Staff extremely RUDE! They don't speak clear English and they don't want to give you the correct portions!

The food was good though and at a reasonable price. The shop was clean and had plenty of seating. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is the customer experience. We stood at the counter in front of three employees and none of them interacted with us. They saw we were there but did not welcome us in, say they will be right with us, nothing. Then, when the interaction came, it was cold and disinterested. I understand that this is somewhat typical in sub shops, but at least other places have the courtesy of welcoming you in when you open the door.

I went to your colerain location 1/19/26 and ordered the exact same thing and did not receive caramelized onions I was given raw onion. and to the employees when I returned with my sandwich they were very sarcastic on this being caramelized onion young lady states she made the sandwich and how it is in fact caramelized onion and I took my sandwich back from her hand and opened to show her that this is NOT caramelized onion. I have a picture I can provide for reference. I showed the male employee what exactly caramelized onions were and he had a sarcastic look and I don't care expression on his face and he said that's how you guys told them to make and I told him if that's how this location makes them then don't put them on and he insisted on trying to make it right so l allowed him to attemot to make it caramelized but it just was charred onions instead and I told him I did not want to waste his time any longer and to just put them on the sandwich and leave it be. I filled out the survey and the same exact person who made the second sandwich is the person who called his name was Shawn. He tried to explain how his facial expression wasn't what I said etc. I suggest a tutorial on caramelized onions to not have repeat issues in future.

I had heard that their pop-up dinners sell out very quickly so I was ready the day they were posted and grabbed a few spots for one of their February dates. We arrived and were greeted with a glass of Prosecco and then we found a seat at the long community table set for 20; it was so much fun getting to know the people seated next to us! Dinner was delicious! Four courses-the gnocchi with sausage was our favorite dish of the night.

If you follow them on socials, you can score a seat at the pop-ups. The place is an old house with a lot of character. The food for carryout is fantastic and their bread is fantastic. We live in West Chester and have driven down to there a few times just to pick up delicious dinners. We just attended our first dinner there last Tuesday. Oh My Goodness! What a treat. Jordan greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and directed us where to sit a long table that seats 20. We introduced ourselves to our seatmates and then our first dish arrived. Chef does explain the food before we had each dish, however we wished there was more background and history as to how this place came into being. So expect fantastic food without a lot of details. The first dish was a salad made with all local ingredients. It was so fresh and the dressing made with fresh dill was fantastic. The second dish was a ravioli with northern Italian cheese on a bed of butternut squash puree and brown butter. The pasta was SO delicate and the flavors complimented each other so well. The third dish was a 6 hour braised pork shoulder with ricotta gnocchi in a sauce with Calabrian chilis and I don't know what else. We have been to Italy and all the Italian restaurants in Cincinnati and never had anything like this. It was truly phenomenal. Dessert was a apple upside down cake served warm with whipped cream...fantastic. You bring your own wine, and Jordan is on it by never letting your glass get empty, pouring water, and clearing dishes. Service was so great and she is so friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $100/pp and SO worth it. There is no menu, so you go in just devouring what Chef has prepared.

Went back of 4/17 and met the man behind my delicious creation. Tavis Rockwell! Wonderful, interactive man with a touch of sass to go with the class behind his food creations. Tavis offered us tastes of various creations and nothing disappointed. The Italian Beef is insanely good. I was afraid of the possible heat due to the peppers, but it was just enough to many you want and be able to eat more. Greens? I was leery when I was told there is vinegar in them. SOLD!! They were fantastic. Tavis makes a homemade goetta that would make my German ancestors proud. We then learned that Saturday is breakfast all day. He had us at biscuits and gravy. (You can get lunch and dinner items as well, but WHY?). We came back the next morning and split an order that was just enough for two. When you go, make sure to tell Tavis you will pay for the water, but you hear the food is free!!

You'll be warmly greeted by the folks behind the counter, order at the counter, then grab a seat while the deliciousness is prepared. Laid back and great for small groups. Very family friendly! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
