I'll preface my review with this: I really want this location to do well. We still come here all the time because there just aren't many options around town. Food - it's just ok. Nuggets are typically very hard and greasy. Sandwiches are rubbery. Fries are hit or miss. Service - chick-fil-a seems to have a standard, and this location (IMO) doesn't meet that standard for me. Employees seem more interested in their personal conversations than taking care of customers. Ambiance - subpar. Always dirty. Floor, bathroom, tables...dirty. The floor is so slick that my kid has almost fallen several times. The bathroom looked like a truck stop, like the sinks haven't been truly cleaned since they opened. Details matter, and this location needs extreme improvement. Unfortunately, there aren't many options in Bremen, so people will continue to patronize them...but I think they truly could do better with more effort and attention to detail. read more

Food- The fried nuggets here are usually hard and tiny. We always have to wait on grilled nuggets. Service- Not as nice or friendly as the stores in Carrollton. If you ask any questions or for something they left out of your bag you're met with some attitude. Nothing big, but definitely not normal for a Chick-fil-a. If you can go to Carrollton I definitely recommend just making the drive. read more

Busy in a rush to get home, came here on a weekday evening after seeing a friend before hitting the road back to ATL. There are a ton of options in this area, mostly fast food, but very few healthy options. We opted to hit up this CFA as it did not look busy. We were greeted well ahead of the menu board by an upstream server which was odd because the line was virtually nonexistent. Then, ordered a spicy southwest salad. It's a bit of a pricier salad but well worth it if you are looking for a break from the fried chicken or waffle fries. The layout of the drive thru is well planned and easy to navigate. There's a ton of parking. This location doesn't have a small drive thru window but a door to enable faster deliver service. No complaints from this experience. Would recommend trying out to anyone in the Breman area looking for a healthy fast food option. read more

Went in to quickly grab some supper for myself, my sister and her friends one evening last week. Service was super quick despite it being 5PM and the amount of cars in the drive thru! I would've ordered ahead on the app (love their app btw!!!) but I had a free chicken sandwich voucher and decided it'd be simpler to go in and order it. They accepted the voucher and I was able to get the four dinners for under $20. Great experience although none of them said "My Pleasure," lol. read more

The first time I went to this Chick-fil-A it was during their first week opened, it was super easy and fast to get thru the drive thru. The food was yummy everyone needs to realize it does take time to get everything in order for all the employees to get use to things. The next couple times I went there they were out of my favorite Mac and cheese! Boooo! But we could've waited for it which I chose not to do. A worker from this chick Fil a made a TikTok video about how she gave someone with diabetes a regular drink vs diet. She even stated the person asked twice and mentioned she was diabetic and driving. The worker said she reassured her it was diet knowing it was not. Fellow coworkers were also making light of it in the comments. I would advise this establishment provide proper training on this topic to provide better health & safety for their customers. read more

My entire order was wrong. I got spicy chicken when I ordered regular, pepperjack cheese when I ordered American cheese, and fried chicken on a salad when I ordered grilled. And to top it off, the side kale salad took up maybe 1/3 of the tiny container it comes in. None of the employees are especially nice like how other chic fil a locations are. The employees act just like regular fast food restaurants - not that it's all bad, but the niceness is part of chic fil a's appeal. As I pulled up to the drive thru I said to the woman that I have to pull up to the board to see the menu, she completely ignored me and asked for my name. I had to say three different times that I needed to pull forward to the board. As I started pulling forward the woman rolls her eyes and huffs that she had to walk an extra 5 steps towards the board. I gave her my order then she gets my payment and just stares at me so I pulled up in line. When I got my food the woman who gave me my food was rude, didn't greet me, had a hateful look on her face, and practically shoved my food through my door. Once I looked at my food it was even worse. My butter biscuit was smashed and hard like it was old, my spicy chicken biscuit was cold, the hashrounds were pouring with cold grease, and the yogurt parfait I see there is a meer half a strawberry and 3 lowsy blueberries. I'm extremely disappointed in this location. Everyone has problems constantly and I figured it was just a one off day or so but no each time I come here the staff is almost ruder than other fast food restaurants. Do better chick-fil-a. We were starving Coming back from the lake late Saturday night and this was the first Chick-fil-A we came up to we pulled up at 9:59 one minute before they closed and they were kind enough to call our order in by their personal cell phone to the manager since their systems were already shut down, we were in and out within 3 minutes food was good and hot, definitely recommend this location they went above and beyond when they could've simply told us they were closed, 10/10!!! read more

The food is good but I've been there 3 times since its opened and it hasn't been the typical good chick fil la experience.
