I'm actually reviewing a Subway, and you'll see why... My friend and I were honestly and instantly surprised by this place, no Subway compares to it. It looked like a Starbucks quality of detail with sleek designs, tiling, brighter lighting. We went to work on our laptops and grabbed a bite, and we comfortably stayed for over 2 hours working. I've also haven't seen a nicer team of staff, each member was so kind. This review is more about the store and staff, but the sandwiches were excellent and super duper fresh, just glancing at the selection and it's clear. Look at the photo I took, because I saw actual whole vegetables in this Subway restaurant. It's a newly opened Subway restaurant, and I stepped out for a moment and saw the wheel chair lift was being repaired, and some regular customers in wheel chairs were in front of the store, they seemed to be regular customers by how to they talked to the employee that was outside, and the kind employee apologized and she gladly took their orders and brought it to them, and the customers were happy with their service. We saw so many firsts in this Subway that I've never seen in other Subways: 1. Finally saw fresh ingredients, in the photo you can see they have whole peppers, tomatoes, etc. 2. Comfortable seats, many tables, spacious 3. Free Wi-Fi!!!! 4. So many outlets that also have USB ports too!!!! 5. Digital Drink mixer to make any drink u want, your choice, and the machine also has wheelchair accessible buttons on the lower right hand side. 6. Super clean store and restrooms. 7. Wheel chair lift, 3 huge wheel chair accessible tables, ADA bathroom. 8. They also had free samples of their Mac'n'cheese and apple cookies(never had free sample in a Subway before in my entire life) 9. They have Real recycling because I closely looked and they have two hole receptacle with 2 bins inside with separate bags, and so many stores have 2 hole trash receptacles with only 1 bin inside, so it look like they recycle, but it's just one bag. Thank you!!! I've been disappointed with other Subways lately, but this was very refreshing. From tech, to recycling, freshness, kindness, etc. I thought Subway was on the decline but this place is the new gold standard, in my opinion.

Ordered two foot long sandwiches from the app for bogo deal. (Offers expires by 4/15) u still have time! Anyways ordered the chicken teriyaki with jalapeños and beef steak with cheese. Chicken teriyaki was yummy and fresh. Beef steak with cheese include very little beef. Super little I shouldda took a picture. But since is bogo is all good. Place is clean and staffs are nice.

New technology and new food options

Best Subway I've ever eaten at! They have the latest options, looks like a store out of the future. Actually fresh ingredients and the sandwich was made with care. All the workers were very nice and welcoming. There is a lift for handicapped customers and everything inside is accessible. Highly recommend this Subway, great food and great service!

Spicy Italian Sandwich

The food came quickly and the employee was nice enough to call and let me know they were out of chocolate chip cookies so I could choose a different item. When the food came I was highly disappointed. Mostly bread no meat very dry. Check out that massive onion on my sandwich. Wish it was meat instead but as you can see the meat is barely there. The taste wasn't too bad.

I used to be more then a regular; a booster (as in supporter, not petty thief) of not simply…read moreBrancaccio's... but of Joe himself. A truly genuine, authentic salt of the earth guy. And one of the greatest chefs I've ever had the pleasure to know. And I've known my share of cats who made their livings and their names in a kitchen. From the very first day I discovered Brancaccio's I felt a magic a connection that I knew would change my life, make my belly really f--kin' happy and set my soul a-dancin'. On that first day Joe and I talked about the great food of NY; most of it gone but not forgotten by those who were of the time. We both lamented the lose of the legendary Zito's bakery on Bleecker. I can't tell you how long it had been since I'd ran into someone who even remembered Zito's much less was intimate with the place. I knew I was home. This was well over a decade ago. I won't go into specific things on Joe's menu that are worth trying because quite literally... everything is amazing. It just is! Soul satisfying beyond my ability to do justice to. I'd also like to throw out as an example of the humanity of the joint and it's capt. Joe... Joe treats his employees with respect, R E S P E C T as Aretha belted, dignity and the aforementioned humanity which is beautiful and virtually non-existent these days as far as I can see... and you can taste it in his food. That's just a big-ass Right On! Finally I like to say two or three things: First that as I initially identified myself as "used to being a regular" as and this is by no means a boo-hoo thing simply a fact... I fell pretty ill for a while and am just now beginning my reentry into the world. And as a matter of fact during the recent drag of days for me a thought kept slamming into the walls of my head and that was that I couldn't wait to once again sink my teeth into Joe's food. Well that day is here and I'm salivating at the thought. "I'll take one of everything my man!" Secondly, understand I've never written anything like this... I'm actually down on the whole review culture. So if this sounds at all "over the top"... or written by a cousin who Joe owes money to, get that thought right out of your head. All of I said is sincere and one from the heart. And lastly an additional "oh yea baby" to Joe's taste in music.

The owner has the typical New Yorker vibe--blunt and a fun character overall. We went with the chicken cutlet with prosciutto, artichoke, fontina, and herb sauce, along with the sausage with cheese and added broccoli rabe. Between the two, I'd get the chicken for sure. It was pretty tasty, but I must say I wasn't as blown away as I'd expected. The sausage sandwich got a bit soggy from all of the marinara (which I wasn't expecting based on the description), so I was less excited about it. It was way too much food for two people. Like one sandwich is plenty for two, but I got greedy with wanting to try too much. We had a ton leftover! I would have probably rated it 3.5 stars, but the German roach running around pained me to see and stole my appetite. I'd want to say I'd come back and try one of those delicious sounding breakfast sandwiches, but roaches are a hard sell for me.

As far as the customer service goes I wish it was a bit better. The staff aren't the most pleasant. I do notice they speak more pleasantly to other customers that come in. Not sure if it's a culture thing or could they be discriminatory but it's a bit unsettling. I chose to go with the JJ Sandwich (breaded chicken, mozzarella, jalapeños etc). Upon opening the sandwich, the chicken cutlet is soggy and seems like it was made days ago. Not sure if there other sandwiches are better but this sandwich for $13.50 was extremely underwhelming. Israeli style with pickles, which I love. The chickpea soup was a standout. So flavorful and nourishing; definitely a nod to the sopa de garbanzos that I grew up with.
