The food itself was fine / as expected. The only thing I noted that was different that most McDonald's was that any of the self-serve stuff had been stripped bare - no drinks, no napkins, no ketchup, nothing. I assume they made this choice to reduce waste / save money for the owner. I assume you can request napkins, etc. You can obviously order drinks too. I don't necessarily think it is a bad decision, it was just quite different here than at other locations. Just FYI.

I'm not stupid, they're keeping the toys themselves. Only reason they're still open is from travelers on I-20 cuz no local wants to go. But my kid really wants that Stranger Things toy and they have not failed to disappoint a 7 yo AGAIN!

Unfortunately, my experience at this Taco Bell/KFC was very disappointing. Nearly every table was…read moredirty and still had food left on it, which made the dining area feel very unclean and neglected. What was even more concerning was the behavior of the manager or shift leader. She was loudly yelling at employees across the restaurant and repeatedly complaining that customers were continuing to come in while they were short-staffed. She also became upset with an employee who said he was not scheduled to clock in until 4 PM, telling him there was no reason for him to be there if he wasn't going to clock in early and help. She even stated that she would fire everyone if necessary. I understand that being short-staffed can be stressful, but customers should not have to witness employees being spoken to this way. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness of the restaurant and the professionalism of the staff, because this experience was unacceptable.

There are a ton of options in this area, mostly fast food, but very few healthy options. We opted to hit up this CFA as it did not look busy. We were greeted well ahead of the menu board by an upstream server which was odd because the line was virtually nonexistent. Then, ordered a spicy southwest salad. It's a bit of a pricier salad but well worth it if you are looking for a break from the fried chicken or waffle fries. The layout of the drive thru is well planned and easy to navigate. There's a ton of parking. This location doesn't have a small drive thru window but a door to enable faster deliver service. No complaints from this experience. Would recommend trying out to anyone in the Breman area looking for a healthy fast food option.

Nuggets are typically very hard and greasy. Sandwiches are rubbery. Fries are hit or miss. Service - chick-fil-a seems to have a standard, and this location (IMO) doesn't meet that standard for me. Employees seem more interested in their personal conversations than taking care of customers. Ambiance - subpar. Always dirty. Floor, bathroom, tables...dirty. The floor is so slick that my kid has almost fallen several times. The bathroom looked like a truck stop, like the sinks haven't been truly cleaned since they opened. Details matter, and this location needs extreme improvement. Unfortunately, there aren't many options in Bremen, so people will continue to patronize them...but I think they truly could do better with more effort and attention to detail.
