The bun again was that same crusty Kaiser roll which I personally love for burgers. Just the addition of lettuce, tomato, and his Rooster sauce so to not overpower the flavor of the meat. Friday night, finished dinner and one of the patrons mentioned he had to run across the street to get his ice cream "fix"! So, after dinner, we walked over and ordered some chocolate /vanilla ice cream and a dish of salted caramel. It tasted rich, creamy and full of flavor. Awesome. The store offers plenty of snacking merchandise plus a deli, and a grill for hot sandwiches for a great food stop along Kunkletown Road tucked back below the Blue Mountains.
