She even stated that she would fire everyone if necessary. I understand that being short-staffed can be stressful, but customers should not have to witness employees being spoken to this way. They gave him a Diet Pepsi, even though they had repeated Coke to us. (Side note, I also checked everything they had listed online, and they didn't even have any coke products.)
