Placed an order on my app for curbside pickup. We were pulling a big trailer so we couldn't fit into the parking lot so I put in my parking space number and just went and stood in that slot. Usually I don't run (figuratively) to my phone to leave a bad review. In fact, this one is quite difficult as we are big Chikfila fans! However... ...after taking the fam to a waterpark nearby, the wifey and I decided to head to ole reliable Chik for sustenance after are hard day of funnin. We were all famished yet decided to brave the 15 min drive with 3 pirañas in the back seat. Before we sat down, we noticed most every table was pretty dirty. Now granted, I am a bit of a neat freak but we've come to expect higher standards at the Chik. We love the service, food and attention to cleanliness. However, this particular spot was lacking in all three (in various levels). So to be fair, the service was a 3.5. The only real issues here was the 15 min delivery of a fruit cup (2 other customers in the restaurant w 15+ employees) and, no sauces included with the meal. But they were extremely kind and polite per usual. The bigger deal was the upkeep of the tables, floors, and trash areas. For this I'd give a 1.5 star because of what we've come to expect. In most restaurants, we see workers cleaning tables almost moments after someone leaves it. Here, they were pretty filthy with no one in sight. Again, 15+ workers (that we could see). The food was the typical menu, however the fries were hard and really overdone. A rare occurrence for certain. Still, a 4 here. So...while we love Chik, this store needs a bit of help with clean up and service. But I'm certain they could turn it around quickly if they wanted to. read more

This is one busy place! Even with two drive-thru lanes, though they do move. We used the app to order a bunch of sandwiches and they made them up fresh and gave us all the sauces we needed. Next time I use the app I'll just walk in and pick up the order instead of the long drive-thru. The sandwiches tasted outstanding! read more

CFA is always top-notch with service, wait times, cleanliness of dining area and restrooms, and employee friendliest. This Clarksville location is no exception. I've eaten inside once and had no complaints. I've used their drive-thru many times. This location offers two lanes, which appears to prove useful since both lanes are usually several cars deep. The drive-thru has always moved at a good pace - truly no complaint. Considering this is on Veterans Pkwy where there are a lot of retailers I'd expect no less. The employee at the window (or management) always displays genuine and friendly attitude. My orders have always been accurate, hot and fresh tasting. Their Vanilla Iced Coffee drink is really good. It's become a good alternative to Starbucks when I'm in the area. read more

They are crazy quick and handle the rush really well. There were a ton of people in line and we were in and out extremely quickly doing curbside check-in. This Chick-fil-a is honestly the worst one I've ever visited. I came through the other night after placing a mobile order. I received an OLD piece of chicken (I'd never received an old piece of chicken from a chick fil a and that is how I immediately knew- it was lukewarm and dry) on a cold bun with cheese that looked as if it had not melted at all. I also asked for four sauces: two Polynesian and two chick fil a. They gave me two Polynesian and no chick fil a sauce. I will never come back here. Chick-fil-A is normally known for its consistency. This was not the case today however. Some of the fries were frozen that we received. Never hit the fryer at all. No straws were given for our drinks and no sauces given. It's disappointing when this happens as it is not the norm. Soooo... This is by in large a rare occurrence for a visit to Chick-fil-A. As a rule, no matter the location I have always been met timely service, clean atmosphere, and a plethora of "My Pleasure's". Unfortunately today was not that day. We walked in to a very busy atmosphere as is pretty typical for a Saturday afternoon. As we are waiting, I noticed that it was taking a little longer than usual for the line to move. As we get to the counter we are greeted by an employee "K" who seemed less than eager to be at work, and did not display the eager polite attitude I have become accustomed to. While waiting for our drinks to our order she handed me a cup that was overflowing spilling all over the counter, and had soda all on the outside of the cup. She continues making the rest of the drinks at a pretty slow pace, and places several into a to-go carrier and walks away to take another order. Unfortunately she did not give us all the drinks we ordered. I tried to get her attention, but stood there for a couple minutes before I was able to finally flag someone down to get our final drink. I head off to the table to get settled in. As I arrive to the table, our food did as well which I was extremely thankful for. I start disbursing the food out to everyone, and then I notice that we are missing. I walk back up to the counter with my receipt to get the 5 missing items. I stood next to the counter with my receipt, waiting for someone to help me. I made eye contact with several individuals, and tried to get their attention but they continued doing what they were doing. I had one walk past me, and I asked them if they could help me and they said someone behind the counter would get to me. As I was standing there I noticed that they had moved a full trashcan right where we stood to pick up food and employees have to walk by to leave behind the counter, and also that the floor was very dirty behind the counter. When I finally was able to get someone's attention, he acted as if I was lying about not receiving my items. I showed him the receipt and he huffed and walked away to get the food. I am hoping that this was just an off day, but the culture of this particular Chick-Fil-A definitely seemed different. read more

This just might be the best chick fill a in town . My family and I have never had a bad experience here . I love this location in particular because it has a playground and that's amazing for kids ! We are always greeted at the door with a smile and friendly workers saying please and thank you . Even with a bunch of rowdy kids the hostess on duty is always very nice ! The managers don't help their employees and they have no manners at all. They all look and act so unprofessional. Their shirts are never tucked in and their uniforms are dirty.
