I ordered a number 7 for breakfast. 17 mins ago. No one called my number to get my food. They pulled a lady up for french toast sticks and she had to come in for them to remember her order. They were not busy at all. Once I seen this i got up and left. I didnt need a refund cause its plain as day all that mattered in the case was i paid for the food. Goodness! I was starving so I landed here. It wasn't crowded in the drive thru. I inadvertently ordered the wrong meal. They took care of that without an attitude! It was actually getting pretty late and we had already had a few failed attempts to get food (places closed) when we happened across this Wendy's (about 10:45 pm). I pulled in, and got into the drive through line. While we waited I checked in and noticed the one star review. A little worried, I read some reviews, that really didn't set me at peace for choosing this location. But really we were kind of out of options so we stuck it out. About 7 or 8 min in they had processed a handful of cars and it was our turn. Orders in we kept moving on towards the checkout window. The person working was plenty friendly enough, especially considering that it was basically closing time and they were still waiting on customers. Food came out relatively fresh. It was kind of obvious the fries had been cooked for awhile, but they were still warm (could have used a little more salt). I had the spicy chicken nuggets and my step son had a burger. He liked his and didn't have any complaints. Mine, was freshly cooked and hotter that a habanero - I've never had spicy chicken nuggets this hot anywhere! It was crazy how hot they made them. They were good, just be warned, if you are looking for a little spice - this is probably too much. We really don't have anything bad to say about our visit, aside from the luke warm fries and they forgot to give us a straw in the bag. Otherwise it really wasn't a bad visit. read more

What happened to Wendy's? I ordered a bacon cheeseburger (1/4 lb) with avocado and when it was delivered it looked like the size of a $1 cheeseburger. The avocado was barely on the bread. It looked like it was put on then scraped off.that is how much was on there. I ordered fries and they were cold and stale. I ordered a frosty and they were out. I had to hop on an give these guys a shoutout. I have been coming to this Fairburn Road location off and on for about 20 years-Yep they didn't even take a debit card at that time. I've either lived or worked near here. They've always been pretty consistent not bad, not superb. Nothing to write home about or even take time to leave a google review. For the past 2 years I have been here a few times a month for my lunch on Friday. Barring the inconsistency with supply chain stuff (who really has control over that right now?) these guys have been on their game. I've not had one order incorrect, missing any condiments or utensils. No matter how many cars are waiting they roll them through very quickly. The other night I ordered 5 different meals for family and it took no less than 3 minutes from ordering to leaving. Food is always hot and as fresh as can be for "fast" food. My only complaints 1. I love salty fries, if you are a salty fry person- ask for a salt pack or let them know when you order, they are all over the place with their salt applications. 2. This is a supply chain issue and nothing with this specific location just Wendy's in general...they are randomly out of items. Last week they only had the strawberry frosty. Omg this place had me scared (I'll expand on that later). I ordered a $5 biggie bag and spent like 40 minutes in line at the drive through. I gave the lady a 10 when I finally got up there and never got my change back. Plus there was an awkward stare when another person gave me my food at the window. As a self employed entrepreneur I work very hard for my money and I know the importance of Customer Service and I refuse to continue to spend my hard-earned money at a place that won't even say thank you when you patronize them at the first window where you pay the woman treated me as if I was inconveniencing her by merely paying for my order She didn't greet me she didn't tell me my total she simply put her hand out for my car close the window gave me my card in my receipt and close the window and then when I got it To the second window the other lady looked at me like I had done something to her handed me my food handed me my drinks didn't say hi didn't say thank you didn't ask if I needed anything else simply close the window and one on about her business as if I was disturbing her day. What I can't understand is why you applied for a customer service position if providing customer service is such a problem for you Customer Service is a part of every day life is not just something you put on him do because you're at work But if it's required it work you should definitely do it I'm not knocking your job because I've worked fast food before I don't like anyones hustle and how they choose to make their money But treating customers and people who choose to patronize your business like crap is not the way to do business. Terrible customer service experience. My husband and I went to this location the evening of 12/4. We ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 orders of fries. Since my son doesn't like typical condiments on his sandwich (like mayo, mustard, pickle, etc) we requested bbq sauce. We were told that there is a $0.50 charge for sauce since we didn't order any chicken nuggets. We were told that this is a Wendy's policy and has been for quite some time which I know is long true. I've gone to several Wendy's locations both in Douglasville and other states but have never been charged extra for bbq sauce. And to make matters worse the French fries were ice cold.
