A quick 11 minute drive from Colonie, I was there before 8am. It's a very unassuming spot in what seems to be an apartment complex. I am a firm believer that fresh bagels do not need to be toasted, and I made the correct choice. I also ordered an iced coffee, it was better than I expected so that's a plus. I sat in one of the booths and when I had my first bite, It turned into a spiritual experience. It was soft, but dense, chewy, savory, the cream cheese tasted fresh and the cold cream cheese against the soft and chewy bagel was a bite sent from the heavens.
