I had ordered a grilled steak and cheese burrito I had eaten over half the burrito before I had a single bite of steak in it. There were probably only four pieces of steak in the burrito. If I wanted a cheese roll up, I would've bought one not a six dollar steak and grilled cheese burrito with no steak. I've gone here before and not had an issue lately. I've noticed it is really gone downhill. I think the GM needs to pay the Saturday night shift a visit.

I placed…read morea mobile order, and when I pulled up to the drive-thru, the code had completely disappeared from my app -- it didn't even show in my order history, even though the charge was pending in my bank account. I was worried I'd be told there was nothing they could do, because at most fast-food places, that's usually the answer. But not here. The employee at the window asked me to pull up, and the manager came out and was able to look up my order by my name. She printed a receipt, confirmed everything, and made sure I still got all of my food without any issues, despite the app glitch. I truly appreciate how helpful, patient, and understanding they were. It's rare to find a fast-food restaurant willing to take the extra time to fix an app problem instead of shrugging it off. They turned a stressful situation into an easy one, and I'm really grateful for their excellent customer service.
