This restaurant is absolutely freezing inside. There were 2 women in front of me, and they were shivering too. We made our order to go because it was way too cold to eat inside. I only saw 5 people working. There were cars in the drive thru wrapped around three sides of the building. There was trash on the floor of the dining room and the tables were nasty. Looking behind the counter everything looked dirty. I got a drink carrier that has some kind of black wet stuff on it. After waiting almost 30 minutes the food was only okay. Long wait at drive-thru. Ordered 4 chicken fingers combo. They double checked that I wanted cole slaw and I said I did. Received my order - no fork, no napkin, chicken and fries just tasted "off." Usually have a good experience at Zaxbys, but not the Bremen location. I walked in about 9:20 (closing @10:00). The employees immediately made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and they didn't want to deal w another order. I ordered 10 wings and some fries. My order was ready in about 1 minute.... Barely even wanted to take it, knowing it was going to be old wings. Sure enough - Ice cold, gross/dry/ nasty wings. Took one bite of one, ate some of the also old fries and threw it in the trash. Went by to grab dinner- all the lights were out where you could barely see the restaurant and couldn't see the menu- yet it was during open hours. When we got close to the window I guess the workers knew the person in the car in front of us. One worker hung out the window loudly telling the people in the car how she beat someone's a** and going on and on about it. Then a guy came to window and chatted more then the girl came back again just talking. I finally got out of my car to try and go inside (I was a passenger). They looked at me and said the door is locked. I asked what the delay was they stated the kitchen was backed up. Then when I got back in the car the person in front of me food magically appeared as soon as we pulled up they handed up our food- just ridiculous. If I could give a negative star I would. Worst Zaxbys yet... First , it's filthy, I had to ask for a table to be cleaned and there was only 5 patrons in the dining area . The blue salad had hardly any chicken in it and the little that was there had barely any Buffalo sauce . The floors were trashed with paper towels and other papers , the men's bathroom was disgusting and as I left , the door was horrible looking , and appeared not be have been cleaned at all . Less than useless. Not too many places can have worse customer service. No one, absolutely no one, in the drive through except me and I was told to pull forward while the food was prepared. The bq boneless wings are good & the fried mushrooms. That's it! My husband had chicken fingers and they were dry and nasty. The crinkle fries are lamp even the Coke we got tasted different. Love Zaxby's and usually end up getting it atleast once when i'm in the south. We stopped here on our way back to Alabama from the ATL airport. We went through the drive thru, I ordered the big zack snack which I usually get it. It has chicken fingers, fries, and texas toast. It was delicious as usual. They also have the 100 flavor coke machine so lots of drink options to order, I always get the strawberry lemonade places that have this. My big complaint is they didn't give us straws to go with our drinks and we didn't realize until we were already back on the highway. read more

The tray to hand me my food was not washed/clean. Chicken was hot. Fries were cold. Inside was not clean. No napkins. Drink area needed hot hot steam cleaning. Where is the health department in Bremen, GA. Guess this facility forgot the pandemic. If this eatery just remembered 25% of the pandemic cleaning protocol. This would be a 100% improvement. I went to get supper for my family and the line was backed up almost to the road. I understand that they are short staffed so that didn't really bother me. I got up to the window and they were out of sweet tea and sprite. This really didn't bother me that much either. They gave us all of our food. However, I ordered a Kickin chicken sandwich and they gave it to me with no sauce just bread and chicken. I got home and realized this and realized that there was multiple pieces of hair in my food. The food was good, but not quite par with standard Zaxby's. The boneless wings were cold and the food was much more salty. It is weird that both zaxby's I have been to have an ice/water machine but neither have ice in it. Maybe as a corporation they could update this machine to a non manual fill machine or eliminate it? read more

After the long waits the past FOUR times we've been there, and the overcooked, dry chicken strips, we no longer go to this restaurant. And those past four times, I ordered honey mustard for the strips, and they gave me Zax sauce. Because they just give you your tray and walk away without making sure everything is there, I have to wait while my food gets cold, to get their attention so I can get the correct sauce. This place suffers from inconsistent training of counter staff. Although generally friendly, they drop off when they are not super busy. My experience has been less than appropriate behavior when I interrupted a conversation they were having with the prep staff. Her attention was still on the conversation when I placed my order. And got confused when asking for what I wanted. But what she put in was related to her conversation. This is my 5th or 6th time I have been here for lunch. And I must say it will have to be my last. $17 for lunch and it wasn't great. Shame really but then they don't try, they don't get my business. I'll pass on this location now. read more

Decent place. It's a standard zaxby's chain. The chicken is consistent and the toast is mind numbingly good. However, the service was a little lacking. We ordered the fried mushrooms, which are usually pretty good. However, with this order the outside cooked a little fast and the actual mushroom in the middle was still cold. That's not the problem; it could happen. It was when they where taken back that was the problem. Why get an attitude about it??? No one fussed at you. The request was, "Can we have some more mushrooms because these are cold in the middle". To snatch them like that and say, "Put these back in" was not needed. So now the done crust on the outside becomes "overdone" and they were not drained before being put back on the plate. Pool of grease is so yummy . Up until this exchange, it was good. So for the first part of the experience, I would give 4 stars; the second part 2 stars. So we get 3. read more

I've visited this Zaxby's two times on my way back to Atlanta off of I-20. I have to say that both experiences have been good. Sometimes at various Zaxby's locations the chicken has been cooked a little too long or the fries are cold by the time I get them, not the case here. This is the first time we have eaten at Zaxby - when traveling we saw billboards advertising this restaurant. Happy that this location is in close proximity to The Holiday Inn & Express. Ordered the chicken strips & Chicken salad sandwiches. The bread on the Chicken salad sandwich was a bit dry, but the Chicken strips were very moist and hot.
