More like a 3.5 star. This location is fairly large with plenty of seating and is conveniently located across the subway station. Whenever I walk into this branch, it's basically emptied. The store manager behind the counter was always pleasant and friendly when I visited. Store manager recommends the weekly specials for the better deal and is fair with the add-on condiments. Overall, this is an okay branch and the sandwiches I tried tasted warm and cheesey. read more

I'm actually reviewing a Subway, and you'll see why... My friend and I were honestly and instantly surprised by this place, no Subway compares to it. It looked like a Starbucks quality of detail with sleek designs, tiling, brighter lighting. We went to work on our laptops and grabbed a bite, and we comfortably stayed for over 2 hours working. I've also haven't seen a nicer team of staff, each member was so kind. This review is more about the store and staff, but the sandwiches were excellent and super duper fresh, just glancing at the selection and it's clear. Look at the photo I took, because I saw actual whole vegetables in this Subway restaurant. It's a newly opened Subway restaurant, and I stepped out for a moment and saw the wheel chair lift was being repaired, and some regular customers in wheel chairs were in front of the store, they seemed to be regular customers by how to they talked to the employee that was outside, and the kind employee apologized and she gladly took their orders and brought it to them, and the customers were happy with their service. We saw so many firsts in this Subway that I've never seen in other Subways: 1. Finally saw fresh ingredients, in the photo you can see they have whole peppers, tomatoes, etc. 2. Comfortable seats, many tables, spacious 3. Free Wi-Fi!!!! 4. So many outlets that also have USB ports too!!!! 5. Digital Drink mixer to make any drink u want, your choice, and the machine also has wheelchair accessible buttons on the lower right hand side. 6. Super clean store and restrooms. 7. Wheel chair lift, 3 huge wheel chair accessible tables, ADA bathroom. 8. They also had free samples of their Mac'n'cheese and apple cookies(never had free sample in a Subway before in my entire life) 9. They have Real recycling because I closely looked and they have two hole receptacle with 2 bins inside with separate bags, and so many stores have 2 hole trash receptacles with only 1 bin inside, so it look like they recycle, but it's just one bag. Thank you!!! I've been disappointed with other Subways lately, but this was very refreshing. From tech, to recycling, freshness, kindness, etc. I thought Subway was on the decline but this place is the new gold standard, in my opinion. read more

Chicken teriyaki was yummy and fresh. Beef steak with cheese include very little beef. Super little I shouldda took a picture. But since is bogo is all good. Newly opened for business! The interior design is very modern and they have USB and AC outlets by the windows. When I made my visit, they were newly opened and things were still getting settled, so things were a bit hectic and confusing. Regardless, the food is good, and it's very clean inside. Will be visiting again once everything is settled and in place. read more

Best Subway I've ever eaten at! They have the latest options, looks like a store out of the future. Actually fresh ingredients and the sandwich was made with care. The food came quickly and the employee was nice enough to call and let me know they were out of chocolate chip cookies so I could choose a different item. When the food came I was highly disappointed. Mostly bread no meat very dry. Check out that massive onion on my sandwich. Wish it was meat instead but as you can see the meat is barely there. Girlfriend ordered a subway melt from the online app. Paid extra for extra meat. When she got home, she noticed they gave her the order without the meat, no problem. She called them and they said there's nothing they can do.... after 10 minutes they said she can go back and they'll fix the order. She went back and they lectured her on how she messed up? The manager said she never put what meat she wanted in the order. That literally makes no sense. That's like saying I ordered a chicken and bacon ranch sub and they didn't put the chicken and bacon because I didn't ask for it??? There's no place on the app to even ask for the meat since you know, it's already a given what a subway melt is. This place is super fresh and very delicious. The employees are new and learning the system fast. The owners or managers there are very gracious and greet you as you walk in. The vegeatables are more fresh than any other subway I been to and they have options that the other one doesn't like BBQ rib patty and Mac N Cheese. I was excited to try this location as it looked like a new format store (with the new soda machines, fresh veggies display, etc.) however I received the worst sandwich from here. I came yesterday around 5:45pm & ordered a subway club. The young woman who prepared my sandwich was very light handed (skimping on lettuce & the meats) & kind of slow making my sandwich. A subway club consists of turkey, ham & roast beef. I did not get the roast beef & she only put two slices of turkey and one slice of ham. I basically felt like I was eating bread (not to mention the bread was on the stale side). In addition, I saw a few flies flying around the food area. Their food items don't seem to be fully stocked either as the bread case only had a measly portion of stale looking bread, the cookie case had only a few cookies displayed and they ran out of soup when requested by one customer. I'm a big fan of subway but those guys currently working there are very slow and very nervous! I was on line for at least 10 minutes while he was working on only 1 sub, then he gets a ubereats order so he started making that order before doing mine first or even asking what my order was! If subway is going to hire people like that at least have a trainer with them. If 5 people walk in to order, you're waiting a good 40-45 minutes read more
