The food itself was fine / as expected. The only thing I noted that was different that most McDonald's was that any of the self-serve stuff had been stripped bare - no drinks, no napkins, no ketchup, nothing. I assume they made this choice to reduce waste / save money for the owner. I assume you can request napkins, etc. You can obviously order drinks too. I don't necessarily think it is a bad decision, it was just quite different here than at other locations. Just FYI.

She was loudly yelling at employees across the restaurant and repeatedly complaining that customers were continuing to come in while they were short-staffed. She also became upset with an employee who said he was not scheduled to clock in until 4 PM, telling him there was no reason for him to be there if he wasn't going to clock in early and help. She even stated that she would fire everyone if necessary. I understand that being short-staffed can be stressful, but customers should not have to witness employees being spoken to this way. I hope management addresses both the cleanliness of the restaurant and the professionalism of the staff, because this experience was unacceptable.

When the person on the intercom finally spoke up, they weren't understandable, and when my grandfather asked them to repeat it, they annunciated it very rudely. They then messed up our order/added things that weren't there. We eventually decided on just getting soft tacos because we were tired, and my grandfather tried to order a coke zero. Key word: tried. They gave him a Diet Pepsi, even though they had repeated Coke to us. (Side note, I also checked everything they had listed online, and they didn't even have any coke products.) The food itself was fine, but the experience made it not worth it... and we were starving. Yes, this was a summary of what I wrote... I think this was the worst fast food experience I've ever had, and I've been to many horrible fast food places - ones that mess up your order entirely, say they're out of things the next person orders just fine, an extremely hard to get-out-of exit/entrance, put something you are allergic to on your food even though you told them your allergy, etc. None of this was ai written. I went in and informed them what happened. They offered 3 pieces, and I said 4. They asked me if I wanted a biscuit, I said, If you want to throw one in, yes, thank you. When I got home and opened the box, there was 3 pieces and a biscuit. So when I thought they made a mistake, it is obvious to me now that they were intentionally cheating me.

First I would like to say that this zaxby's NEVER gets my order right unless a certain employee is working which is why I'm giving them a two. Second they treat former employees a lot differently than regular customers, they give them cold food and only half of what is supposed to be in the order. Doordashing zaxbys is awful because half the time they randomly stop taking DoorDash orders. the only good thing about Bremen zaxby's is their employee Misty who needs a raise because she is the only employee worth a damn and is a lot better at her job than some of the managers are. Misty is the only reason I still get food from this store. DO BETTER!! read more

I was also the only person in line for a table and waited approximately 10 minutes until one of the three empty, yet not cleared, tables became available. There was no room at the front bar as all of the seats were occupied. I was brought to the first empty booth and waited again, seated at a four top, for an undetermined time. My server never greeted me nor came to the table. I was a solo guest and apparently in violation of "WF seating policy". The greeter approached me and told me I had to move because only larger parties were allowed to sit at the booths - never mind that he was the one that sat me there (!) He pointed me at a low rise table that, locationally, was vastly undesirable. It wasn't the front bar seating, but one located on a corner in line with the server access. The seats were the rickety wood ones you'd find in places that didn't actually want you to sit there very long. I do not understand WF policy. Presumably, it's to serve larger parties, at least that's what I was told at the store. Undoubtably it's about tips. If you're traveling and don't want to be publicly humiliated, down the road is a Hardee's that's pretty competent. Half the store was looking at me when this occurred. I cannot express how humiliating this was to experience. Consider that, as I write this message in the WF parking lot, there's still one table empty in that store. How is this good customer policy? It is not.
