A little worried, I read some reviews, that really didn't set me at peace for choosing this location. But really we were kind of out of options so we stuck it out. About 7 or 8 min in they had processed a handful of cars and it was our turn. Orders in we kept moving on towards the checkout window. The person working was plenty friendly enough, especially considering that it was basically closing time and they were still waiting on customers. Food came out relatively fresh. It was kind of obvious the fries had been cooked for awhile, but they were still warm (could have used a little more salt). I had the spicy chicken nuggets and my step son had a burger. He liked his and didn't have any complaints. Mine, was freshly cooked and hotter that a habanero - I've never had spicy chicken nuggets this hot anywhere! It was crazy how hot they made them. They were good, just be warned, if you are looking for a little spice - this is probably too much. We really don't have anything bad to say about our visit, aside from the luke warm fries and they forgot to give us a straw in the bag. Otherwise it really wasn't a bad visit. read more

Wendy's - a menu for breakfast at a fast food restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Douglasville, Georgia

Very rude & belligerent female employee on drivethru night shift. Corporate & better business bureau will definitely be contacted as this is not the first occurrence with said individual. read more

Placed an order to be delivered via Uber, they could not provide what I ordered so they called and substituted but did not refund the difference. When the order arrived I got a burger with no bun, no condiments and no sauce for the nuggets. I called and the lady was extremely rude, refused to answer my question and very unprofessional. I requested her name and she hung up on me. This is the worse Wendy's on earth!! read more

Wendy's - Hamburger without bun. - Burgers Near Me - Douglasville, Georgia

This Wendy's never fails to disappoint. They always make you wait for the Food only for it to be cold and nasty. They advertise fresh fries, but yet the fries at the location are always old burnt and hard. One good thing I can say is the girls at the window are sweet and nice. So I'm assuming it's just the cooks and poor management. I come back thinking it'll be a change but today will be my last day at this location. read more

What happened to Wendy's? I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (1/4 lb) with avocado and when it was delivered it looked like the size of a $1 cheeseburger. The avocado was barely on the bread. It looked like it was put on then scraped off.that is how much was on there. I ordered fries and they were cold and stale. I ordered a frosty and they were out. This was around 5 pm so it wasn't like it was before closing. The hamburger taste good but was definitely not worth $7. Very disappointed read more

The worst Wendy's ever they never get your order right I just sat in line for 20 minutes, and the person sitting at the speaker never moved. This was my best experience with them because it did not give them a chance to screw my order up. read more

I had to hop on an give these guys a shoutout. I have been coming to this Fairburn Road location off and on for about 20 years-Yep they didn't even take a debit card at that time. I've either lived or worked near here. They've always been pretty consistent not bad, not superb. Nothing to write home about or even take time to leave a google review. For the past 2 years I have been here a few times a month for my lunch on Friday. Barring the inconsistency with supply chain stuff (who really has control over that right now?) these guys have been on their game. I've not had one order incorrect, missing any condiments or utensils. No matter how many cars are waiting they roll them through very quickly. The other night I ordered 5 different meals for family and it took no less than 3 minutes from ordering to leaving. Food is always hot and as fresh as can be for "fast" food. My only complaints 1. I love salty fries, if you are a salty fry person- ask for a salt pack or let them know when you order, they are all over the place with their salt applications. 2. This is a supply chain issue and nothing with this specific location just Wendy's in general...they are randomly out of items. Last week they only had the strawberry frosty. Disclaimer: I've only ordered at lunch times (11-2 on Fridays only) and after work about 5:30 a couple of times read more

So fukkin bad literally paid 5 dollars for this 2 dollar slider wit bacon and Mayo that was supposed to be a son of a baconator and I told them no Mayo and when the order got to the counter my name wasn't even called I had to guess if it was my food or not and the costumer service was so bad nobody even said anything to me when I walked up and started randomly touching the food just to make sure it was mine, RESTAURANT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! read more

Wendy's - Son of Baconator - Burgers Near Me - Douglasville, Georgia

Years later, and this place is still a sh*thole. Why did I even bother coming back? Was lied to today about them not having any baked potatoes when they came to the conclusion that our order would be too difficult to make: 3 bacon & cheddar baked potatoes + sour cream & chives. This incompetence is why fast food workers should make what they're worth, NOT $11/hr. read more

I came the 1st 2 times and it took over 10 minutes both times. I came inside the 3rd time--worse!! The front counter workers seem to have limited knowledge about their job. They were not even connecting tickets to the bags of food. I live close and wish the service was better. I used to work at Wendy's. The chili is good! read more

Omg this place had me scared (I'll expand on that later). I ordered a $5 biggie bag and spent like 40 minutes in line at the drive through. I gave the lady a 10 when I finally got up there and never got my change back. Plus there was an awkward stare when another person gave me my food at the window. I was so tired (around midnight) I just didn't care. So I went on with my trip. Now on to the worst part. While in the drive through I saw some guy come out the back with a trash can, and HIT a lady's nice white SUV as he passed by, leaving a noticeable scratch. I don't think he noticed the scratch, but he definitely felt the bump. He laughed and kept jamming out all the way to the dumpster. Lady in front of me did not seem happy. Since I was driving a rental at the time THIS SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME. I never want to go through an experience like that again! read more

You always end up waiting 20 minutes for your food and the employees are always visibly playing around. At one point I saw one of their kids behind there in the work area. I'm not sure how they're even still open. read more

So for the 3rd time in three trips, this location has left something out of my drive up order. This time - no Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe in the bag and too far to drive back for it now that I'm back at my office. I checked for the straw and spoon (for the chili) - which were the missing elements in the prior two experiences. I had to post this because I doubted calling the store would do any good. Take pride in your work! Lesson learned on my part! read more

I had a great experience at this Wendy's! My food was ready before I was even finished checking out my order with Tia (who was extra friendly by the way.) my food was cooked and seasoned well; and the restaurant was clean and refreshingly cool on a hot summer day. An ideal fast food experience. read more

One visit here and you'll understand why the bad ratings. This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever visited. My food was cold, I took 3 bites and threw it away. The drink machine is broken so no diet drinks, no unsweet tea, water is only beverage option. You can ask the lazy and rude staff for a diet drink and they'll pour from the back after letting out a sigh of displeasure first. The tables wobble amd the chairs looked like nobody has cleaned them in a while. Napkins and trash all over the place. This place needs a visit from corporate read more

Wendy's was a place that I actually liked they need to ask their future employees if they give a dam about working in a fast food restaurant seriously so I had the Dave burger they really only put a half slice of lettuce on there which was not even fresh Smh I would go in to more detail but I'm not instead I'm just not going back ever read more

I frequent the location a lot maybe 4x's a week to be honest but after today I'll NEVER return. As a self employed entrepreneur I work very hard for my money and I know the importance of Customer Service and I refuse to continue to spend my hard-earned money at a place that won't even say thank you when you patronize them at the first window where you pay the woman treated me as if I was inconveniencing her by merely paying for my order She didn't greet me she didn't tell me my total she simply put her hand out for my car close the window gave me my card in my receipt and close the window and then when I got it To the second window the other lady looked at me like I had done something to her handed me my food handed me my drinks didn't say hi didn't say thank you didn't ask if I needed anything else simply close the window and one on about her business as if I was disturbing her day. What I can't understand is why you applied for a customer service position if providing customer service is such a problem for you Customer Service is a part of every day life is not just something you put on him do because you're at work But if it's required it work you should definitely do it I'm not knocking your job because I've worked fast food before I don't like anyones hustle and how they choose to make their money But treating customers and people who choose to patronize your business like crap is not the way to do business. I typically spend about $80 a week if not more there so they may not even feel the burn from my money no longer being spent here but I will voice my opinion in regards to the matter because it's totally unfair and the issue needs to be addressed because no one should be treated that way I wish I would've had opportunity to take the females names So that the matter could be address Properly. The Manager Tia Was very helpful and the young man work in the dining room cash register was very polite and also provide a comedy relief with the situation and help de-escalate the situation as well they should consider allowing him to work drive-through since he clearly knows how to provide great customer service. read more

Just left the drive-through and was handed a melted frosty. They didn't even have the dignity to ask if I wanted anything else since the frosty was melted. I don't even feel like turning around to complain. I guess that's what I get from complete imbeciles. Next time I'll choose Dairy Queen. read more

Terrible customer service experience. My husband and I went to this location the evening of 12/4. We ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 orders of fries. Since my son doesn't like typical condiments on his sandwich (like mayo, mustard, pickle, etc) we requested bbq sauce. We were told that there is a $0.50 charge for sauce since we didn't order any chicken nuggets. We were told that this is a Wendy's policy and has been for quite some time which I know is long true. I've gone to several Wendy's locations both in Douglasville and other states but have never been charged extra for bbq sauce. And to make matters worse the French fries were ice cold. Horrible experience at this location. Wouldn't recommend anyone to patronize a business with such poor customer service. read more

My food was missing, I specifically made a request on my burger that I did not receive so as I was speaking with the order taker, The female manager walks up get loud and rude,I then suggested I come in. So my husband and I park the car when I get inside the SAME female manager was waiting and she got smart and told me " I could take my FAT A** somewhere else. I did manage to get a glimpse of her name tag and long behold she had Manager on her name tag. just totally disrespectful, I don't know how she has a job in customer service!!! I highly recommend someone from corporate go in undercover as a unsatisfied customer and see what we have to deal with. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! read more

Lady at the drive through messed up the wife's order. When we stopped to get it fixed, saw one of the employees eat a fry out of the bag that belonged to the guy behind us. Decided to not get the order fixed. Fry eater knew she was caught, nodded her head, and said what? read more

Food is always old and cold. I requested fresh fries once and they kindly put a few new fries on top of my old ones for me. Every time I order nuggets, they feel like hockey pucks and go down like sponges. They seem microwaved instead of fried. I also watched a guy pour my tea with his finger in my cup. I can't stand this Wendy's location. read more

These people could screw up a wet dream! Never can get any order right, you ask for a sprite you're going to get coke, you ask for coke you're going to get sprite. My son REALLY wanted to try the new pretzel bacon burger he saw on Wendy's billboard. Stopped by the Wendy's on Fairburn Rd and ordered the burger only to get halfway down the road and discover the bun was toasted black on the top and bottom. Drove back, spoke to manager who showed me a whole bag of "extra well done" pretzel buns and whined about how it wasn't her fault because the buns came like this. Well, she should have thrown those buns away or sent them back to where they came from and opened another bag! SMH! No thanks Wendy - I'll keep eating Chick Fil A and Steak & Shake! read more

Ghetto as they come. This place is so bummed that they charged me for a spoon for my frosty! Mind you, ordering from a drive-thru, you know about 95% of the time, it gets botched. I had ordered a double cheese plain and a frosty. As I received order, I pulled up, checked my bag, just the sandwich in it! No napkins, spoon, or straw. Guess they wanted me to chew on the frozen substance! So I had to park my ride, and go inside. Man, nasty, rude ass employees. Asked for a spoon and was asked back, "for what?" I said apparently someone didn't give me a spoon for my frosty. They said what frosty. I said the one I just ordered at drive thru. They said you got proof? What? I just want a damn spoon. They said you have to pay for spoon. What? Man this place is whacked. Ask 3 different employees for a spoon and I was threatened! Ask for manager and they refused to give me her name or get her. I was pissed! Went back out to my car after snatching a straw, melted the end of straw to make my own spoon. Then opened my back for my double cheese and notice that they just wrapped 2 burgers with a slice of cheese in between. No bun! Wtf is wrong with people! read more
