Unfortunately, my experience at this Taco Bell/KFC was very disappointing. Nearly every table was dirty and still had food left on it, which made the dining area feel very unclean and neglected. What was even more concerning was the behavior of the manager or shift leader. She was loudly yelling at employees across the restaurant and repeatedly complaining that customers were continuing to come in while they were short-staffed. She also became upset with an employee who said he was not scheduled to clock in until 4 PM, telling him there was no reason for him to be there if he wasn't going to clock in early and help. She even stated that she would fire everyone if necessary. I understand that being short-staffed can be stressful, but customers should not have to witness employees being spoken to this way. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness of the restaurant and the professionalism of the staff, because this experience was unacceptable. read more

This place was a Taco Bell combined with a KFC. My grandfather and I wanted KFC, we got Taco Bell. The times are completely wrong - the many signs on the building say the times for Friday goes from 10:00AM to 11:00PM, but only the Taco Bell was open. There was no waylay to tell the times applied only applied to the Taco Bell (I checked everything and everywhere: the entire building, all links the signs had, and nothing gave any information about the KFC being closed then). Also, the Taco Bell might actually close at ten, it was around 9:50 when I went there, making the times even more wrong. I wrote a longer paragraph here, but accidentally deleted it, so I am summarizing it. We waited 5+ minutes for the person on the intercom to come (we tried talking to it, with no reply). When the person on the intercom finally spoke up, they weren't understandable, and when my grandfather asked them to repeat it, they annunciated it very rudely. They then messed up our order/added things that weren't there. We eventually decided on just getting soft tacos because we were tired, and my grandfather tried to order a coke zero. Key word: tried. They gave him a Diet Pepsi, even though they had repeated Coke to us. (Side note, I also checked everything they had listed online, and they didn't even have any coke products.) The food itself was fine, but the experience made it not worth it... and we were starving. Yes, this was a summary of what I wrote... I think this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I've been to many horrible fast food places - ones that mess up your order entirely, say they're out of things the next person orders just fine, an extremely hard to get-out-of exit/entrance, put something you are allergic to on your food even though you told them your allergy, etc. None of this was ai written. NEVER GO HERE, NO MATTER WHAT! read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Bremen, Georgia

Got food in the drive through. Ordered 2 cheesy double beef burritos with a Dr Pepper. Usually the burrito are a little spicy but nothing I can't handle and they come with cheese. I ate both it there was zero cheese and zero spice all I tasted was the rice and the meat. The service was fast which was good but I'd appreciate right food even more than fast service. I go to this fast food a lot and they rarely ever put cheese on it read more

Taco Bell - No cheese - Fast Food Near Me - Bremen, Georgia

I'm going to start by saying learn how to wrap a burrito. I couldn't even eat it without it falling apart. My other thing is be nicer. It's not hard to say have a nice day or something but just not speaking and then swinging my food at me is very in unprofessional. Also if your working in a restaurant, doesn't matter if it's fast food or a sit down restaurant, you NEED to have customer service skills and if you don't then work somewhere where you don't have to socialize with customers. read more

Terrible place. Even before the pandemic the workers were miserable to deal with. Rude is an understatement. I went there one last time a couple months ago and was there hours before they closed and all workers walked out and told me to basically 'f off'. Never will go back. Maybe they'll go out of business so we can get something else in this spot in Bremen read more

ETA 6/2022: I had 2 bean burritos and my husband had 2 soft tacos. Surprisingly, the food was pretty good. I had asked for extra red sauce on my burritos, they came with NO red sauce, but 3 packets of hot sauce fixed that. Hub said the tacos were fine. Maybe they're getting their act together after what, 6 years? Upgraded to 3 stars. I think they're under new mgmt. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Yet more proof that shoehorning a Taco Bell inside a KFC is a surefire way to make sure BOTH are really awful. This KFC was never stellar, but then they crammed in a Taco Bell but apparently didn't train the staff on how to prepare the food. The tacos are soggy and bland (even for TB), the burritos are cold in the middle (and I don't know how they manage that), anything that's supposed to be crunchy isn't and anything supposed to be soft is dried out. You have to beg for taco sauce, and the slop they give you isn't worth putting it on after the hassle of getting it. Avoid this horrific place at all costs. Seriously, you're better off going to the Ingles' grocery behind the place, getting a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter, and making your own sandwiches than eating here. If I could give it 1/2 star I would. read more

Well, I should have read the yelp reviews .. ordered my food at 8:23 on Monday night ... over 30 min later I got my food ... not a well run place at all .. the manager only made excuses, "We have a new trainee on the line " and did nothing to correct the long wait. Food quality was there but there are way to many Taco Bell's in the area to wait 30 plus min for your order ... and it was not just me .. Customers in front of me were experiencing similar wait times . Unless you have extra time to wait, avoid this Taco Bell.... read more

The nostalgia of a Taco Bell/KFC combo restaurant is like no other and a perfect road trip stop. I'd consider myself a frequent Taco Bell goer and this stop was super quick and the food was actually great. The 5 layer burrito was stuffed full of cheese, beans, and meat. All the good stuff in every bite just how the commercials advertise. The steak quesadilla was thick with meat and cheese throughout. I'm so impressed with this because most of the Taco Bell's I go to give you a floppy tortilla with unmelted cheese and little filling. And this is a general expectation - which is why I felt the need to come leave a review for this location. So, kudos to the employees for stuffing those things full, keep on keeping on . Make Taco Bell Great again. read more

Didn't know they still had Taco Bell/KFC's like this. Friendly service, quick turnaround, clean dining room. A very nice experience. I highly recommend. read more

Purchased a 12 pack of tacos to split with my family. Tasted old and they were just all thrown together. Hardly any lettuce or meat. Totally not worth the money spent. Shortly after consuming said tacos, everyone was sick throwing up and running to the restroom. So thanks for the 23.00 good poisoning! read more

Great Taco Bell. Good service, clean rest rooms, and they gave us heaping portions of food. Loved it! read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Bremen, Georgia

I went through the drive through and clearly ordered a #3 combo. At the window they asked if I ordered three tacos. I corrected them and told them again I wanted a #3 combo that was a burrito and a taco. When I got home I found three tacos. All had broken shells and one was so broken they put it in a second shell rather than remaking it. I tried to call them but it just rang for 10 minutes with no answer. Obviously they do not care about their customers. I will not be back and will let others know to avoid this place. read more

We ordered 6 items to go at 6:20 pm - a variety of Tacos, Gorditos, etc...nothing complicated or special. At 7:00 pm I asked to have the order cancelled and a refund issued. It was honored with a bad attitude. We won't go back. read more

I waited over 45 minutes yesterday for 20 plain tacos. When I asked for a manager at the 30 minute mark to confirm they had my order, the manager yelled from the back, "I'm busy, what she want?'. After loudly arguing with me across the store, I requested my money back. That request was ignored. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this Taco Bell. Slow service is one thing. Being openly rude to customers is unacceptable. read more

If I have time to write a review in a drive thru it's too long of a wait..the lady on the mic minkes worse than billy bob Thornton in sling blade. When she finally hands us the order she basically throws the box and closes the window.. we had to check the order to see it that was everything.. always a bad experience but hey what can you expect read more

This was the most horrible experience, I understand completely that this is fast food but there is nothing fast about this restaurant. It was almost comical how slow the drive thru was. We were able to hear all about employees break and what they were doing on the inside as we were told to wait to give our order for almost ten minutes. Not sure if break time should have been on the top of the list as we continue to wait in line for over thirty mins now to grab a taco. Forty mins later the food was hot so just slow but decent read more

This was the worst experience. Very strange. I thought I must be on a hidden camera. They have it all terrible service, long wait times, dirty store, and bathrooms. I think the best information I can give anyone is don't go here :( read more

I wish I could give this taco bell 0 stars. This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to. Everytime I go the employees are rude and they never make the food correctly. Its been terrible for years so they obviously have bad management. Today in the drive thru the lady was taking my order and was so rude and then I heard her tell another employee to come take the order because she got mad that I asked to switch out the coleslaw for mash potatoes in my meal. If you can't handle working in costumer service then find another job. Its sad because I love taco bells food but the bremen location just can't get it together and it completely ruins taco bell for me. I really hope this location can figure out how to run a business. read more

I'd love to work here because y'all don't do anything lol past 2 days I've come they were closed. first day they said they stopped serving kfc at 6. second day I came before 6 and they were closed. how much do y'all make? if the price is right I'd like to come do nothing all day as well read more

If you're going to order, go inside. Yes the lines are LONG outside. It took me five minutes inside though. The place was dirty, tables needed to be cleaned, the people behind the counter making food were moving very slow, but the staff all had country accents and were very nice read more

Bremen Taco Bell is usually pretty subpar, but today was inexcusable. Let's start with the fact that my fiancé's heavy famous bowl was sitting on top of mine and our son's tacos. After I moved that, I got our son's soft taco that was soaking wet and wrong. I went to pick up one of my HARD SHELL tacos and it literally opened up and everything fell out into the bag. My fiancé took the food back up to Taco Bell, and the manager told him that it was our fault that our food was wrong, soaking wet, and falling apart. She said he should've went straight home. We live 5 minutes from Taco Bell. It was in no way our fault. If they wouldn't give out hour old pre-made, sopping wet food, they wouldn't have people returning their food. I am absolutely livid that she was so rude to him about something we didn't do. To top it off, when he brought the "remade" food home, it all was still soaking wet. read more

Wow, I normally avoid Taco Bell because it's so slow. But this is the worst I have ever seen. This beyond slow. More like stagnant as almost like the staff are too tired to even move. Most of the clients forgot their order number because it takes so long. Never come back to this place again! read more

i asked for the mac n cheese bowl combo, which was on the menu, and they didn't even know about it. i then ordered the famous bowl bc that's what they thought i was talking about and got it with no corn, and they proceeded to give me corn with it. finally they didn't even have the beef burrito which they have always had. so ridiculous to be open and not have anything on the menu read more

I honestly think this has to be the absolute worst Taco Bell in all of America. I lived here in town and every so often I forget how terrible their food and service is and try again. Same results every time. Nothing but disappointment. Their beans are so dry I could literally roll them into a ball without any sticking to my hands. 4 people waiting inside and we all waited for over 25 minutes to get our food while several employees are on break. I love Taco Bell but I will never eat at this one again. The one in Carrollton if fantastic. The staff here is also piss poor with attitude problems. It's clear they don't want to be there. read more

If i could give it zero stars i would, i got food poisoning After eating there. I attempted to call the store twice and let it ring for 2 minutes both times. This was by far the worst hour I've ever been made to wait for a black bean burrito. They gave me a bean burrito with black beans which isn't even close to the actual item on the menu AND on their website. I had to go to the counter and tell them again and they instead gave me a cantina bowl black bean burrito which still was not right. I then had to go back up and pull the item up on their website menu and give them my phone so they made sure not to mess it up, even though the cook kept saying to make the same thing he initially made. This is the first time in the multiple times that I've ordered this item that it's been messed up this bad or they had no clue what it even was. These employees are not trained at all, they don't know half of the menu items, and were always screaming and hollering at each other in front of customers. The store had food stuck to the floor where you would probably need to scrape it off. One star is too good for this place. read more

If you can't even make a burrito right you should rethink your life, the cheese is never even melted inside the burrito from here.

Only go if you have time to kill. I've waited in the drive through for 20 minutes after ordering 6 soft tacos.
