When I went into the store last night, and there were four of us waiting at the counter. The man behind the counter was on the phone taking an order and three other employees were working in back. My assumption was that when the man finished the phone order he would help those of us waiting at the counter. The phone call took quite longer than one would expect, but it happens. Once he got off of the phone, the guy kept entering something on the screen. 10 full minutes go by and not once in that time did he or any of the other employees bother to acknowledge any of the four of us at the counter. At one point the delivery driver even came in, and did not bother to acknowledge anyone, just walking by as if in her own world. She gazed past us and just kept doing her thing. After a full 10 minutes one of the ladies in front of me turns to give me a glance and gesture of her own disappointment hinting she's about to leave. That's when I spoke up and finally said loud enough that all of the employees could hear me, expressing that it was not acceptable that four of us have been standing there for ten full minutes and not one employee bothered to acknowledge any of us. No "hello", no "I'll be right with you".. simply nothing. And after I spoke up, every employees' attitude in the store was sheer apathy. They did not seem to care although the front guy eventually walked over. He proceeds to give the ladies in front of me a 50% discount stating "since you waited". When I get up there he just tells me the full price. And when I finally did get my pizza it was lukewarm.
This isn't the first time I've been there and people were less than friendly. I've had to speak up before to get someone to help me at the check out, but this time took the cake. It's the most poorly run Papa Johns I've ever been in. No professionalism whatsoever and the overall attitude is apathetic. I will never waste my time or money at this particular store ever again. They've proven to me that they aren't worth my hard earned money, the frustration, or my time. Save yourself, don't go there. read more
