This place was a Taco Bell combined with a KFC. My grandfather and I wanted KFC, we got Taco Bell. The times are completely wrong - the many signs on the building say the times for Friday goes from 10:00AM to 11:00PM, but only the Taco Bell was open. There was no waylay to tell the times applied only applied to the Taco Bell (I checked everything and everywhere: the entire building, all links the signs had, and nothing gave any information about the KFC being closed then). Also, the Taco Bell might actually close at ten, it was around 9:50 when I went there, making the times even more wrong. I wrote a longer paragraph here, but accidentally deleted it, so I am summarizing it. We waited 5+ minutes for the person on the intercom to come (we tried talking to it, with no reply). When the person on the intercom finally spoke up, they weren't understandable, and when my grandfather asked them to repeat it, they annunciated it very rudely. They then messed up our order/added things that weren't there. We eventually decided on just getting soft tacos because we were tired, and my grandfather tried to order a coke zero. Key word: tried. They gave him a Diet Pepsi, even though they had repeated Coke to us. (Side note, I also checked everything they had listed online, and they didn't even have any coke products.) The food itself was fine, but the experience made it not worth it... and we were starving. Yes, this was a summary of what I wrote... I think this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I've been to many horrible fast food places - ones that mess up your order entirely, say they're out of things the next person orders just fine, an extremely hard to get-out-of exit/entrance, put something you are allergic to on your food even though you told them your allergy, etc. None of this was ai written. Got food in the drive through. Ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos with a Dr Pepper. Usually the burrito are a little spicy but nothing I can't handle and they come with cheese. I'm going to start by saying learn how to wrap a burrito. I couldn't even eat it without it falling apart. My other thing is be nicer. It's not hard to say have a nice day or something but just not speaking and then swinging my food at me is very in unprofessional. ETA 6/2022: I had 2 bean burritos and my husband had 2 soft tacos. Surprisingly, the food was pretty good. I had asked for extra red sauce on my burritos, they came with NO red sauce, but 3 packets of hot sauce fixed that. Hub said the tacos were fine. This KFC was never stellar, but then they crammed in a Taco Bell but apparently didn't train the staff on how to prepare the food. The tacos are soggy and bland (even for TB), the burritos are cold in the middle (and I don't know how they manage that), anything that's supposed to be crunchy isn't and anything supposed to be soft is dried out. You have to beg for taco sauce, and the slop they give you isn't worth putting it on after the hassle of getting it. Avoid this horrific place at all costs. Seriously, you're better off going to the Ingles' grocery behind the place, getting a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter, and making your own sandwiches than eating here. Well, I should have read the yelp reviews .. ordered my food at 8:23 on Monday night ... over 30 min later I got my food ... not a well run place at all .. the manager only made excuses, "We have a new trainee on the line " and did nothing to correct the long wait. The nostalgia of a Taco Bell/KFC combo restaurant is like no other and a perfect road trip stop. I'd consider myself a frequent Taco Bell goer and this stop was super quick and the food was actually great. The 5 layer burrito was stuffed full of cheese, beans, and meat. All the good stuff in every bite just how the commercials advertise. The steak quesadilla was thick with meat and cheese throughout. I'm so impressed with this because most of the Taco Bell's I go to give you a floppy tortilla with unmelted cheese and little filling. And this is a general expectation - which is why I felt the need to come leave a review for this location. So, kudos to the employees for stuffing those things full, keep on keeping on . Purchased a 12 pack of tacos to split with my family. Tasted old and they were just all thrown together. Hardly any lettuce or meat. Totally not worth the money spent. I went through the drive through and clearly ordered a #3 combo. At the window they asked if I ordered three tacos. I corrected them and told them again I wanted a #3 combo that was a burrito and a taco. When I got home I found three tacos. All had broken shells and one was so broken they put it in a second shell rather than remaking it. I tried to call them but it just rang for 10 minutes with no answer. I wish I could give this taco bell 0 stars. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Everytime I go the employees are rude and they never make the food correctly. Its been terrible for years so they obviously have bad management. Bremen Taco Bell is usually pretty subpar, but today was inexcusable. Let's start with the fact that my fiancé's heavy famous bowl was sitting on top of mine and our son's tacos. After I moved that, I got our son's soft taco that was soaking wet and wrong. I went to pick up one of my HARD SHELL tacos and it literally opened up and everything fell out into the bag. My fiancé took the food back up to Taco Bell, and the manager told him that it was our fault that our food was wrong, soaking wet, and falling apart. She said he should've went straight home. We live 5 minutes from Taco Bell. It was in no way our fault. If they wouldn't give out hour old pre-made, sopping wet food, they wouldn't have people returning their food. This was by far the worst hour I've ever been made to wait for a black bean burrito. They gave me a bean burrito with black beans which isn't even close to the actual item on the menu AND on their website. I had to go to the counter and tell them again and they instead gave me a cantina bowl black bean burrito which still was not right. I then had to go back up and pull the item up on their website menu and give them my phone so they made sure not to mess it up, even though the cook kept saying to make the same thing he initially made. This is the first time in the multiple times that I've ordered this item that it's been messed up this bad or they had no clue what it even was. These employees are not trained at all, they don't know half of the menu items, and were always screaming and hollering at each other in front of customers.
