They are also a coffee shop offering all the specialized coffee drinks found at the big name coffee shops. My wife and I shared a Flight of ice cream ($10.80) which consist of your choice of 4 Junior Scoops. We really enjoyed all four flavors. We did not try a coffee drink. I'm sure I'll try one in the future. Additionally, they sell fresh baked muffins. During our visit the ownership was circulating among the customers greeting them and asking for their input. The coffee was hot, fresh and good! There is seating for 60 plus patrons. Not fancy or upscale, but clean and cozy. A big rack of board games keeps the minds active. The clerk was friendly and told us about the Warhammer tournaments that last all day (and into the night). Classic rock (Sweet Home Alabama) played during my morning visit. The coffee when down good. A small kids play area with play kitchen keeps the little ones occupied. There is a unisex restroom and a small private parking lot. Fun place, I'd return next time I'm in town!

Just so everyone knows, I have been a customer of Walgreens for over 25 years. They are just as rare to find a good one in other states as well! I don't know what it is with this company, but previous Walgreens have brought me so much stress. When you find a good one, and you will, stick with them even thru random mistakes. It'll be worth it in the long run. Finding a decent pharmacy today is like winning the lottery. And I whole heartedly mean that. I could write pages and pages of rotten experiences from this company. They've brought me to tears. I'm just grateful I didn't give up. This branch has lovely, patient staff. They've filled when they said they would. And they deserve people to give them a chance. Location is across from a gas station (to fill up), and a graveyard (which surprised me). Apparently dogs are allowed inside, the staff provided an ice cream cup for the pooch.
