While driving on I-20, we stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The staff is young in back and we're playing joking around, the manager luckily told them to chill out, because they kept messing up orders, even though they were correctly written up. Our order and the guest next to us had it corrected by the manager and we received a refund for the order, which was very nice of the manager to do. The teens need some retraining or need to go. Well as you can see it's been 9 years since I've been to this location. Not much better with their food or the cleaning! Almost all the tables were gross actually had to wipe the table and chairs before we sat down the fries were cold and how can u mess up a "frosty" just didn't taste good. This is YEELA HOGAN. My hubby and I decided to go to Wendy's and let's say we were disappointed. Wendy's should REQUIRE employees to have coffee made at all times. I spent my precious money that I worked hard for and received a lemonade. AND my hubby wubby bubbly goo goo ordered a CHICKEN sandwich and received a BURGER PATTY. When I entered I was greeted with a red carpet. They had discontinued sodas prepared for me like an aged fine wine. I haven't had this kind of treatment since my visit to the king of France. This is an excellent restaurant for all ages. I would highly recommend. The manager saved a persons life in front of me as they were choking on perfectly salted, perfectly cut fries. Today Employee is allowed to discriminate against Disabled Ran up into the face of hearing impaired person stopping them from entering place with Service Dog. Stands within 10 inches of person face and says :"If it's not an seeing eye dog you can't come in." The entire store need training in service dog disability law. Ordered a salad and a frosty thru the drive thru. Got the order and before we left specifically asked( because they have forgotten before) if there was a spoon for the frosty, and the Dude said yes it's in the bag. Guess what??? They had the inside locked, couldn't do carry out and waited in long line, about 10 cars long. Took forever to get burgers, they were barely warm and almost cold. Made too far in advance, took 15-20 min in drive thru line. My advice stop making the food up so far in advance that it's cold, when drive thru is very, very, slow. read more

Third time and third time dissatisfied. Greeted by a cashier complaining about not able to get going. Really she set the tone of don't bother showing up. Then a new mixing soda machine completely empty of any diet options. Instead, I was told that green tea is a limited drink and they are not allowed to add it to the meal. Instead I had to purchase it separately. read more

Brought a high school soccer team in at 8:30 on a Thursday night, May 3 2019. Service was extremely fast, the cashier was very friendly and engaging. The manager who helped her put in the tax exempt info was patient and accommodating. It's always impressive when a restaurant can serve a team as fast as this and be as patient and friendly. I waited for awhile and all of the employees looked very unhappy. One girl was only getting the food ready and didn't stop after one order to take my order. Another girl was standing a little ways behind her doing nothing and just staring into space. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and when I opened it up to eat it it was just thrown all together in a wrap, the chicken wasn't even inside of my wrap it was outside of it. What ever sauce they put in the chicken wrap they added so much on it was all at the bottom and that was the worst experience I have ever had at a Wendy's. read more
